Rey Mysterio makes his way to the ring and Adam Pearce is also in the ring.
Rey welcomes everyone to Raw. For the first time in 15 years, Raw returns to Mexico City. Rey says he is proud to be a luchador. He mentions that he is the General Manager of AAA. He says he is proud of the Mexican representation. Rey tells Pearce tonight will be historical. Rey mentions this past weekend and there was one moment that stood out. We take a look at footage of Stephanie Vaquer winning the Raw Women’s Title in Chile over the weekend.
Rey brings out the new Raw Women’s Champion Stephanie Vaquer.
Stephanie says she got her title back. She says it was a dream to wrestle in Mexico and she thanks the people of Mexico. She says it was a great moment to win the title in Chile, but she wanted to come to Mexico and say that she is the champion.
Liv Morgan’s music plays and she comes out with Dominik Mysterio.
Liv congratulates Stephanie on being the biggest hypocrite. You are celebrating with her title and it makes her sick. She says she got screwed by Becky on Saturday and that is the only reason you won. Liv says we both know that without that title, she is still the greatest champion of all time. Liv tells Rey he hit an all time low by hanging out with Stephanie.
Dom says the only thing he sees here is a deadbeat and a cheater. He says Liv is what a real champion looks like.
Rey asks Dom if he lost his title yesterday. We take a look at the footage.
Dom challenges Rey and Stephanie to a match against Rey and Stephanie.
Pearce says that Rey is not cleared and Dom claims it is a phony injury.
El Grande Americano comes out to take Rey’s place.
Americano tells Dom he knows that Rey cannot fight tonight but he is fine. Pearce asks Americano if he wants the match. Pearce makes the match.
Match Number One: El Grande Americano and Stephanie Vaquer versus Dominik Mysterio and Liv Morgan
The men start things off and they lock up. Dom goes to the floor to avoid Americano in the corner. Americano gets the crowd behind him and then Dom with a kick and punch. Dom with more kicks to Americano. Dom with a punch and Irish whip but Americano with a clothesline. Americano with punches and he goes to the turnbuckles for more punches. Americano with a flying kick.
Americano gets a near fall. Liv tags in and she pushes Americano. Vaquer with a cross body and punch. Vaquer with a satellite rollup for a near fall. Liv with a kick but she misses an enzuigiri. Liv goes for a sunset flip but Vaquer blocks it and rakes the eyes. Dom pulls the ropes and Vaquer goes to the floor. Liv punches Vaquer at the announce table and sends her back into the ring.
Liv with a running knee to and kicks in the corner. Liv stomps on Vauqer in the corner. Liv with a running knee into the corner and a suplex. Liv with another suplex and she hits the Three Amigas. Liv with an enzuigiri to Vaquer and she falls into the ropes. Vaquer with a drop kick. Americano tags in and he punches Dom and hits a back body drop. Grande blocks a kick and punches Dom. Americano with a blockbuster for a near fall. Americano gets crotched on the top rope and Dom drop kicks Americano to the floor.
Dom sends Americano into the ring steps before sending Americano back into the ring. Dom with a slingshot senton for a near fall. Dom kicks Americano. Dom with a drop kick and he gets a near fall. Americano rests in the ropes and Dom kicks and punches him. Americano with punches. Americano with an Irish whip and Dom gets a boot up and hits a clothesline for a near fall. Dom puts Americano in the ropes and chokes him. Liv kicks Americano when the referee deals with Dom.
Dom with an elbow drop and he gets a near fall. Dom with a suplex attempt but Americano blocks it and Americano with a suplex. Liv pulls Vaquer off the apron to prevent the tag. Dom with a rollup for a near fall. Americano with an Air Raid Crash for a near fall. The women tag in and Vaquer with a suplex and forearm. Vaquer with a power slam and an elbow drop for a near fall. Vaquer sets for SVB but Liv escapes and kicks Vaquer. Liv is put in the ropes and Vaquer with a dragon screw. Vaquer with Devil’s Kiss.
Vaquer with a running double knee strike. Dom distracts Vaquer and Liv hits a lung blower. Liv and Dom take time out of trying to win to hug. Americano attacks Dom and Dom with a drop toe hold to send him into the ropes. Americano drop kicks Dom into the ropes. Americano gets the okay from Rey and Liv slaps Americano. Americano tells Liv t o turn around and Vaquer super kicks Liv into the ropes.
Rey signals for the double 619. JD comes out and he attacks Americano while Raquel and Roxanne attack Vaquer.
Winners: El Grande Americano and Stephanie Vaquer (by disqualification)
After the match, Rey punches JD. Dom pulls Rey into the ring by the neck brace but Americano with an enzuigiri. Americano runs into a flying clothesline from JD. JD goes up top and he hits a moonsault. Liv with obLIVion to Vaquer. Dom with a frog splash to Rey.

Match Number Two: Je’Von Evans versus Austin Theory versus Big Cass in a Money in the Bank Qualifying Match
They look at the briefcases and then they stand in the center of the ring. Theory tells Evans to go after Cass together. Theory with a forearm to Evans. Cass with a knee to Theory an Cass with a splash. Evans leaps on Cass’ back and applies a sleeper. Cass with a snap mare. Evans with punches to Cass and Theory. Cass grabs Evans by the throat but Evans blocks it and he turns it into a rana to send Cass to the floor. Evans with a sunset flip on Theory for a near fall. Evans with a suicide dive to send Cass into the announce table.
Evans sends a charging Theory over the ringside barrier into the time keeper’s area. Evans with a wacky plancha but Cass with the interception and he choke slams Evans into Theory. Cass with a forearm to Evans and he sends him over the ringside barrier. Cass does the same to Theory. Cass sends Theory into the ringside barrier but Evans with a thrust kick to Cass. Cass with a boot and he tosses Evans into the ringside barrier. Cass with forearms to the back. Evans returns to the ring and Cass sends Theory back into the ring.
Evans punches Cass when Cass gets back into the ring. Evans kicks Theory and punches him. Evans with a punch to Cass. Cass with punches to Evans and Theory with punches to Cass. Cass with a back elbow to Theory. Evans with a kick but Cass with an uppercut to Evans on the turnbuckles. Theory stops Cass on the turnbuckles and Theory gets Cass on his shoulders and he hits Three Seconds Around the World. Evans with a frog splash to Theory. Theory falls to the floor. Evans has an idea and he hits a plancha onto Theory. Evans sends Theory back into the ring and Cass with a Black Hole Slam. Maxxine pulls Theory to the floor to save him from Cass.
Evans goes for the double jump cutter but Cass catches him. Evans with a sunset flip to counter a choke slam for a near fall. Cass with a chop to Evans. Cass with a running boot and Theory sends Cass over the top rope and Theory gets a near fall when Cass pulls Theory to the floor. Cass catches Theory while Maxxine distracts him. Evans with a flip dive to Cass. Cass sends Evans into the apron and choke slams him on the apron. Cass sets for the boot but Theory with a forearm. Evans with a clothesline to send Theory onto Cass. Evans avoids the boot and Evans misses a double jump cutter but hits it the second time and gets the three count.
Winner: Je’Von Evans

Jimmy and Jey Uso are in the back and Jimmy says they are getting theirs back. Jacob Fatu shows up and he says that Roman told them that 946 is their problem. Should they do anything tonight while Roman is here to defend the title. Jey says they have to do everything to protect Roman. Fatu says he is locked in. He says 946 won’t get to Roman. Fatu says they will try to intercept them and then it will be a clear shot to Roman. Fatu says the play is to stick together.
Match Number Three: Chad Gable versus Dragon Lee for the Intercontinental Championship
They fist bump before locking up. Lee with a waist lock and Chad with a side head lock. Chad with a shoulder tackle and Lee with a leg sweep and cover. Chad with a leg sweep and cover. They go to a Greco Roman Knuckle Lock and Lee with the advantage but Chad bridges. Chad with a sunset flip for a near fall. Chad with a chop and Lee chops back. Lee with an Irish whip and Lee with a leg sweep and slingshot kick into the corner. Lee with a hesitation drop kick into the corner and Chad goes to the floor. Lee with a flip dive onto Chad.
