Your answer to the Terry Crews-WCW question peaked my interest and made me want to ask what the hell actually happened that the Battledome/WCW crossover just disappeared out of nowhere?
It was a financial thing and it stopped out of nowhere because the two sides couldn't agree on who was covering the financial side. I was told at the time that the original agreement was that due to both sides getting exposure on the other's television series, the companies would fly their respective talents to each other's shows. So, WCW would cover the costs of going to Battledome and vice versa. After a few appearances, the Battledome side requested WCW pick up their flights and hotels. WCW declined and the angle was kaput.
Bill Dundee's passing made wonder where his son JC Ice/Jamie Dundee has been?
He's made a few signing appearances in recent years but to the best of my knowledge, is done as a pro wrestler. He lives in Indiana.
The last ECW PPV that was canceled, did they ever actually book a venue?
There was no venue announced but the plan was to do every PPV out of The Hammerstein Ballroom going forward as they regrouped. Unfortunately, they never did financially and to be honest, I have no idea they even ever booked the venue.
Any update on Tammy Sytch?
She's incarcerated until 2038, so I don't believe we will have any updates.
