Welcome to tonight's WWE Raw coverage.  I am filling in for Richard Trionfo.

WWE is live from Birmingham, Alabama with Joe Tessitore and Wade Barrett on the call.

The Usos arrived with weapons.

The Judgment Day arrived.

We see Stephanie Vaquer arrive.

They recapped Oba Femi vs. Bron Breakker from SNME.

The Vision made their way to the ring.  No Paul Heyman with them.    Bron Breakker said that The Vision was now in full control of WWE.  Breakker claimed Oba Femi wasn't cleared to appear and stated he proved he was the undeniable future of the company.  Bronson Reed mocked Femi claiming to be "The Ruler", bragging about the multiple Tsunamis that put him out of action.  The group ripped on the crowd.

Akira Tozawa interrupted, prompting Theory to challenge him. Tozawa revealed he was merely introducing Otis.

Austin Theory vs. Otis

Theory targeted Otis early with a front facelock to slow down the action. The crowd rallied behind Otis while showering the ringside area with "Logan sucks!" chants. Otis used his strength to break free from the hold and set up a powerslam, but Theory slithered out to the floor to catch his breath. Otis gave chase, charging around the ring to level Theory with a heavy shoulder tackle.  Theory attempted a somersault trick into the ring, only to jump directly into a stiff clothesline from Otis. As Otis took total control and set up for The Worm, Bronson Reed crashed the ring and hit a heavy elbow drop.  DQ City..

Tozawa attempted to make the save, but The Vision wiped him out immediately. Breakker turned Otis inside out with a brutal Spear, and they beat down both.  Backstage, Oba Femi had arrived and was shoving aside poor Petey Williams and anyone else trying to block his path. Femi stormed down the ramp into the ring, cornering Reed and Breakker with heavy running uppercuts before sending Breakker tumbling to the outside with a clothesline.  Austin Theory tried to ambush Femi from behind with a steel chair, but Femi intercepted and hurled Theory across the ring.  This allowed Breakker to nail a spear, setting up Reed to drop a Tsunami.  WWE officials attempted to restore order, but Breakker cut through the crowd to deliver another Spear, followed by Bronson nailing another Tsunami.

A vignette aired for Royce Keys, Lucien Price, and Bronco Nima,

Backstage, The Usos were eager to get immediate revenge on Keys, but Jacob Fatu urged them to exercise restraint and wait for the right moment.

Becky Lynch approached Stephanie Vaquer backstage with a proposal to align but Vaquer rejected the offer, preferring to handle her business alone.

Jackie Redmond attempted to interview comedian Matt Matthews, but The Miz and Kip Wilson crashed the interview to mock the local crowd. After Matthews asked Miz if he was retired, Miz pulled him over the barricade and Wilson threw him into the ring. Matthews briefly turned the tables by hitting Wilson with a headscissors takedown, but Miz ambushed him from behind to execute a Skull Crushing Finale.  More celebrity wrestlers.

Rey Mysterio vs. Ethan Page vs. Bron Breakker in a Money in the Bank Qualifying Match.

Bron Breakker took early control of the match, plowing through Ethan Page with a stiff clothesline before cornering Rey Mysterio with a series of shoulder thrusts. Mysterio and Page briefly joined forces to double-team Breakker in the corner, but Breakker quickly halted their momentum by launching Page with a release German suplex. Mysterio turned the tide with a high-flying hurricanrana, following up with a tijeras that sent Breakker tumbling to the outside.  With Breakker out of the ring, Mysterio set up Page for the 619. However, Breakker intercepted Rey on the apron and aggressively tossed him into the barricade. Turncoat momentum stayed with Breakker as he hurled Page to the floor with an overhead belly-to-belly suplex, then launched himself off the apron with a clothesline to drive Page through the announce table. As Breakker stood tall to celebrate, Mysterio ambushed him with a splash, executing a West Coast Pop that sent both men crashing through the table.  They went to commercial.  When they came back, they were having production issues.

Breakker tossed Rey Mysterio aside before drilling Page. Looking to wipe out both opponents at once, Breakker charged for a double spear on the floor, but Mysterio and Page side-stepped it, sending Breakker crashing shoulder-first into the steel steps.  Mysterio and Page battled back and forth.  Mysterio scored a close near-fall off a bulldog but Page kicked out at two and answered with a scoop powerslam for his own near fall. Page charged into the corner but ran into a back elbow, allowing Mysterio to set up the 619,  Mysterio scaled the ropes, but Breakker cut him off   Page scrambled up and hoisted Mysterio onto his shoulders, only for Breakker to leap up with a top-rope Franksteiner, sending all three men crashing into the ring. As Mysterio tried to get up, Breakker said "Chewie, punch it" and went into hyperdrive, spearing Rey for the pin.

Backstage, LA Knight demanded he be next line for the World Heavyweight Championship after Mexico City.  He said that he knows he's never in Adam Pearce's plans but he's going to get his shot.  Solo Sikoa wanted to go get Royce Keys and his boys.  Knight said to let the Bloodline and Keys' crew fight it out, then pick the bones.  Solo wanted to know if he had Solo's back.  Knight said he does, but they need to wait.  Solo said he doesn't know that he can.

They aired a promo from Penta who promised he was going back to his family and his country and that Roman Reigns will fade the entire country of Mexico next Monday.  Everyone will remember this was Penta's night.

They aired a vignette for Lola Vice.

Maxxine Dupri vs. Lyra Valkyria vs. Sol Ruca - Money in the Bank Qualifying Match 

They all battled at the bell.  Dupri rolled up Sol, who rolled through and tried to pin her.  Lyra and Maxxine clotheslined Sol over the top at the same time, then faced off with each other.   Sol took them out as they tried to bridge out of a pinfall attempt.  Sol drilled Lyra into the buckles.  She nailed an X-Factor on Maxxine.  Lyra attacked her from behind and stomped Sol.  She nailed a neckbreaker for a two count.   She worked over Ruca for some time.  Maxxine nailed a Perfectplex on Sol and then slapped her.  She nailed a stomp but was grabbed by Lyra, suplexing her atop Sol for a two count as they went to commercial. 

When they returned, Ruca nailed a missile dropkick on both opponents, scoring a two count on Maxxine.  The crowd chanted for Ruca.  Maxxine caught Ruca for a two count, but ate a superkick.  Sol set up for the Sol Snatcher but Lyra stopped her.  They allowed Maxxine to use an Electric Chair, falling back and then bridging for a two count.  Lyra broke it up.  Lyra nailed a kick through the ropes on Maxxine, knocking her to the floor.  Lyra and Sol battled.  Lyra nailed a twisting DDT off the ropes, but Maxxine spiked them both, scoring a two count on Lyra.  Ruca caught Maxxine with an enziguiri and slammed Lyra.  She went to the top but Lyra cut her off.  They battled on the top but Maxxine attacked and pulled Lyra up on her shoulders.  She nailed Nightwing on Maxxine but Bayley returned to pull the referee out of the ring.  That allowed Sol to hit the Sol Snatcher and score the pin.

Bayley attacked Lyra and beat her down.  Lyra rolled to the floor.  Bayley choked her against the apron and hit s DVDR on the floor.  She ripped apart the announcers' table but Lyra escaped before Bayley could exact her revenge.

Royce Keys and his crew delivered a promo directly from the arena parking lot. Fatu urged restraint once again when Jimmy wanted to hunt them down. 

Joe Hendry's latest music video was mocking JD McDonagh for having such a big head, his father was a Funko Pop.  That's some pretty funny marketing synergy.

Joe Hendry vs. JD McDonagh

McDonagh took charge, leaping over the top rope to land a double stomp on Hendry and choking him against the ropes.  The crowd was all over him with Funko Pop chants.  Hendry attempted to swing momentum back in his favor with a discus lariat, but missed, allowing McDonagh to nail him with a strike to the ribs. Hendry countered with a fallaway slam but McDonagh quickly checked him with a back elbow followed by a standing headbutt.  Je’Von Evans made a surprise appearance coming out wearing the Funko Pop head from the video. Dominik Mysterio ran up the ramp but Evans floored Mysterio with some headbutts while wearing the hea.  Hendry nailed his Uranage to score the pin.

Backstage, Liv Morgan confronted Becky Lynch, calling Lynch selfish and declaring that no one in the locker room or the audience likes her or her husband before declaring herself the best champ of all time.

The Vision found Paul Heyman backstage.  He welcomed Bronson Reed back with a hug.  Bron Breakker reassured Heyman that the future of WWE was in good hands, prompting Heyman to ask whether Oba Femi was still breathing before turning and walking off.

WWE Women's World Champion Liv Morgan vs. Stephanie Vaquer

 

Stephanie Vaquer set up for the Devil’s Kiss, but Liv Morgan quickly rolled to the outside to escape the damage. Vaquer refused to let up, taking Morgan down on the floor with a flying crossbody block off the ring apron just before the show headed into a commercial.  When they returned, Vaquer successfully executed the Devil’s Kiss inside the ring and followed up immediately with a meteora, covering Morgan for a close near fall. As the broadcast coverage resumed, Vaquer took the fight back to the outside, roughing up Morgan on the floor before clearing off the announcer’s table to prepare for further carnage. After sliding into the ring to break the referee's count, Vaquer rolled right back out to keep up the pressure; however, Morgan turned the tables, cutting her off with a quick strike and slamming Vaquer’s head into the commentary table.

Morgan delivered the Three Amigos before performing Eddy Guerrero's signature shimmy to taunt the crowd. She kept up the pressure with a step-up enzuigiri, but her momentum was abruptly halted when she ran straight into a big boot from Vaquer.  Morgan quickly recovered and traded forearms with Vaquer, but Vaquer answered with a series of hard headbutts that dropped Morgan to her knees. Morgan fought back up to hit a lungblower, only for Vaquer to regain control with a snap suplex followed by a powerslam. Morgan tried to cut Vaquer off with a boot of her own, but Vaquer brushed it off, took Morgan down with a Dragon Screw leg whip, and immediately nailed her with the Devil's Kiss.  Vaquer followed up with a meteora in the corner, covering Morgan for a near fall. Seeking refuge, Morgan escaped to the ring apron while feigning a knee injury from the previous Dragon Screw. As the referee checked on her, Morgan used the distraction to deliver a cheap shot to Vaquer. Morgan then attempted a sunset flip powerbomb to the arena floor, but Vaquer countered mid-move and drove a knee straight into Morgan’s face.

Vaquer attempted to clear the announce table again, but Morgan ambushed her from behind and slammed her headfirst into the desk. Morgan climbed atop the table, but Vaquer tripped her up and executed a second Devil's Kiss directly onto the announce table.  After Morgan rolled back into the ring, Vaquer soared off the top rope with a crossbody for another close near fall. Dueling forearms broke out between both competitors before Morgan nearly scored the pin with a crucifix. Morgan then scaled the turnbuckles, but Vaquer cut her off at the top, delivering a superplex and rolling through into her signature SVP for a near fall, prompting a loud "This is awesome!" chant from the crowd.

Vaquer cornered Morgan with headbutts and charged for another meteora, but Morgan dodged the strike and connected with a lungblower off the middle rope. Morgan attempted her own meteora moment later, but Vaquer intercepted her with a superkick, following up with a double underhook lungblower.   As Vaquer climbed to the top turnbuckle, The Judgment Day rushed down to distract the referee and attack. The referee caught Raquel Rodriguez attempting to interfere and promptly ejected her from ringside, drawing a huge pop from the crowd. Becky Lynch charged out to brawl with Rodriguez, while Roxanne Perez slid the WWE Women's World  Championship belt into the ring to Morgan. Lynch chased Perez through the crowd, and while the referee was distracted, Morgan waffled Vaquer with the title belt. Morgan immediately followed up with Oblivion to secure the pinfall victory.

This was easily the best match bell to bell on the show.

Big Cass said he came back to win titles.  He looks and acts like a champion should.  Anywhere he goes, everyone turns and asked who he is.  They'll all find out soon enough.

The Usos and Jacob Fatu made their way down to the ring, declaring that while Royce Keys may have gotten the jump on them two weeks in a row, there was no chance he would make it a third.  Outside the arena, Royce Keys, Lucien Price, and Bronco Nima left a trail of destruction by showing they had laid out a entire group of security guards.  They then destroyed The Bloodline's car and poured gasoline inside.  Keys tossed a lighter into the vehicle, causing it to go up in flames and smoke.
