WWE announced the 2026 Crown Jewel event for 11/7 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia at the Riyadh Season Stadium at KAFD.
On 8/20, PWInsiderElite.com reported that the event was set for November and "The current plan for that event is to once again have the top champions face off, which if they are still holding their respective titles, would mean Roman Reigns vs. CM Punk in a Wrestlemania 42 rematch."
