I attended the Smackdown taping tonight after Raw, which will air this Friday:
The show kicked off with Kevin Owens cutting a promo, only to be interrupted in quick succession by CM Punk, Gunther, and Finn Bálor. This set up a WWE Championship Contender’s main event for later in the evening.
Nia Jax & Lash Legend defeated Tiffany Stratton and Chelsea Green. Mid-match, medics attempted to take Green to the back, but she eventually returned to the ring to finish the match.
Backstage, Gunther intruded on a meeting between Nick Aldis and Danhausen.
Tatum Paxley, with Alexa and Charlotte, defeated Michin.
WWE United States Women's Champion Jacy Jayne defeated Paige. Nikki Bella attacked Paige.
Triple Threat with Finn Bálor, Kevin Owens, and Gunther ended in a disqualification after Sami Zayn crashed the match. CM Punk rushed out to intervene, but Zayn laid out everyone.
In another segment, Giulia physically whipped Blake Monroe during an interview.
There was a back and forth with Randy Orton and Cody Rhodes. Since Cody couldn't touch him, Orton ripped him apart, mentioning Cody's "trash ass" wife and ripping on Cody's mother as well.
