Universal Studios Florida announced today that they will be closing Fast & Furious: Supercharged, an attraction based on the film franchise that features Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson in his role as Hobbs.
The theme park will be replacing the ride with another Fast & Furious-themed attraction, a roller coaster.
The last day to take part in the Supercharged attraction will be 8/16. The closing had been expected.
Supercharged replaced another ride, Disaster!, which also featured Dwayne Johnson in a cameo role. That ride replaced Earthquake, which had been an attraction from the first day of the park's opening of June 1990.
