Mini Vikingo vs. Jack Cartwheel vs. Dragon Lee - Winner becomes top contender to AAA Cruiserweight Championship

Jack Cartwheel returned to action for the first time since suffering a dislocated elbow in April working in Las Vegas during Wrestlemania weekend.  Nice to see him back.

Dragon Lee and Mini Vikingo briefly worked together to cut Cartwheel off before the action immediately spilled to the floor. Vikingo connected with a tope suicida before Cartwheel answered with one of his own. Back inside, Cartwheel and Vikingo mirrored one another with handsprings before Cartwheel handspringed into a dive onto both opponents on the floor.  He didn't look like he lost a step.  Lee regained control by kicking Cartwheel on the turnbuckles and following with a basement dropkick in the corner. He attempted a double stomp off the top rope, but Vikingo interrupted with a Spanish Fly. Vikingo strung together a series of kicks and a Meteora before Lee superkicked him and trapped him in the Tree of Woe for a double stomp.  Cartwheel nearly stole the victory with a twisting splash on Vikingo before Lee broke up the cover. Lee attempted a Styles Clash, but Cartwheel escaped, only to be knocked to the floor. Vikingo hit a tornillo to the outside before Lee dropkicked him into the Spanish announce table.  The closing stretch featured several near falls, including Cartwheel delivering a Spanish Fly to Lee, Lee answering with a sitout powerbomb, and Vikingo crashing onto both opponents with a spectacular 630 splash. Vikingo capitalized by pinning Cartwheel.

Your winner, Mini Vikingo!

All three showed the other respect after the bout.

Fun match.

Rey Mysterio met with El Grande Americano to warn him that he's been targered by Los Perros del Mal because he's the top star in AAA,  Americano said Mysterio was right but he can't fight them aone.   Dominik Mysterio appeared and said that while they are scheduled to fight at Triplemania, that match can't happen if Perros attack Americano and send him to the hospital, so he's offering to watch his back.  Americano said he'll believe it when he sees it.  It would be hilarious if it turns out Dom is the leader of Perros del Mal and is setting up Grande.

Mini Vikingo confronted Dorian Roldán backstage, telling him he had picked the wrong Vikingo to target.

Dorian Roldán, with Omos, came out with the the AAA Latin American Championship belt.  Savio Vega joined the announcers since it's a live episode and Rey Mysterio couldn't be on the call with the others.  He translated the promo.  Roldán blamed Rey Mysterio for El Hijo del Vikingo's injury, claiming Rey's decision to send him to NXT and Smackdown led to the injury.  He claimed he was going to sue Rey and named Omos the new champion.  AAA GM Rey came out and said Dorian has no power to name the champion and told Omos to hand over the belt or be indefinetly suspended.  Omos wasn't happy but did it.  Rey said that they would announce plans to crown a new champion next week.  Rey said he'd see Dorian in court.  Come on, 99% of WWE lawsuits get settled now.  Ask MLW.

Damian Priest cut a promo backstage, putting his name in the hat to become the new AAA Latin American Champion.

Backstage, Rey Mysterio announced they would air the 2026 Verano de Escalando over three weeks with the top matches.  He was asked about the "fired" Andrea Bazarte and said he'd like to invite her to next week's TV.

Money Machine (Garra de Oro & Colmillo de Plata) vs. Noisy Boy & Epydemius Jr.

The teams traded athletic exchanges early, highlighted by Noisy Boy and Epydemius matching Money Machine's fast-paced offense.  Money Machine isolated Noisy Boy for an extended period with frequent tags and tandem offense before Epydemius finally made the hot tag. The momentum shifted repeatedly as all four competitors exchanged dives and high-impact maneuvers.  As it started to really kick into gear, NXT's Karmen Petrovic appeared on the entrance stage, distracting everyone just long enough for Los Perros del Mal to storm the ring and attack all four wrestlers.  So, no contest!

They called out el Grande Americano. He hit the scene with Rayo and Bravo Americano and there was a great brawl.  AAA TV usually has the best brawling out of any WWE presentation.  Rayo was thrown over the announce table.  Bravo was dropped onto it, leaving El Grande Americano isolated as Daga, Angel and Berto overwhelmed him.  In a theatrical moment, Dominik Mysterio's music hit and he hit the ring with a steel chair.

Dom challenged Los Perros to face the two of them in a tag team match.  He helped Americano to his feet and they stood together as AAA went off the air.

This was all about angles and building drama for the future.  Solid stuff.
