Jon Heidenreich Returns to Professional Wrestling for Rare Live Appearance at 1UP Wrestling’s Island Showdown
BALDWINSVILLE, N.Y. – July 9, 2026 – 1UP Wrestling is proud to announce that former WWE Superstar Jon Heidenreich will make a rare live wrestling event appearance this Saturday, July 11, at Island Showdown, presented by 95X and 1UP Wrestling, at Paper Mill Island in Baldwinsville, New York.
This marks Heidenreich’s first appearance at a professional wrestling event in years, giving fans a unique opportunity to meet one of the most memorable stars of the Ruthless Aggression Era.
Fans attending Island Showdown will have the chance to meet Heidenreich before the event. Meet-and-greet pricing is $30 for an autograph, $30 for a photo, or $50 for a combo that includes both.
In addition to Heidenreich’s special appearance, Island Showdown features one of the biggest cards in 1UP Wrestling history.
The main event will see 1UP Wrestling Champion Sebastian Braun defend the championship against former WWE Superstar Chris Adonis (formerly Chris Masters). The 1UP Wrestling Tag Team Championship will also be on the line as High Seas defend against the debuting team of Prime Time.

Island Showdown takes place at Paper Mill Island in Baldwinsville, New York, with doors opening at 4:00 p.m. and the first bell at 5:05 p.m.
Reserved Ringside tickets are $50, while General Admission tickets are $20. General Admission is standing room only once seating is filled. Fans may bring soft lawn chairs; steel chairs are prohibited.
