As PWInsiderElite.com reported on Tuesday, AAA Latin American Champion Hijo del Vikingo was pulled from WWE NXR TV after he suffered an injury prepping for his scheduled match with EK Prosper.
PWInsider.com can confirm the injury is to Vikingo's knee and we are told by WWE sources they are awaiting MRI results to learn the severity of the issue.
Vikingo, the lone AAA talent signed directly to a WWE contract currently, was out of action for an extended period several years ago with knee issues.
