Blake Howard talked to Wren Sinclair.
He asks Wren about what she has done in the past. Wren talks about being a part of the NQCC. It was the only group she felt a part of and she rebuilt it. She won the Speed title. Walking into the Bash on her own foundation, it feels so much.
Blake brings up how Wren has been considered an underdog and how Arianna Grace has been described the same way.
Wren says she is still overlooked and she is not going to take Arianna lightly. She uses the numbers and she knows waat they can do. With five minutes, anything goes and Arianna will do whatever it takes to get the title.
Blake asks about Wren's health.
She says it was frustrating to go back and forth with being cleared. She cannot question herself. She needs to do what she can do.
Blake asks about Kendal's title match and her decision to stand aside.
Wren says it wasn't easy to make that decision about Kendal tonight, but Kendal is the catalyst. She beat Kendall two years ago at the Bash. She is Kendal's best friend now. Wren says she doesn't want a title to affect their friendship like with Zarai and Sol or Tavion and Myles. Wren says she felt that she cost Kendal before against Lola and she knows that Kendal will win tonight.
We take a look at Saquon Shugara and Dion Lennox with a video package.
We go to Blake Howard, who talked to Myles Borne.
Myles appreciates the giant flag.
Blake asks about facing a man he has called his 'brother'.
Myles says Tavion is his brother. This is the first time he is stepping in the ring with someone more than an opponent. They are best friends. They have a bond like no one else. He mentions how much they love fishing. He says they have a blast no matter what they do.
Blake mentions what happened since they left the NQCC.
Myles says what has happened doesn't affect anything. THey never butted heads in the NQCC. They think alike. Myles says he laid the blueprint for success outside the group. They knew that they could have tag team success, but they knew they would have to go out on their own. It is a privilege to go at it for the North American title. He says there is animosity with Tavion. He says brothers fight. That is part of things.
Blake asks Myles if he is ready.
Sunday is no different than any other night. Tavion deserves a chance like that. He wants Tavion to succeed, but it won't be the result he is looking for. Tavion wants to prove he is who he is. Myles says he will prove that he never breaks.
We take a look at Shiloh Hill and Tristan ANgels.
Sarah Schreiber talked to Trstian Angels.
She asks about the MR. NXT pageant and what he did.
Tristan says Shiloh is a fool. His actions might have been agricultural, but it wasn't his fault. Shiloh interrupted his debut match.
Sarah asks about the match at the Bash.
Tristan says he has never been nervous in his life. What happened on Tuesday is a disgrace. It should have been a disqualification. He says he is a star and belongs under the lights. He has been dealing with beasts larger than Shiloh since he was a kid. He will prove that SHiloh is a bill with no horns.
Sarah asks what would happen if Trsitan loses.
He says that is ridiculous to suggest. You will see his face all over Southern Engalnd talking about conquering England and now the US by beating Shiloh Hill.
We take a look at the Men's Championship Match between Naraku and Tony D'Angelo.
We are told that this match will open the show.
We go to the Performance Center with Robert Stone and Emily Agard.
Stone mentions this is the first special on NXT.
Blake Howard is with Kevin Owens and Dave Lagreca.
Kevin says he is looking forward to some good wrestling and being the least controversial co-host from LFG.
Dave says he is looking forward to Kendal and Lola.
Blake asks what can we expect tonight with the five title matches.
Kevin says he does not thing any titles will change hands tonight.

Match Number One: Men’s NXT Championship Match: Tony D’Angelo versus Naraku
Tony with punches and Naraku goes to the floor and he grabs a chair. Tony with a spear through the cylinder. They return to the ring and Tony punches Naraku. Naraku goes back to the floor and Tony follows. Naraku with a boot to the head when Tony returns to the ring. Naraku with boots to the head. Tony is sent into the turnbuckles and Naraku runs Tony's face across the top rope. Tony with shoulders in the corner and he goes for a bear hug. Naraku rakes the eye and Tony goes to the floor. The referee checks on Tony and he holds Naraku back. The referee says he is going to stop the match and Tony says he will not stop the match. Tony returns to the ring and he punches and chops Naraku. Tony clotheslines Naraku and cannot get him over the top rope to the floor. Tony with a suplex and Naraku goes to the ropes.
Tony has a kick blocked and Naraku sends Tony face first into the apron and then follows with an STO into the apron. Naraku sends Tony back into the ring and he gets a near fall. Naraku with punches to the head. Naraku with an Irish whip and a back breaker. Naraku gets a near fall. Naraku with a single leg crab. Tony kicks Naraku away and Naraku with a boot and a suplex into the turnbuckles for a near fall. Naraku slams Tony's head into the mat. Naraku with a chop and a back senton for a near fall. Naraku with an STF. Tony tries to get to the ropes and Naraku tries to set up the STF in the center of the ring, but Tony with a reversal and STF of his own. Naraku bites the wrist and Naraku with a fishermans's suplex and a rolling punch for a near fall. Naraku with a reverse chin lock. Tony with a fisherman's suplex and Naraku rolls to the floor. Tony tries to grab Naraku and Naraku punches Tony.
Naraku sends Tony through the ringside barrier and then they return to the ring. Naraku with a sit out Death Valley Driver for a near fall. Naraku puts Tony on the turnbuckles and Naraku sets for a superplex. Tony goes under and hits a running power bomb. Naraku with a punch and forearms and Tony wants more. Tony with punches. Naraku with a kick but Tony with a clothesline and Irish whip. Tony with a clothesline into the corner followed by a bulldog. Tony with a German suplex and a second one. Tony with a pop up power slam for a near fall. Tony goes for a spine buster but Naraku with a German suplex and Tony pops up. Tony with a choke slam for the three count.
Winner: Tony D'Angelo (retains championship)
Match Number Two: Women’s North American Championship Match: Zaria versus Tatum Paxley
They play tug of war before the match starts and Tatum with a head butt. Tatum with a drop kick but Zaria with a hot shot and clothesline. Zari with an Irish whip and an elbow into the corner. Zaria with an elbow and a bicycle kick in the corner. Zaria with a German suplex. Zaria with a release suplex and Zaria runs Tatum into the corner and connects with shoulders. Tatum leaps over Zaria in the corner and hits a double stomp. Tatum with a cross body into the turnbuckles. Tatum escapes a suplex but Zaria with a pop up head butt that sends Tatum to the floor. Zarai grabs Tabum and applies a rear naked choke as she pulls her off the floor. Tatum escapes and she pulls out the rink skirt and Tatum with a super kick and an enzuigiri. Zaria sends Tatum over the ringside barrier.
Tatum with a sleeper and Zaria with a backpack driver on the floor. Zaria sends Tatum back into the ring and Zaria kicks Tatum in the back of the head. Tatum with punches and Zaria with a slap. Zaria with forearms to the back. Zaria gets a near fall. Zaria with an Irish whip and splash into the corner. Zaria with another Irish whip and splash into the corner. Tatum with a series of kicks but Zaria blocks a kick and avoids an enzuigiri. Zaria with an elbow drop for a near fall. Zaria sends Tatum face first into the mat. Zaria with a relesase suplex. Zaria with a camel clutch. Tatum gets to her feet and escapes the hold but Zaria with forearms to teh back. Tatum escapes a power bomb and Zarai blocks a back heel kick. Tatum avoids punches and she connects with punches and kicks. Tatum is setn into the turubncukles and Zaria gets Tatum on hr shoulders and sdrops her on the top turnbuckle. Zaria stretches Tatum over the top turnbuckle. tatum with knees to get Zaria to release the hold. Tatum drops Zaria on the turnbuckles.
Tatum goes uptop and hits a cross body. Tatum with a running forearm or two. Tatum with a round kick and Zaria blocks a German suplex. Zaria with an elbow but Tatum hits a German suplex with help from the ropes. Tatum avoids a kick and Tatum with a thrust kick to Zaria on the turnbuckles. Tatum goes up top and Zaria blocks a superplex but Tatum hits it and she runs into a spear from Zaria. Zarai with a punch and Tatum fires back with a forearm. They continue the exchange. Zaria with a kick to Tatum. Zaria with a hard Irish whip and she lifts Tatum for a rear naked choke. Tatum with elbows and she stays on the ropes. Tatum puts Zaria in the tree of woe. Tatum goes up top for a Coast to Coast but Zaria pulls herself up and Tatum decides to do something else. THey both go to teh apron and they exchange forearms. Zaria with a bicycle kick and she gets Tatum on her shoulders.
Tatum with a sunset flip power bomb off the apron to the floor. Tatum grabs the title belt and she hugs it but Zaria tkies it and she swings and misses. Tatum with a rolling kick and Cemetery Drive on the floor. Tatum with Cemetery Drive in the ring and Zaria kicks out at two. Zaria blocks Cemetery Drive and Tatum blocks F5 into a victory roll for a near fall. Zaria with a spear and F5 for a near fall. Tatum starts to laugh while Zaria shows her frustration and she connects with forearms to the back of the head. Zaria with a curb stomp and she gets Tatum up for an F5 and the three count,
.Winner: Zaria (retains championship)
Wren paces in LOCKER ROOM and Kendal tells Wren how she reacted when she saw the interview. Kendal says that Wren is going to beat Arianna. Wren says that Kendal is going to prove that she is the present.
Stone is in his office with Vanity Project and they say they don't want to talk to Stone. They say they have star power. They say they should be all over the Bash.
Stone says Jackson will face Mason Rook. Brad and Ricky will be defending the tag titles against Dr. Wagner Jr. and Galeno.
Blake is with Kevin and Dave.
Kevin says Tony showed how much the title means to him.
Dave talks about the Zaria/Paxley match.
Match Number Three: Tristan Angels versus Shiloh Hill
Angels shows Hill his sash and he tries to get in a cheap shot but Hill sees it coming. Hill with a chop to the back. Hill with a flying shoulder tackle and Angels goes to the floor. Hill grabs his sash and Angels returns to the ring. Hill gets Angels up for an airplane spin. Angels goes to the floor to get his baclance back. Hill runs Angels into the turnbuckles and Angels with an Irish whip. HIll with a shoulder and he goes for a kick but Angels puts Hill in the ropes and chops Hill and hits a double stomp. Angels with a punch and chop. Hill with a back body drop and punch. Hill with a chop to Angels. Hill blocks a kick and Hill with a clotheslin in the corner. Hill puts ANgels on the top rope and he chops Angels and sends him to the floor with a knee lift.
Angels with a double thrust to the throat and he sends Hill into the ringisde barrier. Hill spins on the apron and hits a clothesline. Hill sends Angles back into teh ring and Angels with a kick. Angels with a jaw breaker and Irish wip sternum first into the turnbuckles. Hill with chops and Angels with punches. Angles with a hard Irish whip that sends Hill sternum first into the turnbuckles. Angels with kicks. Hill with punches and he misses a shoulder in the corner and hits the turnbuckles. Angels works on the shoulder and applies a double wirst lock. Hill goes for a slam but Angels escapes and he sends Hill to the mat and connects with an elbow drop for a near fall.
Angels returns to the double wrist lock. Angels misses a boot and Hill goes to the floor and under the ring. Angels looks under the ring and Angels gets pulled under the ring. The lights go out and we see Angels under the ring on the StoneTron. A phone rings under the ring and it says the fog is coming and it is here. Hill with a sleeper and body scissors. Angels hits Hill with the cables and Angels escapes out of the ring. Hill with a sleeper as he comes behind him. Hill puts Angels on the apron and hits a leg drop. Hill goes up top and he hits a clothesline. Hill follows Angels back to the floor. Hill misses a clothesline off the ring steps and Angels sends Hill into the apron. Angels moves the ring steps.
Angels tries to suplex Hill onto the steps but Hill blocks it. Angels with a hot shot and he sends Hill throat first into the ropes. Angels sends HIll into the turnbuckles but Hill sends Angels into the turnbuckles. The tooth comes out and Angels kicks it away. Angels with an Irish whip and Angels with an enzuigiri for a near fall. Angels sends Hill into the turnbuckles. Angels with an Irish whip but he runs into a boot. Hill and Angels with clotheslines at the same time and they both go down. Angels stomps on the hand and he slams Hill. Angels goes to the turnbuckles and he misses an elbow drop when Hill moves. Hill punches Angels and then he grabs Angels by the throat and puts his tooth in Angels' mouth. Hill with a face plant and a tilt-a-whirl slam.
Hill with a power bomb from a Razor's Edge position for a near fall. They go to the floor again. Hill with an inward senton on the floor. They return to the ring and Angels with a kick and he sends Hill nto the ring post. Angesl sets for a dive to the floor but Hill goes up the stairs for a spear. Angels with a Code Breaker for a near fall. Angels misses a knee drop to the back of the neck. Hill puts Angels on the turnbuckles and Hill with a TKO off the turnbuckles for the three count.
Winner: Shiloh Hill
After the match, Emily interviews Shiloh.
Hill says he feels very relieved. Tristan is everything he doesn't want to be. He might not be pretty, perfect, or polished. That doesn't affect winning.
Nikiita congratulates Natttie on her new record. Karmen talks about how Jaida reacted.
Nattie says if you want to make it to the top, you need to listen to her. She mentions Nikkita winning the Evolve title and what Karmen did in AAA. SHe congratulates Layla on her invite to the Dungeaon. She says she doesn't want anyone soft in her business.
Layla suggests giving Jaida another chance but Nattie says that isn't how things are done. She says Karmen will take care of her on Tuesday.
EK Prosper says he doesn't want to be held back.
Stone tells him that he has to wait.
Stone says you have a title match on Tuesday. He will face Vikingo for the AAA Latin Title.
Match Number Four: Women’s Speed Championship Match: Wren Sinclair versus Arianna Grace
Wren with a take down but race with a boot and rollup for a near fall. Grace with a side head lock and Wren with a shoulder tackle. Wren with a leap frog face plant for a near fall. Wren with a front face lock and Grace with a punch and a neck breaker for a near fall. Grace with an Irish whip and Wren sends Grace to the apron. Wren with a back heel kick to send Grace to the floor. Wren with a forearm to the back and a front face lock. Grace backs Wren into the apron. They return to the ring. Grace with a corkscrew back elbow. Grace sends WRen into the turnbuckles and she kicks Wren. Grace sends Wren into the turnbuckles.
Grace with a suplex and forearm for a near fall. Grace with a knee to the ribs. Grace with a kick to the hamstrings. Grace with a knee drop to the leg and she gets a near fall. Grace goes for a suplex but Wren blocks it and she gets a near fall with an inside cradle. Wren with a rollup for a near fall. Grace with a punch and Wren with a back elbow. Grace stops Wren on the turnbuckles. Grace with a forearm and she sets for a superplex but Wren sends Grace to the mat and hits a cross body. Wren with clotheslines and a butterfly suplex.
Charlie gets on the apron and distracts Wren. Wren knocks Charlie off the apron. Grace with an inside cradle for a near fall. They miss kicks and Wren with a forearm and hits Bang O Rang and applies Final Wrench and Grace taps out.
Winner: Wren Sinclair (retains championship)
Match Number Five: Saquon Shugars versus Dion Lennox
Dion punches Saquon and Saquon punches back and chops Dion. Dion with a punch and Saquon sends Dion into the turnbuckles. Saquon with chops and Dion sends Saquon to the floor. Saquon with a single leg take down and punches to Dion. Saquon with punches and Dion with an Irish whip. Saquon with a clothesline out of the corner. Saquon throws his jacket at Dion and then gives him a snap mare and drop kick. Sion with punches to the leg followed by a boot. Saquon with a kick and he gets a near fall. Saquon goes for a neck breaker but Dion escapes. Dion with a back body drop. Dion with a kick to the back and a back breaker. Dion with another back breaker for a near fall. Saquon escapes a back breaker and Saquon with a back breaker and a swinging neck breaker for a near fall.
Saquon with boots to the head and Dion gets up and in Saquon's face. Saquon with a hanging neck breaker.
Osiris and Cutler gingerly make their way to the ring. Dion drops Saquon on the rope and Dion with a choke slam from the apron. Dion with a splash to Saquon's back for a near fall. Dion with an Irish whip and punches. Dion with punches. Dion sends Saquon to the floor in front of Cutler and Osiris. The referee tels them to stay away. Saquon gets back into the ring and Dion with another back breaker for a near fall. Dion with a hard Irish whip for a near fall. Saquon with elbows to Dion. followed by forearms. Dion wtih a t-bone suplex for a near fall. Dion with a waist lock and Dion with knees to the ribs and back. Dion stretches Saquon. Dion with a forearm to the back.
Dion with a waist lock. Saquon escapes a slam and he gets a near fall with a rollup. Saquon with an inside cradle for a near fall. Dion blocks a back slide and Saquon iwth a rolluup for a near fall. Dion iwth a spine buster for a near fall. Dion works on the leg but Saquon kicks Dion to the floor. Dion sets for a reverse DDT but Saquon escapes and hits a suplex followed by a cartwheel and drop kick. Saquon sends Dion into the turnbuckles and connects with a punch and kick. Saquon with a knee to the midsection and the strap comes down. Saquon with punches and kicks in the corner. Saquon with a back body drop. Saquon with a back breaker and a flatliner for a near fall. Saquon kicks Dion on the turnbuckles.
Saquon gets a near fall. Saquon with a slingshot leg drop for a near fall. Saquon goes up top and Dion hits the ropes to crotch Saquon. Saquon knocks Dion off the turnbuckles but Dion gets up and he drops Saquon onto the top turnbuckle. Saquon falls to the floor. Dion with a power slam for a near fall. Saquon with a punch and Dion slaps Saquon. Saquon misses a drop kick and Dion with a clothesline and a second clothesline for a near fall. Saquon with a punch and kicks to Dion. Saquon wiht a hip into the corner and he puts Dion on the turnbuckles but Dion escapes. Saquon goes up top and he hits an inward frog splash for the three count.
Winner: Saquon Shugars
After the match, Osiris and Cutler attack Saquon and the hit a toss double power bomb. Dion has hte bat and he hits Saquon in the midsection a few times.
Emily is with Tatum in the back and she asks about the loss.
Tatum says when she won the title, it was the first time she did something for herself, not for anyone else. Without the title, she feels empty and sad. She says she feels like she let everyone down.
Kelani Jordan shows up and she says Tatum has had so many chances and you keep losing. Kelani says she won the North American title and she hasn't gotten a world title match. She says that Tatum is pathetic.
Tatum punches Kelani and then she is held back.
Match Number Six: Men’s North American Championship Match: Myles Borne versus Tavion Heights
They shake hands before locking up. Myles with a waist lock but Tavion with a standing switch and side head lock. Myles escapes and they lock up again. Tavion goes for the leg and then goes for a front face lock. They continue to be locked up and Tavion with a front face lock. Myles with a waist lock after Tavion blocks a fireman's carry. The referee pulls them apart. Tavion with a double leg take down for a near fall. Myles goes for a back slide and gets a near fall. Tavion with a head butt. Myles drop kicks Tavion over the top rope to the floor. They go face to face on the floor. They return to the ring and Tavion with a shoulder tackle but Myles dows not move. Myles with a double leg take down but Tavion gets the top position. Tavion lands on his feet on a hip toss and Myles with a take down. Tavion knows the power slam was coming so he holds on to teh ropes. Tavion with a boot and Myles goes to the apron and he power slams Tavion.
Myles with a fisherman's suplex for a near fall. Myles with a front face lock. Tavion with a reversal and Myles with a reversal of his own. Tavion runs Myles into the turnbuckles and Tavion puts Myles on the turnbuckles. Tavion with shoulders in the corner. Tavion with a front face lock. Myles with a rollup for a near fall. Tavion runs Myles back into the turnbuckles and Tavion puts Myles on the turnbuckles. Both men fall to the floor and the referee checks on both men. They return to the ring and Tavion with a punch and Tavion isn't sure of what he just did. Tavion hot shots Myles and Tavion with a running clothesline for a near fall. Tavion rolls through and gets Myles on his shoulders and he sends Myles face first to the mat. Tavion with a gutwrench suplex and he gets a near fall. Tavion with a rear chin lock. Tavion with elbows to the clavicle. Tavion returns to the reverse chin lock and sleeper. Myles with punches and Tavion blocks a kick and hits a T-Bone suplex for a near fall. Tavion returns to the sleeper.
Myles escapes the hold and Tavion send Myles to the mat and stomps on Myles. Tavion with a double wrist lock. Tavion with a hammer lock and he sends Myles into the turnbuckles. Tavion with a Fujiwara arm bar. Myles with a back drop and he gets a near fall. Myles with punches and Tavion with a double thrust to the throat. Tavion gets Myles up and he sends Myles over the top rope to the floor. Tavion goes to the floor and sends Myles back into the ring and he gets a near fall. Tavion with a reverse chin lock. Myles with an Irish whip. Tavion with an O'Connor Roll into a belly-to-back suplex for a near fall. Tavion returns to the sleeper. Myles with elbows.
Myles with an Irish whip and Tavion with a boot. Myles with a power slam for a near fall. Myles with a fisherman's suplex for a near fall. Myles with punches to Tavion and Tavion with a shoulder breaker for a near fall. Tavion with an arm bar. Tavion goes for another shoulder breakers but Myles escapes. Myles goes for a hip toss and Tavion with an arm drag into an arm submission. Myles with a rollup. for a near fall. Tavion locks in the cross arm breaker but Myles is able to block it. Myles gets a near fall when he sets for the one arm power bomb and Myles hits it to escape. Myles with clotheslines and a drop kick. Myles with a European uppercut and a GTR for a near fall. Myles goes for a slam and Tavion gets to his feet. Myles clotheslines Tavion over the top rope to the floor. Tavion with an overhead belly-to-belly suplex on the floor.
Tavion sends Myles back into the ring and Tavion gets a near fall. Tavion gets Myles on his shoulders and hits an electric chair drop. Tavion goes up top and hits a frog splash for a near fall. Myles with an Irish whip and Myles with a German suplex. Tavion gets Myles up and Myles counters with Borne Again for the three count.
Winner: Myles Borne (retains championship)
After the match, they shake hands and Tavion leaves the ring while Myles celebrates his win.
Emily interviews Myles after the match.
Myles says he is uncomfortable. He fought his hardest and Tavion pushed him to be a better champion. Tavion will get a championship, but it is not tonight. It is the most important thing he has. He had this title for four months. It does not matter if you are friend or foe, he is going to hold this title for a long time.
We are told that AAA and NXT Heatwave will be in Texas on August 30th.
We return outside to Blake, Kevin, and David.
They talk about the main event as well as Myles Borne and Tatum Paxley.
Hank Walker and Tank Ledger join them on the stage.
Keanu Carver comes out to complain about EK getting a title match.
Keanu tosses security into Hank and Tank and Hank falls off the stage and goes through a table.
Tuesday, Mason Rook faces Jackson Drake. Jaida Parker faces Karmen Petrovic. Vanity Project defends the tag titles against Dr. Wagnrr Jr. and Galeno. El Hijo del Vikingo defensds the AAA Latin American Championship against EK Prosper.
Match Number Seven: Women’s NXT Championship Match: Lola Vice versus Kendal Grey
They lock up and they go to a stalemate. They go to a test of strength and Kendal goes for the leg but Lola blocks it. Kendal with a take down into a waist lock. Lola escapes and Kendal avoids a kick. Lola with a double leg take down. Lola goes for a cross arm breaker but Kendal avoids it. Kendal with a waist lock and rollup for a near fall. Lola with a hip lock take down and she gets a near fall. Lola with a front face lock. Kendal with a wrist lock and Lola with a reversal. Lola with a forearm. Lola with kicks against the ropes. Kendal with a take down and she gets a near fall. Lola holds on to the ropes on an O'Connor Roll. Kendal tries to get back to her feet and Lola with a kick to the chest and a kick to the back. Lola with punches Kendal with forearms in teh corner. Kendal with chops. Lola with chops of her own. Lola with a slingshot arm drag and a few more arm drags to Kendal and Kendal rolls through with a reverse chin lock.
Lola with a rollup for a near fall. Lola with a head scissors and Kendal escapes and she returns to the reverse chin lock. Kendal with a kick and she moves out of the way and Lola goes to the floor. Lola pulls Kedna to the floor. Kendal blocks a kick and connects with a European uppercut.
Kelani Jordan tries to attack Kendal and Wren stops her and they fight to the back.
Lola with a kick to the midsection to knock Kendal off the apron and Lola with a double knee strike off the apron. They return to the ring and Lola with a back elbow for a near fall.
