Pro wrestling's artist at large Rob Schamberger has released a new painting dedicated to the Kenny Omega vs. Will Ospreay rivalry at this link. Schamberger said, "While the Okada vs Swerve painting came out first, this piece featuring Will Ospreay vs Kenny Omega at AEW Forbidden Door 2023 was actually done first. I’m very happy with every bit of how it turned out and I’m excited to share it with you now. To go into the weeds a bit, this was my first time using what’s called ‘hot press’ paper, which essentially means it’s smoother than what I normally use. Several of my artist friends recommended it to me and I’m happy with the results. The paint behaved in different ways, a little more controllable and drying noticeably faster. There also isn’t the texture of the paper showing through. There’s pro’s and con’s for each but I’m glad to have something new in my arsenal. I think it works especially well for complex compositions like this."
