Did the London crowd seem much deader than usual to you?
They didn’t seem as loud as they usually are and were not as loud as the recent European crowds. I heard a lot of chants but didn’t see a lot of the fans that were on camera joining in. It could be it was the fans in the upper seats chanting but I agree, it didn’t seem as hot as the UK has been in the past.
Can you believe that they chanted for CM Punk during the main event?
No I can’t. I thought I was hearing things! I felt bad for The Street Profits and The Vision. They were working their asses off.
Is Jay White still wrestling?
He has been on the mend from hand, and I believe shoulder, issues since last year. Hopefully he can return to action soon.
Saw your answer to the question about LA Knight’s allies so my question is…what about the Usos being Knight’s allies? I don’t see Jimmy as a heel. He seems to be a guy who wants peace but protects his family. What if Jey loses to Cody at SS and Roman’s true colors come out? Or what if Jey doesn’t accept outside interference to beat Cody and that leads to a fracture in the group? Although apologizing to people is happening too much with Seth and Gable making amends, but I am very surprised they made Jey heelish with the fan support he gained over the years. If not the Usos, what about Seth and Punk and Private Party, which could be interesting, too?
First, I am guessing you meant The Street Profits! Could the Usos abandon Roman? Sure that could happen. They would have to tell a hell of a story to get there though. Punk makes perfect sense to join Knight due to past issues with Roman. Seth and Punk together? They would have to tell a hell of a story to get there as well.
