Oba says the people of Paris are awesome and he has business to get down to. Oba says there is so much they have to touch on. Him and Paul Heyman don't agree on many things, but they have one thing in common. They don't believe in predictions, he believes in spoilers. Oba says it is a spoiler that he will run through everyone in King of the Ring and it will continue through Night of Champions and he will destroy him as well. He will take his rightful position on the throne as King of the Ring.
Oba says your ruler needs a crown to be a ruler. He says this is the year to collect trophies but there is one trophy he has not collected yet. That is the head of Brock Lesnar. They are one and one. He is not here. Brock sneaks in and he wins and disappears. Brock came in and cheated to win. Paul talks about a big bad Beast, but all he has seen is a big bad bitch. When he sees Brock, he will settle the score.
Dominik Mysterio's music plays and he makes his way to the stage.
Dom says Oba doesn't rule anybody. You are so worried about Brock Lesnar, but you should have been worried about him. Dom asks the rookie how long has he been here. A cup of coffee? He says he is a 20 year veteran in this game. He says he is the King of the Luchadores and once he is your King of the Ring, he will rule over you.
Dom gets on the apron and he tells Oba to make this easy and bend your knee and respect the stache.
JD appears behind Oba and hits Oba with a chair and Oba feels nothing.
Oba turns around and Oba punches the chair into JD's face. Oba grabs JD and Dom with a 619 to Oba. Dom goes up top and Oba catches Dom and tosses him across the ring. JD pulls Dom to the floor to save him, for now.
Oba tells Dom he messed up tonight. We know Rey is your father. He says next week, he will introduce Dom to his daddy.
We take a look back at the main event from last week's Raw.
Jackie Redmond is with Seth Rolllins.
She asks about what happened last week and if he is done.
Seth wants to soak in the humming. Seth says time is a flat circle. The last time he was in Paris, he was the World Champion and the leader of the Vision. He says the Vision is in the past. The present is the King of the Ring, that he will win. The future is him taking back the title he never lost. Seth says he has a date down the line with Roman Reigns. A man he used to call brother. A man who can't seem to win his titles on his own. A man who can't seem to beat Seth Rollins when it matters most. You are holding on to a title that does not belong to you. Seth says he made that title and it belongs to him.
Match Number One: Liv Morgan versus Alexa Bliss versus Becky Lynch versus Chelsea Green in the Queen of the Ring First Round Match
Liv rolls to the floor. Green escapes a uranage and Alexa kicks Green. Green escapes Sister Abigail. Becky sends Green to the apron and punches her. Alexa with a drop toe hold and knee followed by a drop kick. Alexa hits the ropes and appears to have injured her knee when Becky moves. Liv misses a splash into the ropes. Alexa with a cannonball to Becky on the floor. Green with a cross body onto Liv and Alexa. Becky sends Green into the ring post. Becky sends Liv into the announce table. Becky with a leg drop off the turnbuckles to Alexa for a near fall. Becky argues with the referee. Becky with a forearm into the corner followed by an exploder on Alexa for a near fall.
Becky with a forearm to the back and she sends Alexa into the mat. Alexa with a jaw breaker but she misses a splash. Alexa blocks the double jump side kick and she sends Becky over the top rope. Liv with a lung blower to Alexa for a near fall. Liv with a forearm to Green and Green returns the favor. Liv with a kick and she hits a suplex. Liv holds on and she hits a second one. Liv sets for the Third Amiga and Alexa stops Liv. Becky joins in for the double suplex attempt back and forth exchange until Green and Alexa hit the double suplex. Alexa with shoulder tackles and a dragon screw to LIv. Green with a shoulder tackle to both. Alexa with a flip senton to Becky and Liv. Green and Alexa with double knee strikes to the backs of Liv and Becky. Green with a kick to Alexa and then she hits running double knee strikes on Liv and Becky.
Becky with a splash to Green and Liv with an elbow to Becky. Alexa with a series of strikes and kicks to Liv. Alexa escapes a uranage attempt and Green with a missile drop kick to Becky. Alexa with a DDT to Green for a near fall. Becky stops Alexa on the turnbuckles. Alexa and Becky with punches on the turnbuckles and Green pulls Becky off the turnbuckles. Alexa punches Green and Green punches back. Alexa with a head butt and Liv with a sunset flip power bomb to Green and Alexa with Twisted Bliss to break up the cover. Becky breaks up the cover by Alexa. Becky punches Alexa and then Becky sends Liv to the floor. Becky punches Green and sends her to the floor., Alexa kicks Becky and Becky blocks a tornado DDT. Alexa gets a near fall. Alexa with a blockbuster to Becky. Alexa blocks obLIViion and she hits Sister Abigail. Alexa gets a near fall and Becky with a uranage for a near fall. Green with UnprettiHER but Liv with a jackknife cover on Green for the three count.

Cole and Corey talk about Penta and Rey Mysterio.
Rey says he has represented lucha libre in WWE for a long time. Penta says when you talk about lucha libre, you talk about Rey Mysterio. He inspired him. Rey says never has he seen a member of the family rise as fast as Penta. Penta says stepping into the ring with Rey is an honor and he says it is the opportunity of a lifetime. Rey says it is an honor for him to step into the ring with Penta. Penta says this is more than a match. It is a piece of history of lucha libre.
Penta turns to see Chad Gable.
Chad tells Penta he will keep it short. He says he talked to Rey Fenix on Smackdown and he has done a lot of things he was ashamed of over the last few years. It started because he lost to Penta in his debut match. Chad says he did not take that loss like a man. He took it like a coward. Chad says he wants to look Penta in the eyes and he says he is sorry.
Penta says he loves lucha libra and he says it is hard to respect someone and say you are wrong. Penta says there is someone else he needs to apologize to.
Byron Saxton is with Ethan Page on the Interstitial Stage.
Byron asks about the IC title match.
Ethan stops Byron and he asks if his path isn't what he wants it to be. He has been here for two months and he wrestled for the title on a PLE. He had Penta beat. Let's talk about Penta. How long did it take him to get these opportunities. There is favoritism on this brand thanks to Mr. Pearce. Penta says he has no fear but he fears Ethan Page. Where is his rematch? Ethan says he is the smartest and the smartest gets what he wants. Page says he will get his rematch. He says it does not matter who wins because the title is his target.
On Steptember 6th, WWE returns to Atlanta for Sunday NIght's Main Event.
Seth is in LOCKER ROOM and Montez Ford shows up.
Ford wishes Seth luck in King of the Ring.
Seth says he is thankful for Ford's help and he asks about Angelo.
Jimmy Uso and Jey Uso show up and Jey tells Seth to be careful what he says about the family. Jey says he is going to win and beat Cody. Jacob Fatu is there too.
Seth says that is nice you are in King of the Ring. That is better than Jimmy. Seth says he is not talking about family, he is talking about Roman Reigns. Seth says he thought they were better than this. Better than doing business for Roman. Seth says maybe this is the best it gets for you.
Jey tells Fatu to get Seth.
Fatu takes off his sunglasses and walks away.
Bayley walks up to Lyra to pump her up for the match. She says it is time for Lyra to get her IC title back. What she has done in the past is what got her there. Bayley says she believes in Lyra and wishes her luck.
Match Number Two: Sol Ruca versus Lyra Valkyria for the Women's Intercontinental Championship
They lock up and Sol with a side head lock and take down. Lyra bridges out of the hold into a wrist lock. Sol with a reversal and take down into an arm bar. Lyra kicks Sol to escape and they get back to their feet at the same time. Lyra with a waist lock and Sol with a belly-to-back suplex but Lyra lands on her feet. Lyra with a springboard arm drag. Sol gets a near fall. Sol with a front face lock. Sol with an Irish whip and Lyra floats over despite Sol not getting into the corner in time. Sol walks on her hands to get away from Lyra. Sol with an X Factor for a near fall. Lyra goes to the floor and then Lyra gets back on the apron and Sol kicks Lyra. Sol escapes Lyra's shoulder and Sol is sent to the apron. Sol with a round kick and a springboard but Lyra catches Sol and Lyra eventually sends Sol over the top rope to the floor.
Lyra follows Sol to the floor and Lyra with a forearm to the back. Lyra with a European uppercut and they return to the ring. Lyra with a snap mare and a rollup for a near fall. Sol with punches and forearms. Lyra with a full nelson and Sol drops down but Lyra blocks Sol and she goes for a Billy Goat's Curse. Sol with a sunset flip for a near fall. Lyra with an enzuigiri to Sol for a near fall. Lyra with a hard Irish whip. Lyra with another hard Irish whip. Sol with an Irish whip and Sol misses a hip into the corner. Sol with a sunset flip out of the corner for a near fall. Sol and Lyra with clotheslines at the same time and both go down. Lyra with a forearm and Sol fires back. They go back and forth. Sol with a thrust kick and uppercut. Lyra misses a spinning back heel kick and Sol with a few back elbows. Sol sends Lyra into the turnbuckles and hits a German suplex. Sol with a missile drop kick. Sol with a running knee to the head for a near fall.
Sol goes to the apron and Lyra kicks Sol to stop her. Lyra goes to the turnbuckles and hits a leg drop with Sol hanging in the ropes. Lyra with a spinning back heel kick for a near fall. Lyra goes for a tornado DDT but Sol is able to escape and lands on her feet. Lyra with a drop kick and Sol with elbows to escape Night Wing. Lyra catches Sol off the turnbuckles and gets her on her shoulders. Lyra sets for Night Wing but Sol counters for a sunset flip and Lyra drops down for a near fall. Lyra misses a spinning heel kick and gets caught in the ropes. Sol with a Sol Snatcher for the three count.

We take a look back at the Tribal Rose Ceremony from last week.
Fatu is approached by Jey and he wants to know what Fatu did. Jimmy tells Fatu they called the play and he runs it.
Fatu tells Jimmy and Jey that he didn't acknowledge them. He only acknowledged Roman. Fatu tells them to worry about LA Knight. Did you tell him to stop talking about the family? LA is probably out there talking about the family and you are doing nothing.
LA Knight walks in the back.
Byron Saxton is with Ricky Saints and he asks about his match tonight.
Ricky says he is not having a good time in Paris. He says what is there to prepare for when you are absolute. There is no one like him. There is no preparation needed when it comes to him.
Byron brings up Ricky's opponents and asks if he has an edge.
Ricky says it took him 6 months to become the NXT and North American champion and it takes most much longer. He will prove he is a star tonight. Ricky says he is winning tonight and he will become King of the Ring.. He will become World Champion at SummerSlam.
LA Knight makes his way to the ring.
Knight says on Friday, he will be in a King of the Ring tournament match. Finn Balor, Royce Keys, Jey Uso, and him. Ordinarily he would say he is going to go through all of them on Friday and then he is going to face Roman at SummerSlam. He says he is not mad that you chant for Roman because he has conned you and pulled the wool over your eyes. He says Roman is a guy whose empire is on the verge of crumbling so he is trying to hold on to whatever he can. Someone will probably come out on Friday to help Jey win. He says he heard from Jimmy and Jey that it isn't Knight's business.
Knight says he doesn't follow orders from Roman Reigns. He says he is the chief. If he wins on Friday and wins King of the Ring and faces Roman for the title. Every single member of the Bloodline will come out to make sure that Roman keeps the title. It will all be allowed by Adam Pearce. He says there is a marked difference in the way that Adam Pearce talked to him last week and the way he talked to Roman the week before.
Knight says he might be unchosen, but you have chosen him. Knight says he chose himself. He gets the job done. He says he does not know how to quit or stop. Knight says he hopes Jey can do it on Friday on his own without callling his family to ringside.
Jey Uso's music plays and he makes his way to the ring.
Jey reminds us that he is here.
The crowd wants it run again.
Knight says he isn't standing around for that.
Jey tells Knight to stay in his lane. He is in King of the Ring. He says he will show Knight who exactly he is. This is your warning shot.
Knight tells Jey he thinks he has him wrong. He respects Jey's passion about his family and how protective he is. That is how a good man should be. With that in mind, I will wish you good luck on Friday and he tells Jey 'screw your family'.
Jey makes his way back to the ring and Jimmy stops him at ringside and tells Jey to go to the back.
Chad Gable walks in the back and he sees Rey Mysterio and Dragon Lee.
He asks for a minute.
Dragon Lee says they are good. Lee says he knows that Chad knows what the mask is about.
Rey says they heard what Chad said to Rey and Penta and he tells Chad not to beat himself up about it. After watch the mask match, that was lucha libre. Rey says he accepts Chad's apology.
Rey says he has known Chad for a minute and he is not one to judge. You might want to look back further for things you might have regretted before you put the mask on.
Match Number Three: Penta versus Rey Mysterio for the Men's Intercontinental Championship
They shake hands before locking up. Penta with a waist lock and Rey with an arm drag. Penta with a head scissors and Rey with a hed scissors of his own. Rey drop kicks Penta into the ropes but Penta sends Rey to the apron. Penta slides between Rey's legs and Rey with an Asai Moonsault onto Penta. Penta sends Rey into the ring post and he stops the count. Penta kicks Rey in the back of the leg. Penta chops Rey against the ring post. Penta goes for another chop against the ring post but Rey moves and Penta hurts his hand. They return to the ring. Penta with a tilt-a-whirl back breaker for a near fall. Penta with a back heel kick and he gets a near fall. Penta with a punch and chop and the right hand is fine. Rey and Penta exchange chops. Penta with a kick to the back of the leg to take hm down. Penta with an Irish whip and Rey floats over but Penta catches him. Penta with a thrust kick to Rey in the turnbuckles followed by an enzuigiri and a hesitation headstand kick. Penta with a flip dive onto Rey on the floor.
They return to the ring and Penta signals for the Destroyer but Rey with a kick and Irish whip. Penta floats over and hits a lung blower for a near fall. Penta with chops. Rey with a satellite DDT and he gets a near fall. Rey with a shoulder and he sets for a sunset flip power bomb off the apron and Penta holds on. Rey blocks a kick and he swings Penta to the apron. Rey with a Tiger Feint kick and a sliding sunset flip power bomb into the ringside barrier. Rey breaks the count and then he goes back to the floor and he kicks Penta. Rey sends Penta into the ring steps. They return to the ring and Penta rolls back to the floor. Penta kicks Rey in the leg. Penta presses Rey over his head and then he uses one arm and he drops Rey on the apron. They return tot he ring.
Penta with a clothesline and he gets a near fall. Penta with a chop and Rey chops back. They go back and forth. Penta with a kick to the leg. Rey with a kick and Penta catches Rey off the ropes. Rey blocks a Penta Driver. Rey with a forearm and Penta with a super kick. Penta with a Penta Driver for a near fall. Penta sets for the Destroyer but Rey with a kick. Penta catches Rey off the ropes and Rey with a poisonrana. Rey drop kicks Penta into the ropes and Rey with a 619 and a springboard splash for a near fall. Rey and Penta have words for each other. Rey with a forearm and Penta fires back. They go back and forth. Penta with a super kick and he goes for another Penta Driver but Rey rolls through and hits another 619. Rey goes up top and he goes for a frog splash but Penta gets his knees up. Penta with a Destroyer for the three count.
Winner: Penta (retains championship)
After the match, Penta and Rey touch heads to show respect.
Ethan Page and Rusev attack Penta and Rey.
Rusev with a jumping thrust kick to Penta. Rusev with Accolade on Rey.
Dragon Lee's music plays and he makes his way to the ring.
Lee kicks Page and punches him. LEe punches and kicks Rusev. Page grabs Lee and Lee sends Page into Rusev. Lee with a thrust kick to Page and a clothesline to send Page to the floor. Lee drop kicks Rusev off the apron. Page trips Lee and sends him over the ringside barrier.
Page tells Rusev to take off Rey's mask.
Rusev pulls off the mask and Penta covers Rey.
Page kicks Rey and Penta.
Chad Gable comes out and he gives Page a German suplex. Rusev waits for his German suplex. Page gets another German suplex. Rusev gets his second German suplex. Gable puts Page in the ankle lock. Rusev pulls Page to the floor.
Lee gets a towel for Rey to cover up. Gable sees Rey's mask on the mat and he gives it to Penta for Rey to put back on.
Raquel Rodiguez says she dominated her first match in Queen of the Ring. Next, is blasting through everything else and that is Iyo Sky. She beat Iyo the last time they were in the ring together. Next week will be no different. She says she will beat Iyo and take the title from her BFF Rhea at SummerSlam. You might want a ticket for SummerSlam because when she wins the title, Rhea might need a shoulder to cry on.
Next week, Iyo Sky faces Raquel Rodriguez in the semifinals of Queen of the Ring.
Iyo Sky says before leaving the US, Asuka entrusted her with the women's division. She says Raquel is a physical force to be reckoned with but she has no honor or heart. All you do is protect Liv Morgan's ego. She will unburden Raquel of that responsibility. She says she will put Judgment Day in its place and Iyo says she will become something Raquel has never been, a world champion.
Next week, Roman returns to Raw. Dominik Mysterio faces Oba Femi in the King of the Ring seminfinal.
Roxanne tells Liv she was right. She says she needs to look at the bigger picture. She wants Liv or Raquel to win. Roxanne suggests that it would be great if Liv and Raquel meet in the final.
Liv sees Dom show up and Dom complains about what happened earlier. Liv says she has some ideas.
Roxanne says she will catch up to them later.
Match Number Four: Je'Von Evans versus Seth Rollins versus Talla Tonga versus Ricky Saints in a King of the Ring Tournament
Ricky punches Seth and Seth goes to the floor. Ricky goes after Seth and Evans flips away from Talla. Evans with a kick and a springboard cutter but Talla catches Evans and clotheslines him. Seth and Talla are in the ring. Seth with chops and a thrust kick. Talla with a shoulder tackle to Seth. Talla gets Seth up and Evans punches Talla. Seth joins in and they punch Talla. They hit a double thrust kick and Seth with a clothesline and Evans with a clothesline. Ricky is sent to the floor and he trips Seth and Talla kicks Evans. Ricky sends Evans to Talla for a slam. Ricky holds Seth for Talla to chop hm. Ricky holds Evans and Talla chops him. Ricky and Talla high five and Talla with a boot to Ricky. Talla sends Ricky to the floor and he clotheslines Seth over the top rope to the floor. Talla gets Evans on his shoulders and he press slams Evans onto Seth and Ricky.
Talla sends Ricky into the ringside barrier and then he sends Evans into the ring post. Talla with a forearm to Seth's back and they return to the ring. Talla with a splash and a back elbow to Seth. Talla with an elbow drop. Talla with a back elbow in the corner. Seth with chops to Talla and Talla chops Seth to the mat. Talla with a boot to knock Evans off the apron. Talla punches Ricky and then he sends Ricky to the floor. Talla goes to the floor and he stands over Ricky. Talla sends Ricky into the ringside barrier. Talla with a punch. Talla gets Ricky up but Ricky escapes and sends Talla into the ring post. Seth with a suicide dive and Ricky sends Talla into the ring post. Seth and Ricky push Talla over the ringside barrier into the time keeper's area. Talla grabs Seth by the throat and then he grabs Ricky until he sees Evans flying at him with a cross body.
Seth and Ricky return to the ring. Ricky punches Seth and Seth punches back. They go back and forth. Seth with forearms and clotheslines. Seth with a running knee and a Falcon Arrow. Seth with a kick and Evans with a rebound spinning heel kick for a near fall on Seth. Evans goes to the apron and Seth kicks Evans on a springboard move. Evans with a kick. Seth blocks the slingshot head scissors and Seth goes for a buckle bomb but Evans counters with a rana into the turnbuckles. Ricky kicks Evans and hits a tornado DDT for a near fall. The referee checks on Evans as Ricky goes up top. Evans leaps up top and he goes over the top rope to the floor. Evans with a kick and Evans iwth Spanish Fly. Seth with a Pedigree to Evans but Talla breaks up the cover and Seth escapes a choke slam and Seth with a series of kicks.
Talla goves over the top rope to the floor and Ricky sends Seth over the top rope. Ricky goes for Roshambo but Evans escapes and he sends Ricky to the floor. Evans with a plancha onto everyone. Evans goes up top and Ricky crotches Evans. Evans with elbows to Ricky and Seth with forearms to Ricky's back. Seth goes to the turnbuckles and then Talla comes under for a Tower of Doom and Evans lands on his feet. Evans with a forearm but Talla with a clothesline when Evans goes for a rebound round kick. Seth breaks up the cover. Talla grabs Seth by the throat and he sends Seth over the top rope to the floor. Talla goes to the floor and he plays iwth the announce table.Talla grabs Seth and Evans with a suicide dive. Talla choke slams Evans onto the announce table. Seth with Black Out to Talla on the announce table.
Seth with a knee to the back of Talla's head off the ringside barrier. Seth misses Black Out on Ricky. Seth escapes the tornado DDT. Seth with Black Out and Austin Theory pulls the referee out of the ring. Montez Ford attacks Theory and they fight into the crowd. Bron Breakker is in the ring and he hits a spear on Seth. Ricky crawls over to Seth but Evans gets in the ring and Ricky stands up to take the double jump cutter and Evans gets the three count.
Winner: Je'Von Evans
