Deadline.com is reporting Finn Cole (Animal Kingdom), Ben Foster (The Messenger), Leslie Bibb (The White Lotus), and KJ Apa (Riverdale) are set to star in Gable, the feature film about the life of Olympic gold medalist wrestler Dan Gable, considered one of the best competitors of all time.   Gable is the namesake of WWE's Chad Gable and was a massively influential wrestler in his home state of Iowa.  The National Wrestling Museum in Waterloo, Iowa (which houses the Thesz/Tragos Hall of Fame) was named for Gable, who has spoken positively about professional wrestling on their website.  Gable also had a cameo in the 1970s film The Wrestler starring Verne Gagne, Ed Asner and Billy Robinson.  Gable, an Olympic gold medalist, has been awarded the Presidential Medal of Freedom.  Casting for the film began back in February.

Grind Time Pro Wrestling Academy's Darren McCarty and Scott Sucher spoke with FOX's Detroit affiliate.

Italian star Cristiano Argento, who is signed to Billy Corgan's NWA, spoke with FOX News.

Washington DC-area independent wrestler Rich Wise spoke to the FOX affiliate in DC about appearing on Prime Video game show The 1%.
