ONGOING RING OF HONOR SUPERCARD OF HONOR COVERAGE

It’s time for Ring of Honor’s annual Supercard of Honor from the Wicomico Civic Center in Salisbury, MD. Our commentary team is Ian Riccaboni and Caprice Coleman.

The show starts with Zero Hour, where Ian and Caprice go down the card for tonight.

Sammy Guevara vs Action Andretti

Sammy does not adhere to the code of honor, and flips Andretti off instead. Sammy gets a waistlock takedown and then leans on the ropes. They lock up again and go to arm bars. Andretti gets a rollup for one only, and then gets a second. They run the ropes and Andretti leaps over Sammy with a 360 flip. They are knocked down and kip up at the same time. 

Sammy calls for a handshake and then pull the “too slow” on Andretti. Sammy rakes Andretti’s eyes and then lays in chops in the corner. Andretti vaults over Sammy and then gets a drop-kick on Sammy before clotheslining him to the floor and then diving. Andretti dives again and returns to the ring. They run the ropes and Sammy gets a spiral drop-kick.

Sammy dives onto Andretti on the floor. Andretti gets a super kick and then dives onto Sammy on the floor. He rolls Sammy into the ring and tries a springboard strike, but Sammy gets a leaping knee to stop him and covers for two. Sammy lays in blows and then chokes Andretti in the ropes. Sammy goes back to blows, and sets for the GTH. He squats a couple of times before a Samoan drop, but Andretti gets a rollup for two. 

Sammy lays in a chop in the corner and whips Andretti across the ring. He charges into big boots from Andretti, who then gets a back elbow and a stunner. Both men are down and Andretti blocks a blow and nails Sammy. Andretti gets a series of blows and kicks. Sammy gets a big spin kick and Andretti gets an insigiri. Andretti gets a handspring back elbow and then goes to the top.

Sammy rolls to the floor and Andretti leaps onto the apron, then to the second rope for a springboard moonsault. He rolls Sammy into the ring for a springboard crossbody and then hits a running shooting star press for two. They go back and forth and Andretti gets a springboard crossbody for two and then kicks Sammy back to the mat. Andretti goes to the top and misses a split legged moonsault. Sammy gets a cutter for two.

Andretti goes to the top and leaps as Sammy gets the knees up. Sammy gets a back suplex into a neckbreaker and then the GTH for the pin and the win.

Winner: Sammy Guevara

It looks like The Cru is over and Andretti was working as a babyface again. 

Sammy grabs a mic and asks people to cheer for Rush, who comes out and beats down Andretti.

Rush vs Leon St. Giovanni 

Rush kicks away the code of honor handshake and beats down Ace in the corner. He then hits the Bull’s Horns for the pin and the win.

Winner: Rush

Rush grabs a mic and reminds us that when you mess with the bull, you get the horns.

Backstage, Shane Taylor Promotions are bragging about their latest wins and challenge anyone to try to take their Trio Titles.

Lacy Lane and Janai Kai vs Mina Shirakawa and Queen Aminata

Mina and Lane start the match and shake hands. Lane takes Mina down and gets a front face lock. Kai tags in and covers Mina for two. Mina dodges a clothesline and shimmies. Mina gets a sling blade and tags in Aminata. Aminata gets a snap suplex and tags in Mina who hits a tornado dive over the top for two. Aminata tags in and hits chocolate kisses and Mina kicks Kai in the back for one only.

Kai gets an inside cradle for two. Kai gets a big kick and tags in Lane, and they hit a series of kicks for one only. Aminata gets a chop and a snap suplex followed by a running knee strike for one only again. Mina tags in and cuts Lane off. Lane gets a series of strike and Mina gets a dragon screw into a figure four. Aminata stops Kai from breaking it up, but Kai falls onto the Mina and breaks the hold. 

Kai and Aminata trade kicks and strikes and Aminata drops. Mina takes out Kai with a discus lariat. Lacy drops Mina and then Aminata nails Lane with a headbutt and all four women are down. All four women fight to their feet, Lane carries Mina to the corner and slams her into Aminata for two. 

Kai gets a blind tag and a surprise kick in Mina for two, with Aminata breaking it up. Aminata throws blows at Kai and Lane. Lane and Kai take down Aminata with a series of kicks. They run the ropes and Mina gets a drop-kick on Kai and Lane from the top. Mina gets a big discus strike on Kai and locks on the figure four. Aminata gets a cloverleaf on Lane and Kai has to tap out.

Winners: Mina Shirakawa and Queen Aminata

In the back, Jay Lethal and Lee Johnson say that tonight is the night they beat Blake Christian and then challenge Samoa Joe and Anthony Bowens tomorrow night on Collision. 

The Premier Athletes (Tony Nese and Ariya Davari) w/Mark Sterling and Stori Denali vs the Rascalz (Dezmond Xavier and Myron Reed)

Nese and Xavier start the match with the code of honor. They trade waistlocks and when Nese drops Xavier, he does jumping jacks. They lock up and Nese forces them to the ropes. Xavier rolls away and gets a series of strikes into a drop-kick and then he does jumping jacks. Nese stays in the ropes to stall. 

They run the ropes and Xavier gets a head scissor takedown and tags in Reed. They hit a series of double team moves in the corner for a one count. Nese is able to rake the eyes and tag in Davari, and they start working over Reed. Reed is able to get the tag with Sterling on the apron and the Rascalz double team Davari for two. 

Reed gets out of the ring to get in Sterling’s face, and he is taken out by Denali. Davari gets a DDT on Xavier. Xavier is tossed to the floor and Sterling chokes Xavier with it. Davari slams Xavier’s head into the announce table and rolls him into the ring for two. Nese tags in and they double-team Xavier. Xavier tries to fight out of the corner and gets a spin kick and both men are down. 

Xavier crawls to his corner for the tag as Nese tags in, and Reed runs wild. The Rascalz hit a slingshot neckbreaker on Nese for two, broken up by Davari. All four men brawl in the ring and Nese gets a spinning pump handle slam on Reed for two. Reed takes out Davari and Xaiver dives onto Davari. Nese dives onto Xavier and Reed gets a cutter on Nese while landing on Davari. 

Zachary Wentz stops Sterling and Denali from attacking Reed. The match resets and Xavier and Davari in the ring. Reed gets into the ring and Davari grabs an inside cradle on him for two. Reed pops out of a hammerlock and picks up Davari as Nese knocks Xavier off the top. Nese gets a clothesline slam and Davari hits the magic carpet ride for two only as Xaiver gets a corkscrew leg drop to break it up.

Xavier gets a springboard backflip kick on Nese. Reed picks up Davair and Xaveir gets a double stomp into a slam for the pin and the win.

Winners: The Rascalz.
