RANDY SAVAGE, MIKE BELL TO BE INDUCTED INTO POUGHKEEPSIE'S MJN CENTER HALL OF FAME TOMORROW AS PART OF ACW RECKONING

WWE Hall of Famer and former WWF and WCW Champion Randy Savage and Mike Bell will each be posthumously inducted into the MJN Center Hall of Fame in Poughkeepsie, NY tomorrow, Saturday 5/16 during Awesome Championship Wrestling's return to the venue. 

Savage performed in the venue, formerly known as the Mid-Hudson Civic Center, numerous times for the WWF between 1985 and 1993.  He made his WWF debut in the venue, introducing Miss Elizabeth as his manager there as well.  He passed away in 2011 at 58 years old.

Bell, a Poughkeepsie native wrestled in the venue numerous times as an enhancement talent for the WWF and as a member of the ECW roster.  Upon his move to California, Bell worked as a trainer for Rick Bassman's UPW, helping to train John Cena, Samoa Joe and others.   He passed away in 2008 at 37 years old.

Tommy Dreamer was the first pro wrestler inducted into the MJN Center Hall last year.
