NEW KNOCKOUTS CHAMPION CROWNED & MORE: 5/7 TNA THURSDAY NIGHT IMPACT ON AMC REPORT

They recapped everything that led us to tonight in Syracuse, NY.

EC3 vs. Eric Young  - No DQ

They battled at the bell.  Young went for a piledriver on the apron but was backdropped over.  They fought on the floor.  Weapons came into play.  EC3 used a chair on Young and tried to wrap it around his neck.  Young broke free and nailed EC3 with a trash can.  EC3 sent him up and over in the corner and then clotheslined him to the floor as they went to commercial.

When they returned, Young nailed a spinebuster and stomped EC3 low in the nether-regions.  He smashed EC3 with a trash can and used a boot to the throat.  Young brought a steel chain into the equation, wrapping it around EC3.  He whipped Carter with the chain.  Young nailed a belly to back suplex but missed a moonsault.  Carter nailed a neckbreaker, then nailed a jawbreaker with a chair wrapped around Young's throat.  He nailed the One Percenter but Young rolled to the apron.  Young nailed a low kick and hit a piledriver off the apron through a table on EC3.    Young nailed another piledriver and scored the pin.

Gia Miller interviewed Knockouts Champion Arianna Grace and Stacks.  She complained she shouldn't be facing Lei Ying Lee tonight and proving herself.  Stacks said he has a plan.

The System cut a promo backstage, saying they can't wait to take out their opponents.

Elayna Black came to the ring to cut a promo.  She said that she's the number one Knockout and the only person who matters in the division.  Whoever wins the title match tonight, she is coming for the belt and it's going to be hers.  She said she's the only woman who makes real money because she's not a wrestler, she's a business.  Ash by Elegance and The Conceirge came to the ring.  Ash said she's an empire and Elayna looks like a goth prostitute.  Indi Hartwell came out and said it was disgusting the Knockouts are main eventing and all they are doing is talking about money.  Ash said that sounds like she's poor.  Black walked out.  Ash insulted Indi who said every bit of her was fake, and laid her out.

Backstage, Daria wondered how someone canceled Santino Marella's flight.   Yeah, I wonder.

TNA Tag Team Champions Brian Myers & Bear Bronson vs. Nic Nemeth & KC Navarro

Navarro and Myers started off.  Navarro hit a head scissors takedown for a two count.    Myers took over.  He and Bear attempted a double suplex but Nemeth made the save.  He and Navarro hit a double suplex.  Bronson took control and nailed a sit-down splash on Nemeth.  Alisa Edwards choked Nemeth against the ropes.  The System tagged in and out, working over Nemeth.  Nemeth nailed a jawbreaker but was taken down before he could build and momentum.  Myers controlled him with a rear chinlock. 

Myers went for a Roster Cut but was caught with a Famouser.  Navarro got the hot tag and battled Bear.  Navarro nailed a DDT but was attacked by Myers.  Myers was superkicked off the apron but caught by The System.  Nemeth dove on the pile.  Navarro went for a move but was tripped up by Alisha.  Bronson caught him with a Michinoku Driver and scored the pin.

The System challenged Leon Slater and Moose to come face them right now.

TNA plugged Lockdown for August in Chicago.

Cedric Alexander & Eddie Edwards vs. X-Division Champion Leon Slater & Moose

Leon and Cedric started out, chopping each other.  Edwards tagged in but Moose got involved and they brawled on the mat.  Cedric got involved but received the same treatment.  Leon rained down with punches on Cedric.  Moose nailed a big elbow.  Moose backdropped Cedric.  Cedric went to the floor.  Moose and Leon hit stereo pescados on The System members.

Slater hit a flying bodypress on Alexander.  Moose continued to wail away at Alexander with chops.  Slater continued the beating.  Moose and Slater kept tagging in and out, working over Cedric.  Slater was caught and whipped hard into the buckles, crashing over the top the floor.  Moose checked on him as Slater tried to recover.  Moose rallied the fans to cheer for him and Slater made it back in before being counted out.  Edwards attacked Slater as he returned and The System began tagging in and out, working over Slater.

Cedric worked over Slater, mauling him in the corner.   The System continued working him over.  Alexander scored a two count with a sit-out powerbomb.  Slater tried to fight back and finally took him out with a spinning kick.  Slater crawled to the corner and tagged Moose, who cleaned house.  He nailed a big Uranage and senton on Edwards.  Moose nailed a Sky High on Edwards but Alexander broke it up.  Slater nailed a springboard elbow on Edwards and Alexander.

All four battled back and forth, slugging it out.  Moose and Edwards nailed a double clothesline.  The crowd chanted TNA.  

Everyone began hitting big moves, culminating with Moose drilling Edwards with a headbutt.  He went for a spear but Edwards hit a sunset flip.  Moose reversed and scored the pin.

Injury Report:  EC3 and Eric Young are being examined.  Elijah and Frankie Kazarian are being held out due to last week's match.  Arianna Grace and Kei Ying Lee are cleared for the main event.

TNA plugged Slammiversary on 6/28.

They showed the return of Broken Matt Hardy last week.  Hardy said The Righteous wanted The Broken Hardys but now they have opened Pandora's Box.  They promised to take out The Righteous.

TNA Champion Mike Santana came to the ring.  He said when he was gunning to get the belt back, he said he was bringing TNA back to prominence.  He and Rich Swann showed that when they battled in the ring.  He said that he's out here to choose his next opponent.  He asked the crowd if they wanted to know who was next, but Daria came out and said absolutely not.  Santana doesn't make his own matches and doesn't pick his own opponents.  Santino isn't here, so she will pick the next opponent.  Next week, there will be a battle royal.  The winner will face Santana.  Santana said that whoever wins, he's going to kick their ass and pin them, 1-2-3.

AJ Francis cut a promo.  He said KC Navarro has been a thorn in his side and stole a win from him, so next week, Francis is going to take his health in a Street Fight next week.

KC Navarro said Francis blames him for matches they lost.   He said he's going to take out Francis.  Great intensity.

TNA Knockouts Champion Arianna Grace with Stacks vs. Lei Ying Lee

Xia Brookside is banned from ringside.

Lee had all the offense early.  Grace caught her with a sunset flip for a two count but Lee was very physical, working over the champ.  Lee rained down with punches in the corner and nailed an exploder but Grace went to the floor.  Lee nailed a dive, taking out Stacks and Grace.  She worked over Grace on the floor and sent her into the barricade several times.

Lee tossed Grace back in the ring and wen to the ropes.  Stacks distracted her, allowing Grace to knock her to the floor.  Grace worked her over and nailed a suplex on the floor for a two count.  She tossed Lee back into the ring, scoring several two counts.  Grace worked over Lee's arm and cinched in a chinlock.  Lee fought to the floor but was muscled back to the mat as they went to commercial.

When they returned, Lee was hit with Graceland but scored a two count.  They showed Xia Brookside watching from backstage.  Lee made a comeback and scored several two counts.  She drilled Grace with a kick and spear for a two count.  They battled back and forth.  Grace hit a flying bodypress but Lee rolled through and slammed her for a two count.  Grace caught Lee with a kick on the ropes and attempted a superplex.  She finally nailed it and begam slapping and trash talking Lee.  Lee fired back and nailed several strikes and headbutts.   Lee hit her finisher, the Warrior's Way but Stacks put Grace's leg on the ropes.  The referee ejected him and Lee hit him with a kick through the ropes for good measure.   Grace nailed a twisting neckbreaker but Lee kicked out.  Lee hit a neckbreaker off the ropes and scored the pin.
