DARBY ALLIN, SONJAY DUTT, CHRIS JERICHO, ANNA JAY, BANDIDO & MORE AEW NOTES

Billy Krotchsen sent word that after AEW Dynamite went off the air, AEW Champion Darby Allin appeared to be having problems putting weight on his leg and was helped from the ring by several officials.  It could be he was selling from the bout.

After AEW went off the air, MJF came to the ring and demanded Darby give him his title shot.  AEW Producer Sonjay Dutt, who is from Virginia, came out and was insulted by Max.  It ended up with Dutt hitting a twisting DDT on MJF to a big pop, dancing and then thanking all the local fans for supporting AEW.  We are told it got a big reaction live in the building.

The word making the rounds at the taping was Chris Jericho was filming a Viacom series this week in NYC.  

We are told Steven Borden looked really good in his dark match before Dynamite as well.

The Bandido vignette with Swerve Strickland tonight on Dynamite was filmed at the legendary Wild West City in Netcong, NJ.  The family attraction has been around for decades and doubles for old west settings for lots of TV and film projects.  The late, legendary Uncle Floyd performed there and created the theme song:

Anna Jay has been announced as making her return this Saturday on Collision, challenging TBS Champion Willow Nightingale.  Also announced for Collision:

*AEW TNT Champion Kevin Knight vs. Hook.

*AEW National Champion Jack Perry vs. Mascara Dorada.

*The Death Riders' Jon Moxley & Claudio Castagnoli & Pac and The Dogs' David Finlay & Clark Connors vs. Top Flight & The Rascalz.

*Bang Bang Gang's Juice Robinson & Ace Austin vs. The Death Riders' Wheeler Yuta & Daniel Garcia.Announced for next week's Dynamite is Darby Allin vs. Kevin Knight for the AEW title as well as Dax Harwood vs. Orange Cassidy in a Double Jeopardy Match.  If Harwood wins, FTR & Tommaso Ciampa get an AEW Trios title shot.  If Cassidy wins, The Conglomeration get an AEW Tag Team title shot.
