GOTHAM WRESTLING NEWS AND NOTES

Gotham Wrestling returned last night to West Nyack, NY at Levity Live.  The taping drew in the 250-300 range, which was what the last taping did and was just about capacity for the building.

AEW Producer and Superfan: The Story of Vladimir Director Giancarlo Dittamo was visiting at the taping.

The promotion's next taping will be 6/2, headlined by the finals of the Five Borough Challenge, a "Skyscraper" match featuring Ray Jaz vs. Drew Gulak vs. Chris Dickinson vs. Leo Sparrow vs. Max Caster.

Gotham's Dave Marquez had meetings with several broadcast entities this week in NYC about securing a weekly slot for the series, which is currently broadcasting on YouTube.

Former WWE NXT Creative team member Nick Bonanno is the booker for the series and ran the promotion's production meeting last night.

The Backseat Boyz, JP and Tommy Grayson, made their team debut last night for the series.

The promotion used a brand new ring that was built and acquired specifically for this venue to better accomodate the needs of the space thanks to Jonny Moose of Excite Wrestling, who they utilize for logistics.
