Did it surprise you that Vince McMahon didn’t attend any WrestleMania events?

No, it would have surprised me if he did attend any.

Some questions after RAW:

1.  Oba’s Open Challenge;  I was hoping he’d jump into a definitive program with someone.  Now, I imagine this will be a Goldberg style approach with him smashing people every week, but will it just be lower card guys?  How do you envision this playing out and who do you think the first “big name” will be that steps up to him?

I think he covered the issue in his promo, whether it’s true or not, when he said that all of the top guys are in programs.  I think it’s smart, it allows them to build him up as a monster until they decide to move him to the next lever.  There’s no rush, but they also need to not wait too long.

2.  Jacob/Roman;  This whole program is out of the blue for me, but I’m certainly curious to see where it goes.  

It sure is, it’s really random.  I didn’t expect them to have Punk act like it was one and done, but they can always circle back.

A.  After what happened, I’m guessing they want to position Jacob as the heel?  

It’s a weird dynamic.  Was he a heel?  Or was Roman being such a dick to him that he was justified in attacking him?

B.  If Roman is supposed to be the babyface, he is one condescending dick.  I can’t blame Jacob for choking the crap out of him, can you? 

As I said above, no I can not!

C.  And in general, Roman is very heelish to me, but the crowd keeps cheering him.  So I guess it’s OK to be a douche.  Do you feel he’s too much on the heelish side, or is he right on the edge?

I am not sure what he is.  The crowd cheers him but as we both said, he acts like a dick a lot of the time.  His character has always been cocky, and that shouldn’t change.  If it were me though I would dial down the dickish behavior for both him and The Usos.
