4/24 NJPW ROAD TO WRESTLING DONTAKU RESULTS FROM EHIME, JAPAN

1 - Taisei Nakahara, Tomoaki Honma, Togi Makabe vs. Masatora Yasuda, Ryusuke Taguchi and Taichi

Yasuda forces Nakahara to submit to a Boston Crab.

2 - Tatsuya Matsumoto, YOSHI-HASHI and Hirooki Goto vs. Jakob Austin Young, Great O-Khan and HENARE

Young traps Matsumoto in his new leg submission, Imperial Prism, and gets the win.

3 - Master Wato, YOH, Toru Yano, Tiger Mask and Shota Umino vs. Dick Togo, Yoshinobu Kanemaru, SHO, DOUKI and Chase Owens

Everyone fights to the floor.   DOUKI and Tiger Mask brawl into the crowd.   The referee counts out both teams.

House of Torture beats down Tiger Mask after the match until Yano comes into the ring with a chair.

4 - Gedo, Yota Tsuji, Robbie X and Taiji Ishimori vs. Hartley Jackson, Ryohei Oiwa, Kosei Fujita and Robbie Eagles

Jackson hits a lariat and a huge senton on Gedo.   Jackson pins Gedo.

5 - Daiki Nagai, OSKAR, Yuto-Ice and Shingo Takagi vs. Zane Jay, Francesco Akira, Jake Lee and Callum Newman

OSKAR and Yuto hit the Rumbling on Jay.  Yuto pins Jay.

6 - Yuya Uemura, Boltin Oleg and Aaron Wolf vs. Yujiro Takahashi, Don Fale and Ren Narita

Uemura hits a Deadbolt suplex on Takahashi and follows with a top rope body press.   Uemura pins Takahashi.

Tomorrow, New Japan is in Hiroshima with the main events for the IWGP Jr. Tag Team Titles and IWGP Heavyweight Tag Team titles.

Side note:  Congratulations to Takaaki Watanabe, aka EVIL, for signing with WWE, as reported by Mike Johnson.   It will be interesting to see what kind of character that Watanabe will bring to the WWE and if he will be in NXT first or joining the main roster.  He will be a great heel.
