House of Glory was in Las Vegas for HOG: Las Vegas Culture Clash 2026, live from the sold out Pearl Theater at the Palms Casino Resort, an awesome venue for wrestling.
Selling out a venue this size for an 11pm (Pacific time, 2am Eastern) shows the strength of the HoG brand and the quality of this card.
JD from NY and HoG Commissioner Jason Solomon on commentary. A good team.
HoG veteran "Cash Flow" Ken Broadway defeated young star Raymond Bright. Good opener. Seemed like Bright ran out of steam late but Broadway being a seasoned talent led him to the finish, which was Broadway kicking him in the face.
Very talented MMA fighter Phumi Nkuta won his 6th ever match, winning a 6 Way Scramble over HoG mainstays Raheem Royal, Angel Jacquez, JJ Doze, and JJP of the Dual Force tag team, and the debuting France based super star, Kuro.
All the HoG guys are experienced in these kinds of matches, often with each other and HoG lays these out better than anyone else in an era when Scramble matches are a consistent feature on every level. This was bananas with all manners of crazy dives and bumps, none crazier than Royal moonsaulting on a bunch of his opponents and managing to land on his feet.
In her second match since leaving WWE, Charlie (fka Dakota Kai) came up short in her challenge for the Women's championship and champion Shotzi Blackheart, a former WWE roster mate.
Impressive match, the best I've seen from either in a while. Blackheart's been steadily finding her footing since leaving WWE and Charlie was working like she was trying to prove something.
Hoss Fight time with AEW's Brody King facing HoG Crown Jewel champion Zilla Fatu in a non title match. With Moose vs Special Agent Zero from Rebellion last week, fans of kaiju battles have been having Christmas in April. This was a good, hard hitting battle. Fatu had the upper hand when Lance Anoa'i pushed him off the top turnbuckle, prompting the match to be thrown out. I'm guessing it's not a DQ win for Fatu since King attacked Anoa'i after the bout and the Fatu and Anoa'i have an existing issue coming in.
Cruiserweight champion "The Infamous" Darren Richardson probably ended the threat of former champion "Sweet Cheeks" Joey Silver, beating him again. This was solid. Richardson won without help from his allies Diamond Virago or Carlos Ramirez so that should be it.
AEW star Bandido defeated HoG co-founder and living legend Amazing Red in a great first-time ever encounter. I'm not a fan of Bandido's 21Plex finish but picking Red up from a flat prone position was impressive.
HoG Heavyweight champion "The Root of All Evil" Charles Mason retained his title against the challenge of UK superstar Michael Oku (with Amira Blair). Mason is a savage heel, not just in how he fought Oku but also attacking Blair early in the match. Good match that got a lot of time to tell a great in-ring story of the game challenger and the experienced, brutal champion. Great false finish with Amira hitting a nasty spear on Mason with the referee was with Oku and Oku hitting a pair of frog splashes. I loved Mason winning clean by locking in a rear naked choke when Oku leaned too far back on a single leg Boston Crab.
Matt and Jeff Hardy were scheduled to defend the HoG Tag titles against the Good Brothers (Doc Gallows, Karl Anderson) in a battle of all-time great teams but former champions Mane Event (Jay Lyons, Midas Black) mended fences from a falling out at the previous HoG show to invoke their rematch clause, putting them in the match. VI HATE this angle because it doesn't make sense to put yourself in a situation where your chances go from 50% to 33% but bookers love it. They had an entertaining bout. A lot of sound tag action until a wild brawl spilled all over the ringside area.
Gallows and Anderson isolated Jeff Hardy and were set to hit the Magic Killer when The Righteous (Dutch, Vincent) came out. That was interesting. They lured the Brothers from the ring and that gave the Hardys the opening to beat Mane Event with a Jeff Swanton Bomb on Black.
Unexpected new chapter in the Righteous/Hardy TNA program. Matt gives some words to the audience and that's it for the night.
Even by HoG standards, this was a great show, from top to bottom.
