Subculture (Mark Andrews & "Flash" Morgan Webster) vs Kuro & LJ Cleary
Cleary takes his time to come out and Kuro has to go back and get him. Kuro and Webster start the match with arm bars and quick takedowns. Webster and Kuro run the ropes and Andrews tags in and they get a two man hip toss. They both flip onto Kuro and Andrew covers for two. Cleary is tagged in and he locks up with Andrews. They try to knock each other down, but they don’t budge. They run the ropes again and Cleary gets a slam and then hits a drop-kick.
Cleary picks up Andrews, and Andrews escapes out the back. Webster tags in and they double-team Cleary until Webster gets a senton splash for two. Cleary tosses Webster to the corner and gets a kick. Kuro tags in and he gets an elbow drop for two. Cleary tags in and they work over Webster in the corner and Cleary then stomps on Webster’s hand. Kuro tags in and Webster flips over them to his corner.
Andrews tags in and cleans house. He hits a stunner on Cleary for two to end the sequence. Kuro blocks the pickup and Webster tags in and they both get the suplex on Kuro. Webster tags in again and as Cleary tries to take him down, Kuro hits an insigiri on Webster and avoids the leap from Andrews. Cleary tags in and gets a leaping cannonball on Andrews. Cleary gets an assisted pickle driver for two.
All four men fight in the ring and they all hit a series of quick moves, ending with Andrews being hit with superkicks as he tries for a leaping attack. Cleary misses Andrews and hits a DDT on Kuro. Subculture gets a poisonrana with a kick for the pin on Kuro for the win.
Winners: Subculture.
Simon Miller vs Danny Jones
They lock up and Jones forces them to the corner where Miller shoves Jones into the corner and walks away. Miller gets a side headlock and Jones shoos him into the ropes and Miller comes off with a shoulder tackle. Jones gets a side headlock and Miller shoots him into the ropes. Jones comes off the ropes and Miller gets a shoulder tackle. Miller has words for Jones and Jones slaps him.
Miller sends Jones to the floor with a low bridge, but Jones grabs the leg and works over Miller on the apron. Jones returns to the ring and lays in stomps. Jones grabs Miller’s face in the ropes for a count of four. Jones gets a big chop. Jones gets chops in the corner and then whips Miller to the turnbuckle. Jones covers for one. Jones gets an uppercut to drop Miller. Miller hits a chop and Jones drops him with a chop. Jones kicks Miller in the back.
Jones hits another uppercut and when he tries for another, Miller gets a backslide for two. Jones lays in stomps and then slaps Miller’s head. Miller gets a quick rollup as Jones argues with the ref for two. Miller hits a Samoan drop for two. Miller drops the straps and charges, but Jones gets a falcon arrow for two. Jones gets a series of blows on Miller on the mat.
Jones goes to the top and argues with the fans. Miller dodges the leap and then dodges a charge in the corner. Miller gets a spear and a jackhammer for the pin and the win.

Ethan Allen vs Blackheart Lio Rush - A Super Strong Style Tournament match
Rush creeps to the ring and settles into the corner talking to himself like Gollum. Allen yells at him and tells him to start fighting. Rush charges him and then stalks Allen. Allen runs into a big boot. Allen gets a clothesline for one only. Allen beats Rush down in the corner and wisp him across the ring. Allen lays in a slap. Rush climbs Allen in the ropes and Allen shoves him off and goes back to beating down Rush in the corner.
Rush gets a spin kick and Allen goes to the floor to regroup. Rush follows him and Allen slams Rush onto the apron. Allen rolls into the ring and stomps on Rush. Rush is knocked to the floor and talks to a fan about the match. Allen goes to the floor and chases Rush around the ring. When he catches Rush he hits a big boot. He whips Rush into the chairs and then returns to the ring.
Rush returns to the ring at 9. Allen pulls him up and gets a big boot to the back for two. Allen gets a side headlock on the mat. Rush starts to get to his feet and Allen lays in blows on Rush’s head. Allen gets a side headlock takeover. Rush works his feet and gets a back suplex. Both men are down and struggle to get up. Allen is up first and Rush gets his flurry of strikes and gets a sunset flip. Allen misses a kick. Rush gets a kip up into an insigiri for two.
Rush gets a clothesline in the corner. He then gets a spin kick and when he tries again, Allen gets a leaping rear naked choke. Rush tries to fight out of it. Allen turns it into an arm bar and then a butterfly hold as Rush stands up. Rush bites the ropes for the break.
Allen gets a running boot and then a second. Rush avoids the third. Allen gets c kick from the apron and Rush knocks Allen to the floor. Rush gallops around the ring and leaps into Allen on the floor. They return to the ring and Rush gets a blue thunder bomb for the pin and the win.

Emersyn Jayne vs Lena Kross vs Renee Michelle vs Mercedes Martinez vs Shotzi Blackheart
Everyone attacks as the bell rings and Shotzi breaks up vertical suplexes with low blows. Michelle gets a neckbreaker DDT combination. Martinez gets Jayne on her shoulder and Shotzi drop-kicks Jayne. Michelle gets a scissor stomp on Kross, followed by Jayne joining in. Shotzi joins in and does the same. Martinez breaks it up with kicks. Kross starts handing out German suplexes to everyone. Kross misses a big boot and goes to the floor and we get Jayne gets a falcon arrow on Michelle.
Jayne gets a double knee drop on Michelle and goes to the top. Michelle gets up and Martinez knocks Michelle to the floor and then gets a spider suplex front he top on Jayne. Shotzi goes to the top and fights with Martinez. Martinez gets a snap mare and then Shotzi gets a neck breaker on Martinez. Shotzi then dives into Kross on the floor.
Michelle gets a spin kick on Jayne. Martinez gets a spinbuster on Michelle, but Jayne gets a rollup for the pin and the win.
Winner: Emerson Jayne
Paul Walter Hauser (Progress Proteus Champion) vs Big Damo - Hauser puts $100,000 up for the winner.
Hauser goes to the floor to stall. Damo grabs him by his hair and pulls him into the ring. Hauser slaps Damo, and Damo grabs him and forces him to the corner where he just starts beating down Hauser. Damo whips Hauser to the ropes and shoulder tackles him. Damo beats down Hauser and drapes him on the second rope and kicks the rope.
Damo misses a senton and Hauser gets a kick and then bows to the crowd. Hauser gets a side Russian Leg sweep and a head butt drop and covers for one only. Hauser lays in ineffective chops. Damo grabs his arm and then drops Hauser with a chop. Damo does it again. Damo gets a kick and then a chop to drop Hauser. Damo gets a spinebuster and then a leaping elbow for two.
Hauser gets a big boot and Hauser gets a slam, somehow, for two. Hauser goes to the top and Damo slaps him and then joins him on top. Damo gets a superplex in from the top. Damo gets a splash in the corner, but the referee gets caught in it. Hauser gets a low blow and gets the pin and the win.

Hauser cuts a promo saying he loves the US fans and to the UK Fans, he is taking his money and his title back home. He says for the last two years, he has beaten an overconfident bald bastard. Simon Miller was behind him as he spoke and beats Hauser to the ring where Damo is waiting. Damo gets a slam, a senton and a for a Vader splash. Damo calls for a second and hits a second Vader splash.
Miller then says for all the bald folks, he thinks they are even. Miller asks about the money. It’s brought to him and he asks Damo if he wants to go get loaded and do some gambling and they open the travel case, which is empty. Damo picks up Hauser and Miller tosses the case at Hauser’s head.
Rhio vs VertVixen - Super Strong Style Tournament match
They lock up and move to waistlocks. Vert gets a back elbow to free herself. Rhio gets a side headlock and Vert shoots her to the corner. They fight in the corner and move the apron. Rhio slams Vert on the apron and then gets a shotgun drop-kick in the ring. Rhio gets a fisherman’s suplex and follows with a low drop-kick for two.
Vert fights out of a pickup and gets a German release suplex. Vert gets a running pump kick and then ties Rhio in the tree of woe. Vert hits kicks and then gets a baseball slide. Vert covers for two. Vert gets a rear chinlock and Rhio works to her feet and fights free. Vert gets a blow to the midsection and they go back and forth. Rhio comes off the ropes into a Michinoku driver from Vert.
Vert gets a boot in the face on Rhio in the corner and then charges, but Rhio dodges. They fight through the ropes. Rhio drops to the floor and Vert gets a dive into her. Vert rolls Rhio into the ring and when Vert mugs for the camera, Rhio dives into her. Rhio tosses Vert into the ring and then goes to the top. Rhio gets a shotgun drop-kick from the top. They struggle to get to their feet and then charge into each other and those hands. Vert gets a roundhouse strike and knocks Rhio to the mat.
Vert gets a suplex and follows with a running knee. Vert gets a blue thunder bomb for two. Vert goes to the top and Rhio gets a running uppercut and then joins her on top. Vert kicks her down and Rhio grabs a muscle buster with one hand before dropping her for two. Rhio goes for a package pile drifter and Vert drops to a knee to block it. Vert gets a back body drop. Vert runs into a big boot and Rhio runs through a clothesline. Rhio hoists Vert and gets a neckbreaker for two.
Rhio tries again for a package pile driver and Vert rolls through for two. Rhio gets an O’Conner roll for two. They trade roll-ups and Rhio gets a clothesline and finally gets the package pile driver for the pin and the win.

Man Like DeReiss (Progress Men’s World Champion) w/Brodie Lee Jr. vs Michael Oku w/Amira Blair
DeReiss raps his entrance. Brodie and Amira have words.
Oku gets a running drop-kick and then hits a frog splash for the top for two. DeReiss lays in chops and then gets a running clothesline. DeReiss gets chops in the corner and then a HIGH back body drop. Oku holds the ropes to stop being whipped across the ring. DeReiss gets a punch to the back and then a running big boot. Oku gets a sling blade over the top rope.
Oku goes to the top and hits a missile drop-kick for two. Oku lays in chops around the ring. He then gets a snap mare and covers for two. Oku drags DeReiss to the middle of the ring by his foot and takes too long and DeReiss kicks him off. DeReiss gets a quick series of chops and then beats down Oku in the corner. DeReiss gets a blockbuster from the second turnbuckle. Oku gets a jack knife pin for two. They trade quick two counts and DeReiss gets a back elbow for two.
Oku blocks a pickup and DeReiss strikes Oku and tries again. Oku keeps blocking it and they throw hands back and forth. Oku gets a Pele kick and DeReiss follows up with a German suplex. Oku follows with a drop-kick. DeReiss gets a cutter and both men are down.
Brodie shoves the belt into the ring and DeReiss shoves it back. Amira grabs the title belt. Oku gets a running kick on DeReiss and Brodie tosses a bottle of water onto Amira. Oku comes behind Brodie and he keeps Amira from attacking Brodie. Oku then rolls Brodie into the ring Brodie gets a punch on Oku and Oku then grabs a single leg and then lets Brodie go and Brodie rolls out of the ring. Oku charges at DeReiss and DeReiss dodges his attack and hits a super kick and goes to the top./ He misses a 450 as Amira pulls Oku out of the ring.
Brodie gets a cross body on Oku from the apron. DeReiss rolls Oku into the ring Oku misses a leap in the corner. DeReiss gets a John Woo drop-kick and then a blue thunder bomb for a two count. Oku fights off a sharpshooter and turns it into a single leg crab. Brodie is holding a towel and DeReiss begs him not to throw it. DeReiss turns it into a cradle for two. Oku gets a superkick and DeReiss is knocked to the floor.
Oku gins up the crowd and dives onto DeReiss. DeReiss is rolled into the ring and Oku goes to the top. DeReiss catches Oku and gets a sidewalk slam. DeRiess hits the 450 splash for two. DeReiss gets a pile driver for two. DeReiss gets a sharpshooter and Oku has to tap out.

Excellent show that really got me interested in Progress’s regular shows, which is what this showcase should be doing for these indy promotions.
