Spotlight Match: Brother Greatness vs Deadly Shot Kasai

Greatness tries to be an encouraging spiritual force for this mystery man from Australia (waaaaaait a minute). DSK is vicious but BG weathers the storm, and comes off the top with a bulldog and gets a surprising one on one win! Hallelujah!

Match 1: Tyree Taylor vs DJ Powers

Eye Black Jack is at his merch table and happy to see Tyree taking  Powers apart. DJ trying to do all the mind games and dirty tricks but Taylor just walking through all of it. It isn’t until DJ is able to send Taylor into the posts repeatedly that he starts to have any semblance of control. Powers trying to put the big man to sleep but he slaps Tyree and that wakes the giant. DJ eats the lariat! He kicks out! Tyree goes for the Brooklyn Zoo but powers almost puts him down with a guillotine. DJ with a spike ddt but Taylor kicks out! Jack cheering for Taylor at ringside and Powers is fully distracted by this. The ref trying to get control of Jack…DJ grabs a chain…the ref sees it..Taylor hits an orton backbreak and takes Poweds to the Brooklyn Zoo for the three! Big pop for this. HELL of an opening match!

Match 2: Tiara James vs Liviyah

Tiara switches between admiring herself in the mirror and putting a beating on Liv in this 20 min match. Liv shows off some of her developing strength but James is just beating her soundly through this. Liviyah finally starts to rally but James is cutting her off. Liviyah catches her up on the top and rolls down and locks the legs up for the three!

Match 3: Big Bacon Brad Hollister (w/ Love Doug) vs Dustin Flash Waller (w/ Kylon King) (no time limit)

Bacon is ready to KILL Waller and Dustin runs out the first few minutes of this match walking around the ring and avoiding his well deserved whipping. Bacon finally gets his hands on Dusty and it’s wonderfully cathartic…until Kylon gets involved and lets Dustin recover enough to post Hollister. Waller attacks with the confidence of someone who hasn’t been getting beat up for 6 minutes. Waller keeps the pressure on for several minutes, until Brad plucks him out of the sky with a German! Waller worked over the shoulder during that run and Brad is clearly having to work around the damaged limb. One arm uranage. One arm Olympic slam. He hits a damn Muscle Buster! Dustin kicks out! Waller feigns a knee injury which lets King hit a kick to the head. Michanoku driver…Brad kicks out!! Crowd loving this as they duke it out. Waller’s knee is trashed but he’s spring boarding around And trying to get this done. This is a monster match. Doug with a handful of flower petals in a Dustin’s face! Superplex! Kickout!! Bacon has an ankle lock…Kylon pulls Dustin out to safety. The ref throws DOUG out after he dives on King! In the chaos, Dustin kicks Bacon low! Lethal injection! KICK OUT! Let’s gooooooo! Kylon throws the tag title belt to Dustin…the ref catches it! He throws King out! Bacons up…Popup bomb! Jackhammer! WALLER KICKS OUT! Who says all the banger matches are in Vegas this week?!? We are at the 25 min mark as Dustin kicks Bacon off the top. Brad hits a spear! Dustin Destroyer! Back to the ankle lock…Bacon is pushed off into ref Scott…Dustin cracks him with the title belt and Scott makes the three count. HELL of a match here. Wow. Dustin looking feral in victory as he walks out with Brad’s title over his shoulder.

Main Event: 15-man Rumble to determine the Number One Contender for the Wrestling Open Championship

Considering we don’t even HAVE a Wrestling Open Champion right now after Fancy Ryan Clancy vacated it on Monday…this is wild. But the winner of THIS match? They get to bypass the entire Championship tournament and be guaranteed first crack at the new champion.

1: Ichiban
2: Bobby Casale

We got 2 minute intervals. These two go right at it, with no regard for the long game here. Bobby right over the top and a springboard almost sends him flying. He tries to powerbomb Ichi but they both hit the apron…jawbreaker on the apron. Ichi pummeling Casale as we hit the next entrant.

3: BRG

NO ONE LIKES THIS. BRG hits his corner rainmaker but winds up face to face with Casale. Brett reminds Bobby that he USED to be in the ranch so they team up to stomp out Ichiban. Booooooo.

4: Love Doug

Time to even the odds a little. Doug runs through Bobby and BRG and gets Ichiban back into the fight! Prom pose! He tries to toss Ichiban?!? Ok, it’s a rumble I get it.

5: Jaylyn Brandyn

Waves and waves and waves and waves! BRG and Bobby takes another beating from an entering babyface but everyone’s still in it. I spoke too soon…Doug with a handful of flower petals and he clotheslines Bobby over the top!! He’s out!

6: Kylon King

King throwing EVERYONE around. There’s no friends here. King hits a double German on Ichiban and Doug!

7: Anthony Greene

AG serving up pain to everyone until Brandyn catches him. BRG decides to just hug the bottom rope while a back of people stack up against the ropes. Ichiban kicking the knee out of King on the ropes.

8: Christian Darling

Big boots from our least favorite dweeb. Greene cuts that off and we enter a stream of big shots…Kylon dodges a Rebound lariat and pulls Darling into the line of fire. Kylon quickly tosses Love Doug out! Ichiban with a head scissor and sends Kylon over the top to the floor next!

9: Mani Ariez

Mani goes RIGHT for Darling. They have more than a little heat. Mani almost puts him on the floor but an eye rake makes the save.

10: Erik Chacha

Erik throwing them kicks! Ichiban throwing punches at BRG in the corner until he reaches up, twists Ichi’s mask and throws him to the floor. Noooo!

11: Oxx Adams

BRG is elated. He relaxed in the corner as big Oxx does Big man s***. He catches Chacha and throws him out easily. He blasts Jaelyn off the apron for the elimination. Everyone gangs up on him and they try to eliminate him but to no avail.

12: Pedro Dones

Dones runs in and immediately tosses BRG! Yesss! Oxx is mad! Dones picks up speed and tries to clothesline Oxx out but he gets caught and tossed to the floor! Oxx is almost over the top….

13: Eye Black Jack

Jack comes running into the fight! He almost AA’s Oxx! Adams tries to suplex him over the top but Jack grabs the head, sneaks under and pulls Oxx to the floor! He got him!!!! Huge pop!

14: Steven Stetson

No one is happy about this. Stetson comes in on fire. Huge fight as we get to our final entrant…

15: Danny Miles

Miles throws down his cowboy hat and head straight for Stetson. Face to face but they don’t get much further than that as everyone descends on them. It’s a full out war as we…wait…a 16th man?!?

16: Rain Conway

Conway on the mic, insults everyone, says he has that dog in him. Everyone murders Rain. Conway is quickly thrown to the floor and balance is restored. Danny goes for a cannonball but collides with Stetson by accident. Darling goes to eliminate Miles. Stetson looks like he’s trying to help? Miles hits the floor and immediately blames Steve. In the chaos, Darling finally sends Mani to the floor. We’re down to four!

Brawling between the two faces and heels. Stetson and Darling agree to try and take out Jack. EBJ with a fly back double elbow drops them both! Jack with a reversal and whips Darling to the floor! Greene tries for so much prettier…Stetson puts him on the apron and hits the north jersey lariat! Greene is out!

Down to Jack and Stetson. The finals of the Jumbo Grand Prix are being run back. They fight over a tombstone! Jack with a huge slam! Out of nowhere, here’s DJ Powers with a fistful of chain and he blasts Jack. Stetson throws Jack right over. Oh no. Steven Stetson is the Number One Contender. Booooooo!!!!

Crazy hot show tonight.
