Jordan Oliver and Flyin’ Ryan vs The Backseat Boyz (JP Grayson and Tommy Grayson) w/Angel Orcini vs Effy & Joey Janela
Flyin Ryan replaced Alex Price who was injured at Dragon Gate.
Joey and JP start with arm bars and takedowns while keeping a hold of the wrist. Effy is tagged in and then give JP a double atomic drop. They give a double butt bump and then a double front bump. Joey get a running uppercut and Effy gets an Earthquake splash for two. Oliver. Ryan is tagged in and they double team Effy. Tommy is tagged in and they use double team moves on Oliver and Ryan. JP gets a body slam and then drops an elbow on Ryan. JP puts Ryan’s head between hsi knees and slam it repeatedly into the mat.
Tommy comes off the top while holding JP’s hands for a splash and a two count. Ryan avoids moves from JP and Tommy and tags in Oliver who works over the Boyz with a bridge on one and a cover on the other for two. Joey tags in and he is able to work in the corners with Oliver and Ryan until Ryan is tossed to the floor. The Boys get a doomsday machine on Effy and then hit a series of double team moves. Each team gets into the ring and takes out the previous team.
Everyone is down. Oliver and Ryan and the Boyz are up first. JP hits a killswitch and then the Boyz hit a two person swinging neckbreaker on Ryan for two. Effy and Joey get into the ring and charge into Tommy in the corner and then hit a brain buster for two, broken up by JP. Tommy gets an air raid crash on Effy for two and Ryan gets a senton from the top.
As others brawl on the floor, Ryan fights off the Boyz. The Boyz get a two man slam on Ryan for the pin and the win.
Winners: The Backseat Boyz
Ruthie Jay (Hybrid Women’s Champion) vs Brittinie Brooks vs Jazmin Allure vs Mia Friday
The special guest referee comes out after the women are introduced, Keira Hogan.
All four women lock up with a Greco-Roman Knucklelock and after running the ropes, Allure and Jay are tossed to the floor. They trade arm drags with Friday getting one after hopping between the top and middle ropes a few times. Brooke gets a kick to Friday's head, and then she dives on Jay on the floor. Allure enters the ring and she works over Friday in the corner for two. Allure grabs a dragon sleeper and then makes it into a neckbreaker for two.
Brooks enters the ring and she attacks Allure before going to the top to get a cross body on Friday and Allure. Allure gets a series of running forearms on Allure. Jay gets on the apron and hands out kicks to Friday and Brooks. Jay gets an X Factor on Allure for two. Jay gets leg drops and a two count. Jay gets an airplane spin and then drops Allure for two. Friday gets a neckbreaker on Allure, who has Jay in a DDT set up. Friday covers Allure then Jay. Friday works over Brooks, who stops her attack for a pain thriller.
Allure gets a cutter on Brooks. Jay gets a slam and covers, but Allure grabs the bottom rope. Jay is the only one left in the ring and Jay argues with Hogan about the count. Friday runs in for a rollup for the pin and the win.
Winner and NEW Hybrid Wrestling Women’s Champion: Mia Friday
VNDL 48 (Atticus Cogar, Otis Cogar, and Christian Napier) vs BLK OUT (Feral Face, Robby Illuminati, and JGeorge).
The story of this match is a long-running feud between stables.
They start brawling before the bell on the floor. Atticus rolls JGeorge in the ring and JGeorge is busted open. All of VNDL beat him down in the ring. Napier dives onto Face on the floor. Robbie is able to get on the apron and gets a blow on Napier to stop him from a leaping dive. Atticus gets an air raid crash on JGeorge and everyone else is back on the floor to brawl. Face enters the ring as JGeorge rolls to the floor and he takes out VNDL in the ring.
This is where weapons start to come out and Napier drops kicks a door being held by Face and grabs a Kendo stick. A door is set up in the corner. As Face and JGeorge try to suplex Napier into the door, Atticus breaks it up. Face takes Atticus over the top and Robbie gets a DDT on Otis. Robbie and Napier trade slaps and Napier neck breaker into a backbreaker into a backstabber. Robbie spears Napier into the door. Otis gets beaten down and Atticus gets a low blow on Robbie. They beat on Face and then Otis and Atticus try to tie Face to the top rope.
JGeorge and Atticus brawl as Otis keeps up with trying, then Otis and Atticus double team JGeorge for a two count. Atticus drives skewers into JGeorge’s head, but JGeroge gets a DDT on Atticus. Otis hits JGeorge with a chair and turns to nail Face but the music for Matt Tremont hits.
Otis bails as Tremont hits the ring with a chair and Tremont free face. Tremont stays in the ring as Gangrel comes to the ring.
Winner: No Contest
Gangrel vs Matt Tremont
They brawl in the entranceway as soon as Gangrel comes out. When they get to the ring, Tremont slams Gangrel’s head on a chair on the apron. They trade blows and Tremont grabs a chair from under the ring as Gangrel rakes his eyes. Gangrel slides a chair into the ring and then grabs a Kendo stick from Tremont and works over Tremont with the stick.
Tremont takes the stick as they enter the ring and he breaks it over Gangrel’s back. Gangrel gets a Kendo stick and Tremont sets up a chair and tells him to do the same. They have chairs across from each other in the ring, sit down and throw hands back and forth. Gangrel is up and tosses his chair at Tremont. Tremont has a fork and charges at Gangrel who dodges and Tremont stabs the door. Tremont spears Gangrel through the door, hits a splash for the pin and the win.
Winner: Matt Tremont.
They shake hands after the match.
Danger Ross, Billy Gold, Kid Legend, and Charles Gaston vs Simon Gotch, Channing Decker, Juni Underwood, and Corazón w/Amadeus
Because this is a big multi man match and I don’t know anyone but Gotch, I am just going to blog this one.
Decker and Ross start the match and Decker tries running the ropes, but Ross catches and slams him. From here, each person on each team tags in for a quick move or two with Ross’s team using a lot of power moves and everyone gets a bit of a spotlight to show what they can do. Juli takes two counts from Gaston and Gold as he is kept in the ring.
They start to brawl at ringside as Juni is able to wait for Gaston to get in the ring before taking him to his corner so Gotch can tag in, and his team works over Gaston with quick tags. Gaston escapes with a back body drop on Corazón and he tags in Ross, who runs wild. This leads to everyone getting a big move on the last person in the ring. Gaston throws Corazón into a power slam by Ross for the pin and the win.
Winners: Danger Ross, Billy Gold, Kid Legend, and Charles Gaston
Deklan Grant (Silver Skywalkers Champion) vs Don Freeze vs Tarzan Duran vs Angel Metro vs Mickie Knuckles vs Angel Orcini vs JJ Doze vs Jazmine Hao
Grant tries to set some ground rules and he is NOT listened to and he is sent out of the ring and Doze is dumped onto him. Freeze and Tarzan are sent out as well so it’s just the four women in the ring. Metro and Hao dive onto the men and everyone on the floor starts brawling. Knuckles dives onto people as well leaving Orcini on the ring and Doze pulls her from the top and tosses her to the floor. He then hits dives on each side of the ring before working over Grant in the ring.
Grant catches Doze midleap and hits a Northern lights bomb and follows with a DDT. Hao hits the ring and gets a driver on Grant. Freeze gets into the ring and leaps over Hao from the top before a spinning slam. Tarzan takes down Freeze and Orsini gets into the ring. Tarzan gets neck breakers on Freeze and Doze. Knuckles shoves a door in the ring and Orcini is pulled down from the top by Tarzan. They have words and Orcini lays in chops that Tarzan endures. Tarzan drops Orcini and dives to the floor.
Orcini goes to the top and moonsault onto everyone. Knuckles sets up a door in the corner. Metro gets a series of blows, but Knuckles endures and gets a Death Valley Driver into the door for two. Grant breaks it up by bashing a part of the door over Knuckle’s head and puts a plastic bag on Knuckle's head before hitting a pile driver for the pin and the win.
Winner and still Champion: Deklan Grant.
One Called Manders vs Tommy Shire
Shire is in for PCO and Shire is Manders' tag team partner.
They lock up and Manders forces them to the corner where they break clean after Manders teases a chop. Shire lays in chops and Manders fires back. Manders is forced to the corner where Shire hits uppercuts as Manders stumbles corner to corner. Manders misses a chop and Shire goes for an iron claw. Manders fights free and they give shoulder tackles with Manders leaping off the bottom rope with an elbow. Shire is whipped to the corner and Manders runs into a big boot and follows with a shoulder tackle.
Shire gets a kick and follows with uppercuts. They run the ropes and clothesline each other down. They fight to their feet and Shire gets a knee lift and they go back to throwing hands. Shire gets a suplex and charges, but Manders hits him with a lariat while on his knees. Both men are down and the roll to the floor and charge at each other and Shire gets a leaping knee. Manders is rolled into the ring and Shire follows and puts him on top. Shire gets an airplane spin into a slam for two.
Shire gets a short arm clothesline on Manders and Manders avoids the second. Manders gets a short arm lariat of his own for the pin and the win.
Winner: The One Called Manders
They leave together.
Priscilla Kelly vs Mercedes Martinez vs Lacey Lane - The first PWU Women’s Championship is awarded to the winner.
Special Guest referee Keira Hogan
Kelly and Lane drop-kick Martinez and she is rolled to the floor. Kelly gets an O’Conner roll for two. Martinez gets into her ring and Kelly and Lane work her over. Lane rolls up Kelly for two and then Kelly does the same. Kelly gets a boot to the face from Martinez which gives Lane a DDT out of it. Martinez hits suplexes on everyone. The women take each other down back and forth with no one getting an advantage. Lane hits a Death Valley Driver on Kelly into Martinez and all three women are down.
The women are on their feet at 9 and Martinez takes a series of attacks with Kelly covering and Lane breaking it up. Lane gets an elbow drop on Kelly for two and Martinez is rolled to the floor. Lane and Kelly throw hands and Kelly knocks Down lane and a double stomp to Lane’s back for two. Lane gets an ankle clutch suplex and Lane is knocked out of the ring when Lane drop-kicks her.
Kelly goes to the top and she’s stopped by Martinez who joins her on top and hits a spider German suplex. Lane drop-kicks Martinez to steal the pin and Lane kicks out at two. Lane keeps covering and Kelly keeps kicking out. Lane abandons the pin and gives Martinez a heat seeker DDT for two, broken up by Kelly.
Lane and Kelly throw hands on their knees as they work to their feet. Lane is tossed to the floor and Martinez gets a spinebuster on Kelly for the pin and the win.
Winner and NEW PWU Women’s Champion: Mercedes Martinez
Pat Dynamite (PWU World Champion) vs Jack Evans
Evans jaws at the ref and the crowd before the match starts. They lock up and Pat drops him to the mat. They work to their feet and arm bars. Evans gets a head scissors takedown and they run the ropes. Pat gets a drop-kick and Evans rolls to the floor for a break. Evans calls for silence before getting back in the ring. Evans goes for a handshake and Pat agrees.
Evans goes back to jawing with the crowd and stalling. Pat goes to do the same and Evans gets an insigiri on Pat when he is on top. Evans works over Pat in the corner and then gets a suplex for two. Pat goes to the floor and Evans gets a leaping kick. Evans gets another kick and then whips Pat into the steel steps. Pat’s head is slammed into the apron. Evans takes Pat to the entry stage and suplexes him there.
Evans takes Pat back to the ring and covers for two. Evans gets a Northern lights suplex and then a falcon arrow for two. Evans gets a rear chinlock and holds him down on the mat. Pat gets to his feet and elbows his way out. Evans gets a leg trip and then a Muta lock on Pat. Pat gets to the ropes for the break. Pat reverses the whip and Evans gets a kick when Pat charges. Pat dodges a leap from Evans and hits him with a shoulder breaker.
They get up in opposite corners and Pat gets a charging kick. Evans charges into three kicks from Pat, who then gets a leaping clothesline from the top for two. Pat gets a twisting leg hook slam. Evans lands on his feet and gets a spin kick knocking Pat to the floor. Evans gets a leaping dive from the ring and rolls Pat into the ring. Evans goes to the top and hits a 450 splash for two. Evans put Pat on top and joins him. Evans is knocked to the floor but comes back for a kick. Evans gets a kick to Pat and gets a hurricanrana from the top.
Evan goes to the top and goes for a 450 splash, but Pat gets his knees up and covers Evans for the pin and the win.
Winner and still champion: Pat Dynamite.
