Do you think Vince or HHH is worse at closing out/paying off storylines? Why does WWE fail to conclude some high profile storylines? Don’t they realize it’s probably the biggest turnoff (after bad/inconsistent wrestler booking) to fans who invest their time and money? It’s totally unacceptable, especially when WWE has a freaking writing team! As a professional writer yourself, this must get your goat too, right?
I think HHH is much better than Vince. For the most part, HHH drops storylines that just aren’t working, he pivots. Vince? You never knew what he was thinking. What Vince did generally bothered me. With Triple H, it seems like he bails on things that aren’t working. I am OK with that.
The Undertaker is a name to close to the gimmick. The Deadman, the Lord of Darkness. However, there was the time when The Undertaker was a biker with no relationship with undertakers or deadmen. Do you know if there was conversations to change the name with the gimmick?
I always took The American Badass to be an undertaker as well, like if you messed with him, he would end you. I was fine with him using the name then.
So if Liv Morgan isn't under the WWE concussion protocol, what is their Plan B if she is deemed medically unfit to perform? I'm really hoping this isn't a case where injured performers get a pass because "the show must go on", professional wrestling can't take that step backwards.
I have not heard of a Plan B. If Liv can’t go, it would seem that the easiest road to take would be to have Raquel Rodriguez step in for her. There is plenty of story that they can play off of.
Was Cody's promo and Punk's pipe bomb TKO's way of saying we F'ed up?
I think it was more WWE Creative’s way of letting them respond to how a LOT of people in WWE felt about Pat McAfee’s first promo. There was pretty much universal outrage in the back over some of what McAfee said on April 3. He didn’t get any better on Friday either.
