Cody Rhodes' music plays and he makes his way to the ring.
Cody asks what do the people want to talk about.
Before Cody can say anything else, Stephanie McMahon interrupts.
Cody says he is surprised to see her here.
Stephanie says Cody shouldn't be surprised because her name is Stephanie McMahon and this is the House her Grandfather Built.
Cody asks Stephanie what does she want to talk about.
Stephanie says she wants to talk about Cody and Randy and Wrestlemania. She says Cody will not like what she has to say. You talked about where you used to sit at Center Stage in conversations and Stephanie points to where she sat. She says her, Cody, and Randy are multi-generational stars. She says they have all taken different paths to get where they are. You chose to take the golden path. You stayed true to yourself and you believe you can bring out the best in people and your opponents. You can't this time with this version of Randy Orton. This version of Randy Orton is diabolical. You don't have to be diabolical, but you have to think like that. You have to think like Randy. Your father knew that better than anybody. Dusty could get down and dirty with the best of them. Stephanie says that Cody is not his father. This version of Cody Rhodes cannot beat this version of Randy Orton. You have no idea who you are dealing with.
Cody says the last thing he would ever want is to be rude to Stephanie, but he does not know who Randy Orton is? He knows all about Randy. The youngest champion in history, the legend killer. He did things so vile that cannot be shown on television today and a lot fo that was to you. A lot of people want this student/teacher dynamic. That ended when he became a babysitter to make sure that Randy was breathing when Randy was drooling all over himself.
Do you want to bring up fathers? He says he is not his father, but you aren't your father either.
Stephanie slaps Cody and she says she is out here because she cares about Cody. No one is giving you guidance in this situation. You don't know what this Randy Orton needs. You are not the student. Randy isn't listening to the voices in his head. He is beckoning them. He controls them. He is listening to someone else as well. Unless you can think like Randy, you are going to lose that title. Wrestlemania will be the last time that Cody is introduced as the Undisputed WWE Champion.
Stephanie starts to leave the ring and Cody stops her.
Cody tells Stephanie that he has two words for her . . . thank you.
Cody leaves the ring.
Pearce is with Speed and he needs to talk to him.
Danhausen shows up.
Speed asks to be uncursed.
Danhausen makes an offer to lift the curse.
Pearce says he has a front row seat for him for the tag title match. Pearce mentions a guest commentator and it is LA Knight.
We see The New Day in the background.
Match Number One: Jimmy Uso and Jey Uso versus Austin Theory and Logan Paul for the Raw Tag Team Championships in a New York City Street Fight
The bell rings and all four men battle. Theory with a shoulder tackle to Jimmy but Jimmy with a back elbow. The Usos with a double back elbow and a double elbow drop to Logan. Logan joins Theory on the floor and Jey with a plancha onto both men. Jimmy sends Theory back into the ring and he goes to the floor. Theory gets a kendo stick and hits Jimmy with it. Logan sends Jey into the ring post. Logan has a kendo stick as well and Theory and Logan go under the ring to get a table and then they remember they are heels so they put it back. Theory hits Jimmy with the kendo stick. Theory and Logan hit Jey with the kendo stick. They turn their attention to Jimmy. Logan chokes Jey with the kendo stick. Logan and Theory decide to play to the crowd instead of dealing with their opponents. Logan hits Jey with the kendo stick many times while Theory goes for the table again and he puts it in the ring. Logan hits Jimmy with the kendo stick.
Theory hits Jey with a trash can while Logan hits Jimmy with the kendo stick. Logan brings a trash can into the ring and he hits Jimmy with the kendo stick and then the trash can. They continue to hit Jimmy and Jey with the trash can. Logan and Theory run into each other because they take too long to Malachi Crunch with the trash cans. Jey puts a trash can over Logan and they hit a double super kick. Jimmy hits Theory with the trash can and then Jimmy puts the trash can over Theory and it is time to go Neil Peart on the trash can. The Usos set up a table in the ring and Jimmy with a super kick to Theory. They put Theory on the turnbuckles for a double superplex and they hit it to send him through the table.
Logan gets something from his mother, who happens to be sitting next to IShowSpeed. Knight attacks Logan and so does Speed after Logan is given brass knuckles. Logan is sent into the ring post and Speed picks up the brass knuckles and he punches Knight. Speed goes up the aisle and all four are back in the ring. Logan with brass knuckles and he winds up and he misses Jimmy. Jimmy with a super kick followed by stereo super kicks. They hit a double super kick on Theory and Jey with a spear. Jimmy goes for a suicide dive but Logan hits him with the brass knuckles. Jey with a cross body off the apron onto Logan. Theory falls onto Jimmy for the three count.
Winners: Logan Paul and Austin Theory (new champions)
After the match, Logan and Austin thank Speed and Speed says he didn't mean to help him.
We take a look back at the end of Raw from last week.
Liv Morgan makes her way to the ring.
Liv says you are in the presence of the greatest Royal Rumble of alllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllll time. She says Stephanie is done for . . . bitch. It is one thing to attack her, but to attack her family and to attack Dom. She says she should be surprised but you have no family here. You say she hides behind hers but you sneak attack her. Are you afraid to meet her face to face. You are proud of where you come from, but this is where she comes from. Liv says her mother taught her never to let anyone get the better of her. Your mother? She insults Stephanie's mother and she tells her to come out.
Pyro goes off along with Stephanie's music and she comes to the ring.
Liv attacks Stephanie as she enters the ring and Liv with punches. Vaquer with punches of her own. Vaquer with a back heel kick to the temple. Stephanie gets a conveniently placed chair and brings it into the ring.
Roxanne Perez attacks Vaquer from behind and she throws windmill punches. Liv joins in on the attack. Perez holds Vaquer and Liv with obLIVion onto the chair.
We take a look at the situation between Seth Rollins and Paul Heyman.
Logan, Austin, and Speed are in the back and Speed says he didn't mean to get involved.
Logan says it doesn't matter but he has some enemies.
Speed says he cannot do it.
Paul Heyman shows up and says that Speed is in good hands. He says they will protect him and he tells them to take Speed to dinner.
Paul says the Usos will kill him.
Pearce shows up and he asks Paul if he checked his email.
Match Number Two: Lyra Valkyria and Bayley versus Lash Legend and Nia Jax for the Women's Tag Team Championships
Bayley and Lash start things off. Lash misses a bicycle kick and Bayley with a shoulder tackle. Lash with a shoulder tackle. Nia tags in and Nia with a clothesline and a slam attempt but Bayley escapes and Lyra tags in. Lyra with a drop kick and a missile drop kick but Nia stays on her feet. Nia backs Lyra into the corner and Lash tags in and Lyra escapes a belly-to-back suplex. Lash grabs Lyra on the turnbuckles and hits a splash. Lash misses a second attempt at a splash and Bayley tags in. They hit a double missile drop kick on Lash and Bayley gets a near fall. Lyra tags in and Lash blocks an Irish whip. lash with a clothesline to Bayley and a back elbow to Lyra. Nia tags in and Lash goes for a slam but Lyra escapes. Lyra with kicks to Nia and Nia misses a clothesline. Lyra with a drop kick after Bayley tags in. Bayley with a suicide die to Nia and then Lash goes over the top rope to the apron. Bayley with a suicide dive to Nia and Lyra with a drop kick through the ropes to Lash.
Nia and Lyra return to the ring and Nia catches Lyra on a cross body and Nia with a slam for a near fall. Lash tags in and she chops Lyra. Lash rings Lyra's head into the ropes. She does it on the other side of the ring. Lash does it a third time. Lash with a knee drop for a near fall. Lash with a Stretch Muffler on Lyra. Lyra pulls herself up and she counters into a sunset flip but Lash windmills to stay on her feet. Lash with a clothesline. Nia tags in and she connects with a head butt. Nia sends Lyra into the turnbuckles. Lyra pulls Nia into the ring post. Nia knocks Bayley off the apron to keep Lyra from making the tag.
Nia gets Lyra up for a Samoan drop. Nia gets a near fall. Nia sends Lyra into the turnbuckles and Lyra with kicks to escape the corner. Lash tags in and she stops Lyra but Lyra with an enzuigiri. Lash holds on and Lyra counters a suplex into a DDT. Lyra makes the tag to Bayley and Bayley with an elbow drop to the back and she gets a near fall. Lash with a bicycle kick and Nia tags in. Nia with a leg drop for a near fall. Nia pulls Bayley into the corner for aNIAlator and Bayley recovers and hits Nia in the back. Bayley goes for a power bomb and hits it. Lyra tags in and she goes up top for a moonsault for a near fall. Bayley with punches to Lash but Lash with a punch. Lash with a running European uppercut to Lash and everyone is down.
Nikki and Brie Bella make their way to the ring.
Charlotte Flair and Alexa Bliss are about 10 lengths behind on the way to the ring.
They have words for each other and then Lyra comes out to yell at them. Nia sends Lyra into Charlotte and Alexa. Lash with a forearm to Brie's back. Lash runs Nikki into the ring post. Lash sends Bayley into the apron. Nia with a pop up head butt to Lyra.
Charlotte comes into the ring and clips Nia.
Winners: Nia Jax and Lash Legend (by disqualification) [retain championsihip]
After the match, Flair sends Alexa into Nia and then Bayley and Lyra take care of Lash.
Bayley and Lyra finally realize those four women blew their chance at the titles and they yell at Alexa, Charlotte, Nikki, and Brie.

Danhausen comes out during the commercial break to make an announcement. WWE will be back at Madison Square Garden on July 18th for Saturday Night's Main Event.
He is also here to shoot off t-shirts.
Brock Lesnar makes his way to the ring with Paul Heyman.
Paul introduces himself and Brock. Paul says he is out here tonight to pontificate on the perils that await Oba Femi. Two weeks ago, Brock was distracted by Seth Rollins and was caught off guard by Oba Femi. Last week, Brock was not dressed to fight. He was here to have a beast to man conversation with Oba Femi, but Oba Femi decided to pick a fight when Brock just wanted a conversation. if you notice, Brock is dressed to fight because Brock has authorized him to let everyone know that he has seen this for 25 years in WWE and UFC. When someone locks up with Brock's eye, they piss all over themselves. They might as well mop up Oba from the beating he will take from Brock.
Brock takes the mic and he tells Oba to come out right now.
Adam comes out and he tells Paul and Brock that won't be happening tonight. He says his job is to preserve his main events for Wrestlemania and that is what he is going to do. WIth all due respect, it will not be happening. Adam asks Paul and Brock to leave the ring.
The lights go out and it is time to STRUT.
Security charges at Oba and he hits a double shoulder tackle. Wave after wave of ineffective security get taken out. Oba pushes Pearce down when Pearce tries to stop him.
Oba struts around the ring while Brock waits for him to enter.
Oba gets on the apron and he enters the ring.
They move closer to each other in the ring and then Paul Levesque enters the ring and gets between Brock and Oba. Paul talks to them and that only brings them closer. Paul tells Paul to get Brock out of here.
Brock leaves the ring. Brock picks up the top half of the stairs and he throws it against the apron.
Brock shows Oba that he can beat the crap out of security and gives him an F5
Finn Balor says the Judgment Day was a family and they ran Raw for 4 years. He says he did things that he did not like. The worst decision was thinking he could make Dom a man. You ran the playbook. When you were lost, he was the one you turned to. Finn says he stood up for Dom. You didn't lose the title because of Finn. You lost because you are a self entitled jackass. Finn says he is responsible for that jackass. He is now responsible for destroying him. At Wrestlemania.
Match Number Three: Penta versus Kofi Kingston for the Men's Intercontinental Championship
They lock up and Penta with a side head lock. Penta kicks Kofi in the midsection. Penta misses a splash into the corner. Kofi with punches to Penta and he sends him to the mat. Kofi goes to the turnbuckles and Penta meets him with a thrust kick. Kofi with a knee and a tornado DDT for a near fall. Penta with a chop and Kofi fires back. They continue the exchange. Penta avoids SOS and hits a thrust kick. Kofi with a pendulum kick and he goes up top and goes for a cross body but Penta with a Codebreaker. Penta gets a near fall. Penta goes fo the Penta Driver but Kofi escapes. Penta with a kick and leg sweep followed by a hesitation headstand drop kick for a near fall. Kofi with a springboard drop kick and he is sent to the apron. Penta with a kick and a springboard into an attempted Destroyer on the apron but Kofi with a back body drop.
Kofi stops Waller from interfering. Kofi sends Penta into the ring post and then breaks the count and returns to the floor. Kofi with a kick and forearms to Penta on the floor. Kofi goes up top and hits Shadows over Hell for a near fall. Kofi with a rear chin lock into a half nelson and chin bar. Penta with back elbows to get out of the hold. Kofi with a slam and he hits a slingshot splash for a near fall. Kofi with punches. Kofi with a front face lock and then they exchange punches. Penta with a kick and a thrust kick to the back of the leg. Penta with a wraparound bulldog. Kofi blocks a clothesline and hits SOS for a near fall. Kofi runs into a thrust kick. Kofi with a leaping leg drop to the back of the neck for a near fall. Waller sends Penta back into the ring and Kofi yells at Waller for helping. Kofi says he has it and he kicks Penta to the floor.
Kofi goes for a coffin drop plancha and Penta catches Kofi and drops him on the announce table. Waller tells Kofi he might have needed his help. Penta with a destroyer to Waller on the floor. Penta goes up top and Kofi with Trouble in Paradise as Penta comes off the turnbuckles for a near fall. Kofi goes for a superplex but Penta sends him to the mat and Penta comes off the turnbuckles into a Destroyer for the three count.
Winner: Penta (retains championship)
After the match, Jackie Redmond interviews Penta. She asks him about Wrestlemania.
Penta anyone who dares, it is done. At Wrestlemania, he will be defended in a ladder match. He says that is his kingdom.
Paul Heyman is on the phone making a food order and Pearce shows up.
Pearce asks where is Brock.
Paul says Brock has left the arena.
Pearce asks about the email he sent.
Paul says he doesn't do emails. He says they keep their ear to the ground.
Pearce asks if Paul smelled anything interesting today.
Paul says he smells a corporate general manager. Wait until you hear what he has to say in the ring.
Dominik Mysterio makes his way to the stage.
Dom says he should be standing here still your Intercontinental Champion. He says thanks to Finn Balor, not once, but twice, he cost him the opportunity to get his title back. At Wrestlemania, there will only be one man standing tall. It will be him.
Paul Heyman is back in the ring and he says before he was so rudely interrupted. Paul insults the lighting job. He mentions the new tag champions. Paul says he tried to do something special for all of you. He says he tried to give back to the community. He tried to give you, tonight, Brock Lesnar versus Oba Femi. That wannabe mid level suck up middle management pseudo General Manager.
Adam Pearce interrupts and he says he was trying to help Paul. He asks Paul if he checked his email today.
Paul says he sees the future and whether it is hacking your emails or listening in on phone calls he isn't supposed to know.
Pearce tells Paul that Boston Police dropped all charges against Seth Rollins.
Paul says he knows that. Paul asks if he is supposed to be afraid in his home town? He fears no man. He is the last manager standing from the 1980s. He is the last promoter standing from the 1990s.
Pearce says Paul knows that Seth is medically cleared to compete.
Paul has a look of dread on his face.
Seth Rollins' music plays and he appears on the apron behind Paul.
Paul knows he is in trouble and Seth hits Paul in the back with the chair. Seth sets for Black Out . . .
Gunther pulls Rollins from the ring and applies a sleeper and Seth passes out against the announce table.
Gunther points to the Wrestlemania sign.
Match Number Four: Raquel Rodriguez versus Iyo Sky
Iyo with a side head lock and Raquel picks her up and tosses her aside. Raquel runs Iyo into the turnbuckles and connects with shoulders. Iyo with a sunset flip. Iyo with an Octopus. Raquel escapes and she blocks a head scissors take down. Iyo kicks Raquel and she connects with a leg sweep and drop kick. Iyo sends Raquel over the top rope to the floor and she goes for a suicide dive cross body but Raquel catches Iyo. Iyo gets to her feet but Raquel with a clothesline. Raquel gets a near fall. Raquel with a wrist lock and she lifts Iyo in the air and connects with a shoulder tackle. Raquel lifts Iyo again and Iyo goes for a triangle. Iyo gets to her feet and she connects with forearms. Raquel with a boot to the head.
Raquel goes for a running power bomb, that she rarely does, and Iyo counters with a head scissors take down. Iyo with a moonsault onto Raquel on the floor. Iyo with a kick and Iyo goes up top but Raquel trips Iyo and Raquel with a fallaway slam and elbow drops. Raquel with a third elbow drop for a near fall. Raquel with a cobra clutch. Iyo with an elbow but Raquel with a shoulder tackle. Raquel chokes Iyo in the ropes. Raquel with lawnmower elbows to Iyo. Raquel with a slam and she gets a near fall. Raquel with another fallaway slam. Raquel misses an elbow drop when Iyo moves. Iyo with a victory roll into a double stomp.
Raquel blocks an Irish whip and Raquel with an Irish whip. Iyo with a pendulum kick and a missile drop kick and she has ears. Iyo sets for the running double knee strike and she connects. Iyo goes up top and sets for the moonsault but Raquel gets her feet up and Raquel with a shoulder tackle for a near fall. Raquel sets for a power bomb but Iyo escapes. Iyo with forearms. Raquel with a choke but Iyo with a rana and double stomp for a near fall.
Asuka pushes Kairi up the aisle to the ring and Iyo argues with Sane. Raquel with a boot to Sane when Iyo moves. Iyo with a rollup for a near fall. Iyo wtih a pendulum kick and Iyo goes up top and she hits a DDT. Iyo sets for the running double knee strikes and she hits it.
Asuka grabs Sane and Iyo sees what is happening. Iyo with a suicide dive to Asuka. Iyo checks on Sane and she returns to the ring.
Raquel with a Tejana Bomb for the three count.
Winner: Raquel Rodriguez
The ladder match will have Je'Von Evans, Dragon Lee, Rusev, and JD McDonagh along with Penta. Finn Balor versus Dominik Mysterio is official. We will have the obligatory Four Way Match for the Women's Tag Titles.
John Cena is going to be the host for Wrestlemania.
Vic Joseph is in the Interstitial Interview Area with Je'Von Evans as he defends his title.
Evans freaks out that he is going to Wrestlemania.
Vic asks Je'Von what would his grandmother think of Evans going to Wrestlemania.
Evans says she would tell him to have fun and be safe. He says he needs to absorb that knowledge.
Jackie Redmond is waiting to talk to Seth Rollins and she stops Pearce for an update.
Pearce says Seth is pissed off but he is cleared. The match is official for Wrestlemania between Seth and Gunther.
Roman Reigns' music plays and he makes his way to the ring.
Roman asks New York to Acknowledge him.
CM Punk's music interrupts and he makes his way to the ring and he is ready for a fight.
Roman and Punk exchange punches. Punk with punches and Roman with a flying body block. Punk sends Roman over the top rope to the floor. Punk sends Roman into the announce table and Punk with a jab.
Officials comes out while Roman is sent into the ring post. Punk pulls off the hood of the announce table. Roman punches Punk and he sets for a power bomb but Roman goes after the officials. They stop Roman from power bombing Punk and then they stop Punk from giving Roman a GTS. Roman goes for a spear but misses Punk and hits Petey Williams. Punk with a GTS.
Punk takes a second to survey the situation and he says he is okay, but that is a ruse because he punches Roman some more. Punk goes for a power bomb throuh the table and the officials are not going to stop this one as Roman goes through the table.
Punk sits down next to Roman and he serenades Roman while punching him.
