Why would John Morrison allow himself to be shaved bald in Mexico?

For the payday he received.

I've noticed that Nigel McGuinness has been noticeably absent from AEW commentary over the last few weeks being replaced by Excalibur. Is everything okay with him?

We are told it was a planned absence and he returns to Collision with tonight's episode.

 Have you gotten any insight into HBO Max's viewership numbers for AEW programming now that it's been over a year since they started simulcasting, or if WBD is at least happy with the streaming viewership?

I've never seen any official numbers.  If they've been made available, they've never made them to the public eye.

What is the likelihood of AEW touring in Japan? I'd assume it'd be a slam dunk considering the New Japan partnership and Tony Khan's love of Japanese wrestling.

I would assume they would only tour in conjuction with New Japan.

Have you ever been to a New Japan show, either abroad or stateside? If so, what's the atmosphere like compared to WWE or AEW?

I've been to New Japan shows in Texas, Philly, New Jersey and New York.  It seems the same to me as any other independent or AEW event.  I can't speak for Japan, as i've never gone and likely never will at this point in my life.  Everyone from there who I ever wanted to see perform live came to the United States and I saw them, with the exception of Super Delphin and Toshiaki Kawada.
