KUSHIDA with an arm drag and Templario with an arm drag of his own. KUSHIDA goes to the floor to regroup. They go for a Greco Roman Knuckle Lock and KUSHIDA with a rocking horse but Templario reverses. Templario with a wrist lock and KUSHIDA with a reversal. Templario with a leg sweep.
They return to the Greco Roman Knuckle Lock and KUSHIDA with a waist lock into a side head lock. Templario with a wrist lock and side head lock. Templario with a shoulder tackle and a sunset flip but KUSHIDA rolls through and hits a drop kick. KUSHIDA with a knee drop to the leg and he goes for a knee bar. Templario gets to the ropes to force a break. KUSHIDA with an arm bar. KUSHIDA with a snap mare and then he works on the arm and twists it to hyper-extend the arm.
KUSHIDA works on the shoulder and kicks the arm. KUSHIDA with chops. KUSHIDA with an Irish whip but Templario with a back elbow and kick. Templario with a missile drop kick. KUSHIDA gets to his feet first but Templario with a clothesline. KUSHIDA with a clothesline of his own. Templario with a forearm into the corner. KUSHIDA with a kick to Templario on the turnbuckles. Templario with forearms and KUSHIDA with a forearm on the turnbuckles. KUSHIDA with a rolling kick into the turnbuckles to knock Templario off the turnbuckles to the floor. KUSHIDA with a swanton onto Templario on the floor.
Templario is sent back into the ring. KUSHIDA goes up top and goes for a cross body but Templario catches KUSHIDA. KUSHIDA gets to his feet and Templario sends KUSHIDA to the apron and kicks KUSHIDA to the floor. Templario with a Sasuke Special. Templario sends KUSHIDA back into the ring. Templario goes up top and he comes off but KUSHIDA catches him in a cross arm breaker. KUSHIDA avoids a La Magistral and applies one of his own for a near fall. KUSHIDA with a victory roll and he kicks Templario in the arm.
KUSHIDA goes for the Hoverboard lock but Templario counters into a gourdbuster for a near fall. Templario with a waist lock and KUSHIDA with a float over into a Hoverboard Lock. KUSHIDA with a kick and Templario with a knee. Templario with a series of kicks. KUSHIDA with a hip toss followed by a cartwheel and drop kick. Templario with a Go 2 Sleep. Tmeplario with a sit out power bomb for a near fall. Templario sets for a power bomb but KUSHIDA escapes and he applies an ankle lock. Templario gets to the ropes and KUSHIDA kicks the arm. KUSHIDA with a shotei and hits Back to the Future for the three count.
Winner: KUSHIDA (new champion)
After the match, Ikuro Kwon comes out to interrupt the celebration.
Kwon points to Templario and then to the title belt. Kwon attacks Templario and KUSHIDA attacks Templario as well.
Kwon picks up the title belt and KUSHIDA puts on a Contra shirt.
They shake hands and hug.
We go to commercial.
We are back and Tom and Joe talk about what happened with KUSHIDA.
We go to the Contra Compound and Kwon tells Mads they still have a message. The Serpent sent a message and Mads has to answer him now.
We see Mads being given his next offer as a mercenary to seize MLW and he chooses not to do it.
Mads says he was paid well to wave the black flag, but that was not is cause. The title was the cause. Where he goes now, he goes alone.
Joe mentions that MLW Fusion is coming back.
Match Number Two: Battle Riot for the MLW World Championship
Entrant Number One is Killer Kross
Entrant Number Two is Matt Riddle
Riddle misses a punch and Kross with a German suplex. Riddle with a knee and kicks. Riddle misses a forearm into the corner. Kross with a clothesline in the corner. Riddle with a rear naked choke and he gets on Kross’ back. Riddle with a body scissors as they get to the mat.
Entrant Number Three is Ben Bishop
Bishop kicks Riddle to force Riddle to release the hold. Bishop kicks Riddle and then he head butts Kross. Riddle goes for a cutter bu Bishop blocks it. Bishop with a side slam and he sets for a choke slam. Riddle escapes and he chops Bishop and kicks him. Riddle escapes a choke slam and Riddle with a rear naked choke and Bishop taps out.
Entrant Number Four is Doc Gallows.
Gallows with a boot to Kross and a punch to Riddle. Riddle is sent to the ropes and Kross with a forearm to the back to stop him. Gallows sends Kross into the corner and then Riddle punches Gallows. Gallows with a punch to Riddle and he rakes the eyes.
Entrant Number Five is Cha Cha Charlie.
Charlie dances in the ring and Riddle joins him. Riddle has a punch blocked and then he continues to dance with Charlie. Charlie with a German suplex to Riddle. Gallows punches Kross. Riddle with a knee to Charlie but Charlie with a double knee gut buster. Gallows chokes Kross. Riddle holds on to the ropes when Charlie tries to eliminate him. Riddle goes to the apron. Gallows is eliminated by Kross. Charlie hits Kross from behind.
Entrant Number Six is Joe Coffey
Joe with a shoulder to Charlie ana pop up punch. Joe with a Giant Swing and he catapults him into the turnbuckles. Joe with an uppercut io the corner. Joe misses an uppercut while Kross kicks Riddle Charlie with a elly-to-bck suplex to Joe and a blockbuster. Charlie dances and he hits an elbow drop. Riddle with a guillotine on Kross and Charlie punches Joe.
Entrant Number Seven is Diego Hill.
Hill with a drop kick to Charlie. Hill with a drop kick to Riddle and Joe. Joe goes over the top rope and holds on to the ropes. Hill kicks Charlie in the corner. Riddle with a forearm to Kross and a running forearm to Kross. Hill with punches to Joe while Riddle plays to the crowd. Hill with a jab to Riddle and Hill dances. Riddle with a running knee and Riddle power bombs Hill and hits another knee.
Entrant Number Eight is Mads Krugger.
Charlie with a forearm to Riddle. Joe with punches to Kross followed by a head butt Hill with punches to Mads but Mads sends Hill over the top rope but Mads turns his back while Hill tries to skin the cat. Mads punches Charlie. Hill rolls back through the ropes. Charlie is eliminated by Mads. Riddle and Kross talk about going after Mads and they connect with punches and Mads runs through a double clothesline and Mads with a double clothesline of his won.
Entrant Number Nine is Matthew Justice.
Justice brings a trash can of weapons with him. The trash can goes into the ring and Justice chops Joe. Justice kicks Hill. Justice kicks a trash can into Kross. Justice hits Mads and Joe with the trash can. He does the same to Hill and Mads again. Justice gets a kendo stick and he hits Mads and then Hill. Oe hits Justice with a trash can and he does not feel it. He hits Joe with the kendo stick.
Entrant Number Ten is Paul Walter Hauser.
Joe with a clothesline to Paul. Paul pops up and he clotheslines Joe. Joe with a kick and slam. Justice hits Joe with a kendo stick and Paul slams Joe. Joe goes for a DDT but Paul counters with a side Russian leg sweep. Paul with a diving head butt. Paul with a slam to Joe. Mads punches Riddle. Paul goes for a splash to Mads and he bounces off him.
Entrant Number Eleven is Josh Bishop.
Justice hits Joe with a barbed wire bat. Bishop gets a table and sets it up on the floor. Josh sets up another table. Paul chops Riddle and Riddle with a kick and a back senton Kross hits Riddle in the foot with the trash can lid. Bishop punches Kross. Justice goes up top and he hits a flying shoulder tackle on Bishop. Joe and Justice with forearms to each other. Joe with knees to Justice. Bishop sends Joe into Paul in the corner. Josh sends Hill into Paul. Justice hits Bishop with the lid.
Entrant Number Twelve is Paul London.
London trips Hauser and Hauser with a jaw breaker. Bishop with a Razor’s Edge through the table on the floor to eliminate Justice. Bishop and Mads stand face to face in the ring and they exchange chops. Kross kicks Hill. Kross punches Hauser and Joe. Riddle with a knee in the corner. Riddle with a knee to Mads.
Entrant Number Thirteen is Anthony Greene.
Greene punches Joe and he goes up top and hits a twisting springboard cross body to get a near fall on Joe. Greene with a neck breaker to Hawuser. Greene sends Bishop into the corner and he sends Mads into Bishop. Greene and Hauser exchange punches. Hasuer punches Greene and Joe joins in. Joe rolls the pineapple in Green’s groin.
Entrant Number Fourteen is Don Gato.
Hill hits Bishop with the crutch. Hill hits Mads with the crutch. Gato brings his tequila board and Bishop hangs on the ropes. Gato hits Riddle with the board. Greene chokes Joe.
Entrant Number Fifteen is Stallion Rogers.
Rogers looks for someone to go after while Hill hangs by his feet. Riddle with a forearm to Kross. Greene with a German suplex to Rogers. Riddle and Rogers work together . Riddle with a cutter and Rogers with a double stomp. Mads punches Bishop off the turnbuckles but he holds on to the ropes. Gato hits Riddle, Rogers, and Hill with the board. London punches Hauser. Gato hits Hill.
Entrant Number Sixteen is Austin Aries.
London with a drop kick into the corner. Gato and Rogers go over the top rope and both are eliminated. Aries takes his time entering the match. Riddle and Hill exchange forearms. Hauser chops Hill and then Riddle and Hill chop Hauser. Bishop hits Mads with the kendo stick. Riddle with a jumping knee to Hill while Mads hits Bishop wih the kendo stick.
Entrant Number Seventeen is Alan Angels.
Angels hits Aries from behind and he sends him into the ring. Kross with a forearm to Hauser and London with a rollup to pin Hauser. Angels with a German suplex to Hill. Joe sends Greene over the top rope to eliminate him. Aries chops Joe in the back. Riddle holds on while Kross tries to eliminate him. Joe with a head butt to Aries and London head butts Joe. Riddle kicks Kross to get back into the ring. Hauser hugs London and eliminates him. Joe chops Angels.
Entrant Number Eighteen is Adam Brooks.
Hauser and London continue to fight on the floor while Mads back drops Hill to the floor to eliminate him. Brooks with forearms to Aries and Mads. Riddle sends Bishop to the apron. Hauser goes to the turnbuckles and hits a swanton onto London through a table Kross and Aries kick Angels and Kross gets Angels on the ropes.
Entrant Number Nineteen is Cody Fluffman.
Angels punches Cody and Angels hurts his hand. Cody steamrolls Angels and gets a near fall. He does the same to Joe for a near fall. Joe tells Riddle to hit him. Cody trips Joe and Riddle with a back senton to Cody.
Entrant Number Twenty is KUSHIDA.
KUSHIDA punches Mads and goes for a Hoverboard Lock on him. Riddle with a sleeper on Joe with Joe hanging over the apron and Riddle releases the hold and Joe is eliminated. KUSHIDA tries to eliminate Mads again. Riddle chops KUSHIDA and KUSHIDA kicks back. Aries tries to send Brooks over the top rope.
Entrant Number Twenty-One is Trevor Lee.
Lee goes after Mads with kicks. KUSHIDA with a cross arm breaker on the apron on Riddle. Mads grabs Lee and sends him over the top rope but he gets back in the ring. Trevor with punches to Mads. Aries is sent over the to rope and gets back in. Mads kicks Trevor and Brooks sends KUSHIDA to the apron. Mads sends KUSHIDA into the turnbuckles. KUSHIDA punches Mads.
Entrant Number Twenty-Two is Ikuro Kwon.
KUSHIDA with a triangle to Mads. Cody is eliminated. Kwon stands face to face with Mads. Kwon spits mist in Mads’ face. Kwon and KUSHIDA attack Mads in the corner. Aries and Kross discuss strategy. Brooks kicks Kross. Riddle with elbows to Bishop. Trevor hits Aries in the head. Aries sends Lee to the ropes and he lands on the apron. Lee gets back into the ring. Aries punches Lee with brass knuckles.
Entrant Number Twenty-Three is Wolfgang.
Aries gets a near fall on Lee. Aries is sent to the apron by Wolfgang. Lee with a forearm to Wolfgang and Wolfgang fires back. Wolfgang with a back senton to Lee and Wolfgang work on Aries’ nether regions using the rope. KUSHIDA and Kwon continue to work on Mads.
Entrant Number Twenty-Four is Davey Boy Smith Jr. (replaced by Babathunder)
Smith is in the back being attacked by Contra. Babathunder comes out with a body bag. Aries kicks KUSHIDA and then gets away from Babathunder. Mads and Babathunder go face to face and they exchange punches. Babathunder with a belly-to-back suplex. KUSHIDA and Kwon hold Mads so Babathunder can hit a splash. He hits a second one.
Entrant Number Twenty-Five is Satoshi Kojima (replaced by Simon Gotch)
Gotch kicks Mads and connects with forearms. Brooks and Aries exchange punches. They get Mads over the top rope and he lands on the apron. Kwon chokes Mads. Mads sends Kwon to the apron.
Entrant Number Twenty-Six is A Masked Man.
Gotch is elimianted. KUSHIDA is elminated and Kwon was also eliminated. Babathunder is taken over the apron. Babathunder is eliminated. The masked man knocks Mads off the apron to eliminate him. He hits a splash off the apron onto Mads. Mads is hit with an object. Mads is put in the body bag and he is carried away. Stuff is going on in the ring but the focus is on Mads’ removal from the ringside area. Kross with a cutter to Lee and Aries gets a near fall. Kross kicks Lee. Aries attacks Riddle.
Entrant Number Twenty-Seven is Jesus Rodriguez.
Lee is met with a forearm off the turnbuckles by Kross. Wolfgang chokes Bishop and Jesus with a flatliner on Brooks. Jesus sends Brooks into the turnbuckles. Jesus sets for a cross arm breaker on Brooks and Aries puts Brooks in a figure four at the same time. Kross with a foerarm to Bishop and Bishop with a forearm to Kross. Jesus gets a near fall on Aries. Jesus punches Brooks. Brooks is sent into the turnbuckles.
Entrant Number Twenty-Eight is Karl Anderson.
Karl with chops and European uppercuts to Kross. Kross with a clothesline to Karl. Kross chops Bishop while Riddle kicks Bishop. Bishop fights back and they clothesline Bishop over the top rope to eliminate him. Riddle with a knee to Kross. Riddle with another knee. Aries holds on to the ropes when Wolfgang tries to send him over the ropes.
Entrant Number Twenty-Nine is Sidney Akeem.
Akeem with back handsprings into a cutter on Jesus. Akeem with a cross body to Riddle. Aries gets a near fall on Anderson. Kross is not happy to be bleeding and he yells at Riddle for doing it. Riddle with a forearm and Kross fires back.
Entrant Number Thirty is Alex Hammerstone.
Aries grabs a weapon and Hammerstone clotheslines Wolfgang over the top rope to eliminate him. Hammerstone with a forearm to Jesus and Riddle. Riddle with forearms to Hammerstone. Hammerstone grabs Riddle but Riddle holds on to the ropes to stay in the match. Riddle with a triangle on Hammerstone in the ropes. Aries with a wrist lock. Karl rakes Jesus’ eyes.
Entrant Number Thirty-One is Ricky Martinez.
Ricky with forearms to Hammerstone and Aries. Aries with a chop and elbow. Aries with a head butt to Ricky’s groinal area. Ricky ties himself in the ropes to stay in the match. Hammerstone with boots in the corner to Lee. Riddle chops Kross in the corner. Kross with punches to Riddle.
Entrant Number Thirty-Two is Ariel Dominguez.
Kross tries to eliminate Riddle. Ariel with a ana to Jesus followed by a drop kick. Ariel with a flying mare driver to Akeem. Riddle gets Ariel up and Riddle with Bro 2 Sleep. Hammerstone presses Ariel over the top rope to the floor to eliminate him. Aries wants a handshake but Hammerstone flips him off.
Entrant Number Thirty-Three is Festus.
Festus meanders and slobbers to the ring and things might be going on in the ring. Karl wants to know what is going on. Festus finally gets into the ring and the wrestlers don’t want the bell rung, unlike the crowd. Karl yells at Festus. Jesus says something to Karl.
Entrant Number Thirty-Four is Donovan Dijak.
Dijak with punches to Aries and Riddle. Dijak with a choke bomb to Akeem. Brooks hits Riddle. Karl and Dijak exchange punches and he sends Dijak into the turnbuckles Karl is sent to the apron and Dijak with a cyclone boot to eliminate Karl.
Entrant Number Thirty-Five is Bishop Dyer.
Dyer gets in the ring and they go after Festus. Dyer and Dijak punch and kick Festus. Karl sees what is happening and he rings the bell to activate Festus. Festus with punches to everyone. Festus with a flapjack to Martinez and Festus eliminates him. Hammerstone eliminates Festus and he tries to get back into the ring but Karl rings the bell. Jesus punches Riddle.
Entrant Number Thirty Six is LJ Cleary.
Cleary with a kick to Dyer and he hits a springboard destroyer on Riddle. Aries punches Cleary. Dijak sends Kross into the corner and connects with elbows. Riddle kicks Dijak. Cleary gets a near fall on Akeem.
Entrant Number Thirty-Seven is Madman Fulton.
Fulton punches Jesus and Cleary gets on Fulton’s back. Fulton with a cutter on Cleary. Fulton kicks Riddle and sets for a power bomb but Riddle counters and he applies a triangle while holding the hair. Riddle pulls Fulton over the top rope.
Entrant Number Thirty-Eight is Onix The One.
Kross punches Fulton. Fulton punches Kross but Riddle grabs Fulton and Kross punches him. Dijak tries to eliminate Akeem and he is sent to the ropes. Fulton with punches. Kross and Akeem chop Dijak.
Entrant Number Thirty-Nine is Mr. Thomas.
Thomas with forearms aplenty. Thomas with a Black Hole Slam to Akeem. Riddle and Thomas exchange punches. Thomas with a chop to Riddle. Dijak kicks Thomas and he gets Thomas up. Thomas sends Dijak into Dyer and Thomas with a slam. Thomas with forearms and a kick to Brooks. Aries rakes the eyes of Thomas. Thomas with more punches and forearms. Akeem skins the cat.
Entrant Number Forty is Mark Coffey.
Mark with a slam to Riddle and a belly-to-back suplex to Thomas. Brooks is eliminated. Lee is eliminated. Mark with an enzuigiri to Hammerstone. Riddle with a rana to eliminate Jesus. Cleary is eliminated by Hammerstone. Fulton kicks Akeem while Dijak and Dyer work over Fulton. Thomas with a forearm to Riddle. Fulton with an uppercut to send Akeem back to the apron. Fulton with a forearm and then he picks up Akeem and he misses a kick. Akeem with a kick that sends Fulton onto the ropes.
Akeem tries to eliminate Fulton. Dyer punches Riddle and Riddle punches back. Hammerstone eliminates Akeem and Onix is eliminated as well. Mark punches Kross. Fulton kicks Riddle. Fulton with a boot to Riddle. Thomas is eliminated by Dyer and Dijak.
We are down to Aries, Hammerstone, Dijak, Dyer, Fulton, Kross, Riddle, and Mark Coffey.
Mark punches Kross and Kross punches back. Dijak goes after Kross as well. Fulton gets Riddle on his shoulders. Riddle holds on while Mark stays in the ring after punching Dyer. Kross with a forearm to eliminate Mark. Fulton is eliminated by Dijak and Dyer.
Aries suggests that everyone else go after each other. They pair off with Riddle and Kross in one corner, Dijak and Dyer in another, and Aries and Hammerstone in the other.
Hammerstone says something to Aries and Aries chops Hammerstone and hurt his hand. Aries with a boot and a discus foearm. Hammerstone drops Aries on the apron and he falls to the floor. Dijak and Dyer go after Hammerstone. Hammerstone pushes them away. Hammerstone with a forearm to Dyer and Dijak with a cyclone kick that sends Hammerstone through the ropes. Riddle and Kross exchange punches with Dijak and Dyer. Dijak with elbows in the corner. Dyer and Dijak with splashes and elbows. They do it again. Kross punches Dyer and Riddle punches Dijak. Riddle locks Feast Your Eyes and Riddle with a round kick. Hammerstone with a boot to Riddle.
Hammerstone picks up Riddle and Dijak with a kick to Kross. Hammerstone has Riddle in the ropes but Riddle rakes the eyes. Kross punches Dijak and Dyer. Dijak with a super kick but Kross ends Dijak over the top rope to eliminate him. Kross with a back drop to eliminate Dyer. Kross sees Riddle and Hammerstone in the ropes and he pushes both of them over the top rope to eliminate them.
Winner: Killer Kross (new champion)
After the match, Scarlett goes to the ring to celebrate with Kross.
Kross gets the mic and he tells the crowd now you got him, in response to the ‘We Want Kross’ chants. He says he didn’t just do this. Scarlett didn’t just help him do this. We all did this. When they tried to turn down your voices, you got louder.
Kross mentions that his mother beat cancer last year and this is the first time she has seen him compete live. He gives the title belt to his mother.
Kross thanks the fans.
