2/5 TNA THURSDAY NIGHT IMPACT ON AMC REPORT

By Mike Johnson on 2026-02-05 23:07:00

Welcome to the PWInsider.com Thursday Night Impact report!

We are live to tape from Albuquerque, New Mexico at Tingley Coliseum.

Our announce team is Matt Rehwoldt and Tom Hannifan!

Trey Miguel vs. Adam Brooks

Nice surprise to see Brooks here.  Extremely underrated.  Brooks controlled much of the early action, suplexing Miguel from the apron into the ring and following up with a tope suicida to the floor. He continued his momentum with a sharp single-leg kick, a pump kick, and a sit-out powerbomb that earned a near fall. Brooks added a running corner dropkick, but Miguel shifted the tide with a sudden poisonrana. Miguel then connected with the Lightning Spiral to secure the pinfall victory.

Your winner, Trey Miguel!

After the match, Stacks blindsided Miguel, blasting him with the TNA International Championship belt. Arianna Grace appeared visibly upset by the attack.

Backstage, Gia Miller interviewed Knockouts Champion Lei Ying Lee alongside Xia Brookside and Indi Hartwell. Lee spoke in Chinese, prompting Xia to offer a translation, only for Hartwell to reveal she also speaks Chinese, surprising Brookside. Hartwell joked that she also “speaks wrestling.”

The Righteous (Dutch & Vincent) vs. Tommy Two Scoops & TW3

Tommy Two Scoops ran directly into Dutch, who flattened him with a Black Hole Slam. TW3 tagged in but fared no better, getting driven face-first into the mat. Vincent danced mockingly over TW3 before collapsing onto him. The Righteous finished the match with the Orange Sunshine for a decisive win.

Your winner, The Righteous!

Vincent took the mic and addressed The Hardys, saying they don’t want a war; wars are messy. Instead, he said The Righteous want to stand beside them, not across from them, and asked them to consider the offer.

Matt Hardy questioned why The Righteous keep pushing to team up. Jeff Hardy speculated that they may be trying to form a faction. The System interrupted, warning the Hardys that they should be more concerned about losing the Tag Team Titles. The System then attacked the Hardys, leaving them laid out.

Frankie Kazarian was shown shaking hands with Daria Rae as he arrived.  He came out on stage and said that on the premiere episode of Thursday Night Impact, he competed with a surgically repaired hand. He claimed the only reason he lost was because he was essentially fighting one-handed. Kazarian declared that the good news is he will be Champion again. After speaking with Daria Rae, he’s confident change is coming. He boasted that there isn’t a man in Albuquerque he couldn’t beat senseless, but said he doesn’t need the hassle of proving it tonight.

Elijah & Jada Stone vs. Order 4's Mustafa Ali & Tasha Steelz with Jason Hotch, John Skyler, Special Agent Zero.

Jada Stone showed early aggression against Tasha Steelz, but Steelz responded with a back elbow, suplex, and superkick. Elijah and Ali traded momentum, with Elijah landing a knee strike and powerbomb, while Ali answered with a rolling neckbreaker. Stone shined with a slingblade and split-legged moonsault for a near fall. Chaos erupted outside as Stone wiped out Order 4 with a moonsault. However, Ali caught Stone with the Highwayman’s Farewell, allowing Tasha Steelz to score the pinfall.

Your winners, Order 4!

This was very good.

Backstage, Daria Rae promoted No Surrender before Santino Marella officially booked Lei Ying Lee vs. Arianna Grace for the TNA Knockouts World Championship.

Rae encountered Steve Maclin backstage. Santino explained Maclin was there to say goodbye.

Maclin delivered an emotional promo, saying he loves TNA, not because of management, but because of the locker room. He called it a “land of misfit toys” that overcomes everything. He said he’s leaving with his head held high.  TNA Champion Mike Santana appeared, thanking Maclin for helping him understand what it takes to be part of that locker room. As Santana walked away, Maclin attacked him from behind, screaming that Santana was “too damn selfless,” as security restrained him.  They pulled Maclin away.

Tessa Blanchard with Mila Moore & Victoria Crawford vs. Rachel Ley

Blanchard dominated early, using her strength and aggression to wear down Ley with wristlocks, strikes, and corner stomps. Ley briefly rallied with a back elbow and attempted a moonsault, but Blanchard moved out of the way and nailed the Buzzsaw to pick up the victory.

Your winner, Tessa Blanchard!

TNA Injury Report: Rich Swann and AJ Francis are cleared following last week’s No Holds Barred match, Jada Stone is in "serious condition" and is under evaluation, Ash By Elegance is cleared to compete.

They aired a vignette where Ryan Nemeth attempted to prove his athletic superiority against Mara Sade at a stadium. After Sade successfully completed a football drill, Nemeth injured his shoulder trying to throw. He challenged her to darts, hitting a bullseye, only for Sade to throw a dart at him. In basketball, Sade superkicked Nemeth, sending the ball flying into the hoop.  This was cute but may have worked better if it was shown before they had already wrestled and gotten physical.

Outside, Eric Young approached BDE, offering him a place in the Cleanse. BDE declined, but Young warned that next week, BDE will give him an answer, and that it had better be the right one.

The Angel Warriors & Indi Hartwell vs. The Elegance Brand

The Elegance Brand are in all yellow, so it was like watching Minions but I am guessing this was a Breaking Bad tribute.  Lei Ying Lee took the fight to Ash By Elegance early. Outside interference came into play when Mr. Elegance distracted the referee, but Indi Hartwell stormed in with a spinebuster. Xia Brookside wiped out the opposition with a crossbody. A Glitter Bomb backfired when Xia ducked, hitting Mr. Elegance instead. Brookside then pinned Heather By Elegance for the win.

Your winners, The Angel Warriors & Indi Hartwell!

After the match, The Elegance Brand ambushed Xia Brookside and posed over her fallen body.

TNA Champion Mike Santana came through the fans addressed the crowd, saying he embraces the chaos and expected a target on his back, but never expected betrayal from a close friend. He challenged his enemies to face him head-on and told Maclin next time, don't stab him in the back stab him in the best, so he can see it coming like a man. The System attacked Santana, and despite The Hardys running in, they were quickly overwhelmed. Moose’s music hit, but he appeared behind The System and cleared the ring. The System retreated as Santana, The Hardys, and Moose stood tall to close the show.
