JCW JERSEY J-CUP THIS WEEKEND, WHY LUCHA STAR MISSED SUPERPOWER SLAM AND MORE

The JCW Superpower Slam last night in Queens, NY drew 400 fans.  They have raised over $27,500 for Little Oaks Center for Neurodiversity, dba Little Oaks Center for Neurodevelopment.  It was a hell of a show with a lot of young stars that will be the next generation of talents who start to build names for themselves.  You can find our coverage at this link.

Lucha star Latigo missed the show as he had an issue at the border getting into The United States.

Most of the show was booked by Orange Crush publisher Adam Abdalla.  The GCW title bout was handled by GCW.

The promotion will return this weekend with the 2026 Jersey J-Cup Tournament at White Eagle Hall in Jersey City, streaming live on YouTube on 2/6 and 2/7.

The 2/6 lineup will feature the following first round matches:

*Travis Williams vs. Griffin McCoy vs. Joe Lando vs. Vengador vs. Manny Lo vs. TBA.

*Jonathan Gresham vs. Adam Priest.

*Erick Stevens vs. Charles Mason.

*Jordan Oliver vs. Alec Price.

*Oro vs. Man Like DeReiss.

*Judas Icarus vs. Darian Bengston.

*KJ Orso vs. Terry Yaki.

*JCW Champion Billie Starkz vs. Ryan Clancy.

In non-tournament matches, New Japan Pro Wrestling's Tiger Mask will face Dynamite Kid Tommy Billington, playing off the famous Mask vs. Kid rivalry and a steel cage match with 1 Called Manders vs. Mad Dog Connelly.

Night Two will feature Mad Dog Connelly vs.Joey Janela as well as the finals.
