Darby Allin vs Clark Conners
Those who haven’t seen Clark before, he is from New Japan and usually teams with Gabe Kidd.
Clark body checks Darby as Darby skateboards to the ring and then rolls Darby into the ring and stomps him down. Clark gets a power slam for two. Darby crawls to the corner where Clark whips him across the ring into the other turnbuckle. Clark whips him across the ring again and charges into him where Darby leaps over him and gets a Code Red for two.
Darby goes to the top and Clark sweeps the leg and Darby tumbles to the floor. Clark tosses him into the barricade. Darby is rolled into the ring and Clark hits a pounce on him. Darby rolls to the apron and Clark slams his head into the apron and then gets a running kick Clark wraps Darby in the ring apron and beats him down. Clark slaps Darby and then drops him back first on the barricade. Clark then drops Darby back first onto the apron as we go to picture in picture.
When we return to full screen, Clark charges into Darby in the corner, hits a backdrop and covers for two. Clack flips Darby over the top rope and Darby hits a blow before Clark hits a spear through the ropes and they tumble to the floor. Darby is whipped into the steel steps and Clark sets the steps up away from the ring. Clark tries for a belly to belly suplex into the steps, but Darby fights free.
They brawl on the floor and Clark whips Darby toward the steps, and Darby dives over and hits a missile drop-kick off the steps into Clark. Darby dives into Clark on the floor. Darby rolls Clark into the ring, hut Clark on top and they fight on the top turnbuckle. Clark power bombs Darby off the top, hits a spear and covers for two.
Clark grabs a straightjacket from behind and Clark uses it for a backbreaker and then a slam for two. Darby backs Clark into the corner, whips Clark down and hits a scorpion death drool Darby goes to the top and leaps. Clark gets his knees up, but Darby avoids it. Darby then gets the scorpion death lock and Clark has to tap out.
Winner: Darby Allin.
Darby, laying on the mat, grabs the mic and says he won the war with the Death Riders. As Darby says he will go for the world title. Gabe Kidd attacks him and he and Clark rolls him to the floor. They set up the steel steps and drop Darby across the steps. They then put the step on top of Darby.
Gabe grabs a mic and says he’s not here on Death Rider time, he is on Gabe Kidd time, and he will end Darby Allin.
Next is a hype video of Babes of Wrath vs the Sisters of Sin later tonight.
Jetspeed issues a challenge to the Don Callis family for the Trio championship and the name of their trios team is Jet Set Rodeo.
The Cru (Action Andretti and Lio Rush) w/Lacy Lane vs The Rascalz (Zachary Wentz and Desmond Xavier) w/Myron Reed
Rush and Xavier start with arm bars and headlocks. Rush tosses off Xavier and they run the ropes. Xavier gets a tejaris takedown and then Rush gets a series of kicks. Xavier gets a drop-kick for one only.; Rush goes to the wrong corner for a tag, and Wentz gets a blind tag and Xavier gets a bronco buster on Rush. Wentz covers for two. Rush tags in Andretti and they double-team Wentz for a one only.
Andretti gets a double jump top rope arm drag. Rush is tagged in and they charge into big boots from Wentz, who gets a double cross body and tags in Xavier. Xavier dives, but Cru dodges it. Wentz gets a tornado dive and does NOT miss as we go to picture in picture.
When we return to full screen, Xavier has been the babyface in peril through the break. Cru keeps working him over with double team moves and quick tags. Wentz gets the hot tag after Xavier gets a leaping neckbreaker and Went runs wild. This leads to all four men in the ring with quick high-flying moves and dives. Cru gets double cutters on Wentz for two.
This leads to all four men fighting in the ring again. Wentz is the last man standing, and all four men are fighting again. Wentz does a backflip and Xavier knocks him so that he lands on Andretti, which is called the Hot Fire Flame, for the pin and the win.
Winners: The Rascalz
Next is a hype video for Jamie Hayter and Alex Windsor as a new tag team.
In the back, Mox is praising Konoauke Taseshita. He says they understand each other, and they goons front he Don Callis family jumped him, Takeshita wasn’t involved. He says that Don Callis doesn’t want a gang war. But, Takeshita beat him in the Continental Classic, and he wants that win back.
Darby Allin and Toni Storm vs The Already In The Ring Gino Medina and Lady Bird Monroe
We get a demonstration of the Cassidy/Storm team shenanigans.
Cassidy wins with the Orange Punch on Media for the pin and the win.
Winners: Orange Cassidy and Toni Storm
Wheeler Yuta and Marina Shafir hit the ring after the bell for the post match beat down.
Wheeler grabs a mic and says he will present an interview with Cassidy and after Cassidy says he can’t hear Wheeler through his garbage hair. He nails Cassidy and then grabs medical scissors from the ringside to cut Cassidy’s hair. Toni is able to break it up and grabs the scissors.
Toni says their match at Grand Slam Australia is a hair vs hair match.
In the back, Lexi Nair is with Eddie Kingston and Ortiz and the Grizzled Young Veterans. They argue about who has had it worse on their way up. Eddie says they should have a parking lot fight next Saturday. Big Bill and Bryan Keith attack Eddie and Ortiz and they are paid by GYV.
Before their match, we get a hype video for the match between Mark Briscoe and Tomaso Ciampa.
Mark Briscoe (TNT Champion) vs Tommaso Ciampa
Ciampa gets a huge pop when he comes to the ring.
The follow the Code of Honor and then lock up and Mark focus them to the corner where Mark breaks clean. They lock up again and this time Ciampa forces them to the corner and they break clean. They lock up again and get headlock takedowns and head scissor escapes for both. They lock up and move to waistlocks and arm bars. Mark gets an arm takedown and they work back to their feet and run the ropes, charging into each other and neither moving.
They move to throwing hands. They run the ropes and Mark gets a Pele kick after Ciampa gets a waistlock. Mark clotheslines Ciampa over the top and tumbles over with him. They brawl at ringside and Ciampa rolls through the ring. Mark follows and they start brawling again. They return to the ring and Mark lays in chops in the corner. Mark gets a drop kick in the corner for one.
Mark gets a vertical suplex for two. Mark hits jabs and kicks as they move to fighting in the corner. Mark gets redneck kung fu and they fight on the apron. Ciampa gets a psycho driller on the apron as we go to picture in picture.
When we return to full screen, we are told ten minutes have gone by and they are still brawling in the ring. Mark gets a flying forearm off the ropes and then a clothesline in the corner. Mark gets a big clothesline in the corner. Ciampa prevents a pickup and Mark gets more blows and kicks and Ciampa is knocked to the floor. Mark gets a running drop-kick through the ropes, slams Ciampa into the ringpost and then hits a blockbuster from the apron.
This is a fantastic hoss fight.
Ciampa is rolled into the ring and when Mark gets into the ring, Ciampa gets a draping DDT for two. Ciampa puts Mark on top and joins him there as they keep throwing hands. Mark knocks Ciampa to the mat and then hits froggie bo for two. Ciampa stop the Jay Driller and gets shoulder thrusts in the corner. Mark reverses it and they fight to the top where Ciampa gets a psycho driller from the second turnbuckle for two.
They go back and forth and we are told five minutes remaining. Ciampa gets a running knee strike as Mark is on the apron. They brawl at ringside. Mark grabs a table and moves it to ringside. Ciampa puts Mark on the table and hits a running knee strike. He rolls Mark into the ring and poses for the crowd. Mark climbs to the top and leaps over the ringpost into Ciampa and puts them through the table.
They roll into the ring and they slap hands and they start throwing hands. Mark gets a running knee and Ciampa drop-kicks Mark knees out from under him. Mark gets a Death Valley Driver and then goes to the top for a froggie bo. He calls for the Jay Driver and Ciampa reverses it into a German suplex. Ciampa gets a running knee for the pin and the win.
Winner and NEW TNT Champion: Tommaso Ciampa
They hug as Mark holds up Tomaso’s hand in victory. On the stage, Kyle Fletcher si watching and gives a mocking clap.
He and Tomaso have words.
In the back, Josh Alexander goes over how the Don Callis family is going after all the belts as the Don Callis family lays out a bunch of people behind him.
Kazuchika Okada (International Champion) vs Adam Priest w/Tommy Billington
Rocky Romero joins commentary.
Okada attacks before the bell and gets a series of kicks and a neckbreaker. Adam throws blows and Okada hits a pair of scoop slams. Adam gets an arm bar, and Okada grabs him for another scoop slam, but Adam rolls through and slams Okada’s leg into the mat. Adam starts working over the leg. Adam misses a charge in the corner and Okada hits a drop-kick, which hurts his knee.
As the ref is checking Okada, Adam goes to the floor and Rocky nails him with a double axe handle as we go to picture in picture.
When we return to full screen, Adam gets kicks and strikes out of the corner and then gets a swinging neckbreaker. Adam hits a belly to back suplex after dodging a big boot from Okada. Adam goes to the top and Okada rolls to the floor. Rocky tries to get involved as the ref is busy, and Adam drops him to the floor and then leaps onto him. Okada then comes over and attacks Adam from behind. Adam gets a back body drop and Okada lands badly on his leg and his knee is in a large amount of pain.
They return to the ring and Adam gets an Alabama Jam from the top for two. Okada kicks his way free from Adam grabbing the leg, but Adam pays in blows, gets another back body drop and locks in the figure four. Okada is able to get to the ropes for the break and Adam breaks on four.
Adam stomps on the leg and Okada gets a big boot and an upper cut. Okada hits a drop-kick and then goes for the rainmaker, but Adam avoids it and gets a jack knife pin for two. Okada gets a spinning slam and then hits the rainmaker for the pin and the win.
Winner: Kazuchika Okada
Lexi is backstage with the Rascalz, they say they like parking lots. Eddie Kingston shows and says that next week there will be an 8-man tag team war in the parking lot.
We then get a recap video for MJF and Brody King’s match on Dynamite.
Lexi interrupts Ciampa with his family to ask him about his title win. He says he couldn’t have done this without his family and is happy with how the fans have embraced him. He says that his daughter has a new baby sister as he taps the belt, and they are going to do some special things together.
Babes of Wrath (Willow Nightingale and Harley Cameron) AEW Women's Tag Team Champions vs the Sisters of Sin (Julia Hart and Skye Blue)
Harley and Julia start the match by running the ropes and Julia knocks Willow off the apron and Skye knocks Harley to the floor. All four women brawl around the ring. Harley is rolled in the ring and Julia tags in Skye. Willow gets in the ring to help get the Sisters knocked down and then she tags in and hits a backpack senton with Harley on her back for two.
Julie snaps Willow head on the top ropes and Skye gets a running knee and a DDT for one. Julia is tagged in and they double-team Willow in their corner. Julia covers for one only. Willow gets a quick rollup for two. Harley is tagged in and hits a flying crossbody onto Julia and Skye. Harley gets kicks on Skye and Julia and then gets a double clothesline on them both as we go to picture in picture.
When we return to full screen, Harley has been the babyface in peril through the break. Harley is able to get a Saito suplex on Skye and then dives to tag in Willow, who cleans house. Willow ends the sequence with a power bomb on Julia for two. Julia is able to get eat the feet, and then walks the rope and tries for a hurricanrana, but the move falls apart and Willow covers for two. Willow gets a single leg crab and Skye breaks it up. Harley gets a backstabber on Skye and then a leg trip on Julia. Willow tries for a power bomb, but Julia makes it to an X-Factor and everyone is down.
Skye is the first one up and she and Julia gets a front slam on Willow for two, broken up by Harley. Willow tags in Harley and Skye gets superkicks on Harley and Willow. Harley escapes a double team, shoves Skye into Julia and then gets a DDT on Skye for two. Skye gets a rollup for two. Harley runs the ropes and Willow gets a blind tag. Harley and Willow get a soul food combination on Skye for the pin and the win.
Winners and still Women's Tag Team Champions: The Babes of Wrath
Thekla charges to the ring for a beat down and Kris Statlander follows her and everyone is brawling in the ring. Megan Bayne and Penelope Ford join in and take out Kris. As the heels stand tall we are desperately out of time!
