1/24 AAA REPORT

AAA ON FOX MEXICO RECAP FOR 1/24/26

- Highlights are shown of last weeks Triple A debut on Fox Mexico.

- Psycho Clown/Pagano and The Motor City Machineguns are shown arriving to the arena.

AAA Cruiserweight Championship: Laredo Kid (c) vs. Mini Vikingo vs. Octagon Jr.

The match begins with Vikingo dropping Octagon and Kid with some ranas, Octagon propels Vikingo into a drop kick on Kid. Vikingo sends Octagon out of the ring before Kid knocks him onto the shoulders on Octagon, Kid then takes out both opponents with a suicide dive. Kid gets Vikingo back in the ring for a near fall on a pin attempt, Octagon and Kid have a striking exchange in the middle of the ring. Octagon hits Kid with a torneo cross body block, Octagon follows up with a top rope head scissors takedown followed by another head scissors that sends Kid out of the ring. Vikingo returns and he rolls up Octagon a few times for a few near falls, Octagon recovers to hit Vikingo with a pop up power bomb followed by a crucifix driver. Kid returns and he drops Octagon with a rana, Kid misses a charge in the corner and he climbs the ropes before eating an enziguri.

Octagon climbs the ropes and Kid knocks him off before Octagon climbs the ropes, Kid drops Vikingo with a super press slam for a near fall. Kid knocks Octagon to the arena floor before missing a dive, Vikingo then takes out Kid with a suicide dive. Octagon returns and he nails Vikingo with a diving cutter on the arena floor, Octagon gets Vikingo back in the ring before eating an enziguri. Vikingo and Octagon battle on the top rope until Octagon gets him down with a super head scissors for a near fall, Kid returns and he nails Octagon with a destroyer DDT. Kid misses a charge in the corner and Vikingo nails him with a poison rana, Vikingo then hits Octagon with a suicide dive. Vikingo misses a meteora and Kid nails him with a forearm strike followed by a top rope Spanish fly for a three count.

Winner: Laredo Kid, still your AAA Cruiserweight Champion

- El Fantasmo is shown in the crowd.

- Highlights are shown of Santos Escobar’s AAA return from last week.

AAA Latin American Championship: El Hijo de Dr. Wagner Jr. (c) vs. Mecha Wolf

The match begins with Wagner Jr. nailing Wolf with a bicycle kick, Wolf fights back and Wagner Jr. drops him with a rana that sends him out of the ring. Wagner Jr. misses a leap from the ring apron and Wolf nails him with a super kick, Wolf then hits Wagner Jr. with a suicide dive. Wolf gets Wagner Jr. back in the ring and he taunts him by landing a few strikes, Wagner Jr. fights back and he nails Wolf with strikes of his own. Wagner Jr. then drops Wolf with a clothesline followed by a back suplex, Wolf leaves the ring and Wagner Jr. nails him with a dive from the ring apron. Wagner Jr. gets Wolf back in the ring to get a near fall on a pin attempt, Wagner Jr. gets Wolf on his shoulders and he nails him with a sit out power bomb for a near fall. Wolf fights back to drop Wagner Jr. with a leg kick before landing a knee strike for a near fall, Wolf goes to the top rope and Wagner Jr. meets him up there.

Wolf bites the face of a masked Wagner Jr. to get him off the ropes, Wolf leaps over Wagner Jr. before landing an enziguri. Wagner Jr. recovers to hit Wolf with a discus lariat followed by a Wagner Driver for a three count.

Winner: El Hijo de Dr. Wagner Jr., still your AAA Latin American Champion

After the match, El Hijo de Dr. Wagner Jr. grabs the microphone and he says that he won’t forget what Santos Escobar said to him last week. Wagner Jr. then says Escobar can have a title shot if he wants it.

- Andrea Bazarte interviews Penta, Penta talks about the injury he suffered that caused him a chance to team with his brother at a recent Triple A event. Penta also talks about recently meeting boxing great Canelo Alvarez, Penta then talks about his first full year in the WWE. Penta talks about how it has been ten years since he won the Rey De Reyes, Penta says the Rey De Reyes is back. Jack Cartwheel, Aerostar, Apollo Crews, and LA Parka are the first four competitors announced for the Rey De Reyes. Penta says he will hand the sacred sword to whomever wins the Rey De Reyes.

- Mr. Iguana is backstage when he is approached by La Hiedra and Lola Vice appears a short time later, the two women argue before showing some love to Mr. Iguana. Another wrestler shows up and Mr. Iguana is handed a referee shirt.

- A bunch of clowns are shown preparing backstage.

AAA Tag Team Championship: Psycho Clown & Pagano (c) vs. The Motor City Machine Guns (Chris Sabin & Alex Shelley) vs. Tokyo Bad Boys (Kento & Takuma) vs. Nueva Generation (Dinamita Forastero & Sanson)

The match begins with Clown dropping Kento with a rana, Clown and Kento then exchange some arm drags. Shelley and Forastero tag themselves into the match, Forastero backs Shelley into the ropes before a striking exchange breaks out. Forastero then drops Shelley with a shoulder tackle, Shelley recovers and he trips up Forastero before working over his arm. Shelley stands Forastero up while landing some chops, Pagano tags in and Takuma tags in as well. Takuma drops Forastero with a combination, Pagano recovers and he gets Takuma in a modified abdominal stretch. Pagano then hits Takuma with a flipping DDT for a near fall, Pagano then hits Takuma with a super kick followed by a super code breaker and a cutter. Sabin tags in and Sanson tags in as well, Sanson and Sabin take turns working over each other’s arm. Sanson gains control after nailing Sabin with a side slam, Sanson then hits Sabin with a shoulder tackle before getting rolled up for a near fall.

Sabin follows up by nailing Sanson with a drop kick before Clown tags in, a massive brawl quickly breaks out between both teams and it spills to the arena floor. Forastero traps Takuma in the ropes before Sanson lands a top rope knee drop, Forastero then works over Kento in the ring before Sanson returns for some double team action. Forastero and Sanson hit Kento with a double slam followed by a double drop kick and splash for a near fall, Forastero tags in and he nails the arm of Kento with a top rope double stomp. Takuma interferes and that allows Forastero to get double teamed, Takuma tags in and he drops Forastero before landing a basement drop kick. Takuma nails a downed Forastero with a shooting star press for a near fall, Shelley tags himself in and he nails Takuma with some strikes. Kento tags in and Shelley takes out both of the Tokyo Bad Boys, Sabin tags in and Kento gets double teamed by the MCMG.

Shelley tags back in and Kento fights back against the MCMG, Kento nails Shelley with a spear before dropping Sabin. Clown tags in and he nails Kento with a Psycho Elbow, Pagano tags in and he nails both of the Tokyo Bad Boys with a double blockbuster. Forastero and Sanson hit the ring to battle Clown and Pagano, Takuma returns and he attacks a distracted Pagano, Pagano then hits Takuma with a super kick. Shelley tags in and he double teams Kento alongside Sabin, Forastero and Sanson return to the ring before getting sent right back out. Sabin takes out some opponents with a suicide dive, Clown and Pagano then hit the Tokyo Bad Boys with Psycho Drivers for a three count.

Winners: Psycho Clown & Pagano, still your AAA Tag Team Champions

After the match, Pagano & Psycho Clown are told both other clowns that their friend has been jumped and loaded into an ambulance.
