How would you feel if you worked for WWE and they lied to you about Seth Rollins’ fake injury?
I am never one who ever put full trust in any employer that I ever worked for and I especially wouldn’t have done that working for a wrestling company. With that said, I would have even less trust in the upper brass at WWE/TKO now. Why? Because they lied to be because they didn’t trust that I wouldn’t go out and share that Rollins wasn’t really hurt. If someone doesn’t trust me, I don’t trust them either.
And would you ever trust Rollins again if you were his friend and he lied to you?
I guess it depends on the context. For personal issues? Sure. For anything business related? In most cases, no way. If I were really someone he trusted, he wouldn’t have lied to me. He can call it working all that he wants, but it’s really lying.
With the new season of Unreal promos showing Seth Rollins knee “injury”, which we found out was not real. The same promos feature the R-Truth release situation. Do we know if the R-Truth release was legit or was it staged for Unreal as well?
I have never heard that the Truth situation was a work. If it was, I am sure WWE will tell us on Unreal and make me scratch my head even more than I do now with the things that they deem important.
How weird is it for WWE to show previews of Unreal, where they make it clear that what we are watching isn’t real, while we are watching a show that they want us to think is real?
It’s really, really odd, for sure. I understand that they want to get the word out about the new season but don’t do it in the middle of a show that you want me to invest in emotionally.
