MOVIE FEATURING FORMER WWE STARS COMMENCES PRODUCTION

From the Ring to the Big Screen: Former WWE Stars Power IVIZION Media’s New Feature Film Dream On

Family-Friendly Sports Drama Brings Together Former WWE Stars, Acclaimed Film Actors, and Caribbean Storytelling

Nassau, The Bahamas — IVIZION Media has officially begun production on its upcoming feature film Dream On, a family-friendly sports drama now filming on location in Nassau. It is a story about a washed-up, alcoholic American, haunted by the legacy of his professional wrestler father, who finds a chance at redemption in the sunny heat of the Bahamas when he reluctantly agrees to train a rag-tag crew of local dreamers who want to become the island's first wrestling stars. 

The film stars Damien Michael Chase playing the role of Joe and  Bahamian-born Alexis Gray as Maya, who is also known as professional wrestler Kaylia Capri, who is also the current All Caribbean Wrestling Women’s Champion and former WWE Superstar. Also starring former WWE Superstars Sidney Akeem Bateman, Omari J. Palmer aka Odyssey Jones and Ernest “The Cat” Miller, known for World Championship Wrestling, Ready to Rumble and The Wrestler. Rounding out the main cast is veteran actor  Carlos Carrasco, whose film credits include Speed, Clear and Present Danger and Blood In Blood Out.

IVIZION Media is committed to highlighting Caribbean culture while collaborating with All Caribbean Wrestling and local creatives and partners throughout production. Writer/Director Jeff Brazzle, COO of All Caribbean Wrestling, “This story is about a journey of personal redemption as the lead character Joe transforms from a broken man to a mentor who helps a new generation achieve their dreams while recovering his own lost pride and purpose.”

Bahamian-born star Alexis Gray, aka Kaylia Capri, shared her excitement about filming in her home country:

“Being part of Dream On and filming here in The Bahamas means everything to me,” said Capri. “This film represents heart, resilience, and community, and to be able to tell a story like this in the place that shaped me is truly special. I hope it inspires young people to believe in themselves and never stop chasing their dreams.”

Throughout production, IVIZION Media will share behind-the-scenes content, cast and crew interviews, and production milestones, allowing audiences to follow the filmmaking journey in real time. Dream On is slated for release in 2026, with plans for theatrical release, streaming platforms and exclusive screenings in Caribbean markets following its festival run.
