Winner and NEW TNA X-Division Champion: Leon Slater

Before the belt can be handed to Slater, Moose grabs it. But instead of attacking, Moose places the title on Slater himself and offers a sign of respect before exiting the ring.

This is when AJ Styles comes to the ring with his old TNA music as far as I remember. He asks if they missed him. He says there was a time when he might not be able to come back, and the lights are a little brighter, the crowd is a little louder and the talent is better than it has ever been. The Crowd chants you deserve it and AJ says that isn’t true, Slater earned it.

He says that Slater reminded him why he loves this business. AJ puts over Slater and talks about the people he was in TNA with. He tells Slater he made history and now he has to make his legacy. Slater leaves AJ alone in the ring and AJ takes in the cheers of the crowd.

Ryan Nemeth is revealed to be the other captain in the main event.  He picks his partners.   They celebrated their win.  The Concierge then announced Ash by Elegance won Knockout of the Year.  She thanked everyone who made this possible.
