A question about WWE recap packages and advertisements.  Does the company have someone specific they use for voiceovers?  Is it someone on their staff, or do they just go to a talent agency and hire on an as-needed basis?  I ask because the video package before NXT Deadline sounded very familiar, like someone who's done movie trailers perhaps.

WWE sends out casting calls at times to agencies but in many cases, they have a specific voice or voice type in mind and reach out directly.  With today's technology, you can record something anywhere for a project and send it digitally, so it's not like they need someone to come into a studio to record.

I seem to remember Ricky Steamboat on a martial arts show where he ended up fighting someone in a wrestling ring.  Any ideas?

You are likely remembering the 1980s series Sidekicks, which Steamboat guest-starred on an episode of.  It starred the late Gil Gerard and Ernie Reyes.

What happens to the Vladimir documentary when the WWE Peacock deal ends?

It goes wherever WWE licenses it going forward, or it sits in their vaults.  It's their footage to own.  It could be it's never seen again.  It could be they put it on YouTube.  Time will tell.

When AEW is in Europe and there's a time difference between here and The United States, are they still live?

No, I believe the show airs on a taped delay of a few hours.  It did this week.

A few years ago, China and India was the big holy grail for pro wrestling companies, wanting to break into those markets.  What happened?

It just hasn't happened on a consistent basis yet, not to the point that has led to fortunes and massive revenue streams the way WWE, TNA, WWN and others at different times hoped.  Maybe one day.

If WWE uses AI for promotional purposes, should they publicly announce it?

I mean, they could, but what is the audience going to do if they don't, complain it's fake?
