The former Jinder Mahal sent a Petition for Cancellation to the USPTO on 12/4 to get them to cancel WWE's trademark of 'The Maharaja'. He is claiming that he has prior use before WWE started registering it in 2017, and is also claiming WWE trademarked it under false pretenses.
