I saw the ticket prices for Mania next year, and I know TKO's pricing out of fans has been discussed to death, but $854 for nosebleed seats? And that's not even accounting for hotels and flights for out-of-towners. How can WWE insist that it's fan-friendly when even the cheapest possible seats for these and other shows come close to most people's monthly rent amounts?
It’s a hollow claim, for sure. They don’t care though. They are all about generating revenue.
When are WWE and TKO going to realize that a lot of their fanbase can't possibly afford to come to their shows before there's some kind of fan exodus?
At this point I don’t think that they will care unless it actually happens in big numbers. If they have 10 percent fewer fans and generate more revenue, they don’t really care.
I never thought I'd say these words, but WWE has essentially become the bourgeoisie.
TKO did and they are trying to make it a reality.
When do morals and values trump money?
It depends on the person that you are asking.
