The Saudis are known to request certain Hall of Fame-level talents to appear or wrestle at their shows.  Do you think that if they desired retired talents such as Stone Cold, Undertaker, Shawn Michaels, Goldberg, etc. to be on the Wrestlemania 2027 card, and offered them a ridiculous amount of money (multi-millions, for example), would those talents be put into a situation where either a) they are pressured by either the Saudis or WWE management to appear and/or wrestle on the show, or b) they are offered so much money they would be a fool to refuse?

Other than Michaels, who works for WWE, I don’t see what kind of pressure WWE can really put on the talents.  So, it would come down to how much money was offered.  With that said, I am hoping that The Saudis will realize that they have WrestleMania, the biggest show(s) of the year, and they don’t need legends.  We shall see.

Of all the ridiculous ring names from the Vince era (ie. Doudrop, Butch, etc.), the only talent whose name HHH has yet to change since taking over is Bron Breakker.  Do you think it's time to finally give Breakker a decent ring name, especially if they do plan to push him to the top of the card in the near future?

I think he kept that name on him because Breakker got so high up the card so quickly.  I can see why they wouldn’t want to create confusion now.  In the case of the other talents you mentioned they hadn’t done that.

I have been enjoying Pro Wrestling since the early 70s and I have to say that I have never ever seen a character develop like Timeless Toni Storm. She just screams must watch and enjoy. The presentation to me is so well done and I am actually shocked it has happened in AEW as character development is not their real area of expertise. My questions are multi layered. Do you enjoy her character? How was able to develop this character and who came up with the idea? How does she come up with the ideas she says? How does she get away with what she says? What more can she do with this persona? Could this character have worked for WWE? I know I just seem like an over the top fan but it truly is just me enjoying some of if not the best work I have ever seen a wrestling performer do in many years since the days of Piper in his prime. Appreciate your thoughts

I think what Toni is doing is great.  A lot of it comes from how she conveys the character and she deserves a ton of credit for that.  I think that the character could work in WWE, maybe not exactly how it has been done in AEW, but in general.  She’s done a great job.

Tony Khan is promising a big US show when WWE runs WrestleMania in Saudi Arabia.  How is he any better than WWE counter-programming against him?

You are comparing apples to hand grenades.  First, WWE chose to move the event outside of North America.  They chose to run it in Saudi Arabia.  For many fans, traveling to WrestleMania is a yearly tradition that will change in 2027.  There are many companies and promotions that have their biggest week of the year as part of wherever WrestleMania runs.  They also will have a hard time making what they usually do in Saudi Arabia.  There will also be fans who are disenchanted with WWE running in Saudi Arabia and they very well may be looking for an alternative.  I have nothing but praise for Khan trying to fill the void that WWE has created.  Plus, Mania will be over before Tony’s show even starts.  Props to Tony.
