Brock Lesnar is named in the Janel Grant lawsuit, and while the allegations haven't been proven in court yet, anyone can look up the lawsuit and read the disturbing text message exchange between Brock, Vince, and Janel. Is there any correlation between Brock Lesnar returning and WWE cancelling their post-show press conferences for Summerslam, possibly to avoid having to answer questions relating to this matter?
Only Paul Levesque can answer that question but if it was a coincidence, it sure was a convenient one. With that said, Levesque has occasionally answered in a less than positive way when asked a question that he doesn’t like at the pressers so it could also be he just decided to remove that variable from the process.
Speaking of the Janel Grant case, there has been little to no progress in the time since the lawsuit was filed. Based on what you know of the U.S. legal system, when do you expect to see any solid progress or resolution with her case?
Honestly, I have no idea. The legal system here doesn’t always move at a rapid pace.
Do you think the overall WWE Men's Tag Team Division would benefit from having a few teams move over to Raw? There's some great potential matches with Judgement Day and New Day there and it could freshen up both sides by clearing up the roster.
Honestly, no. That is how Vince McMahon would handle a problem created by his bad booking. I don't want to see that. I want to see the Creative Team do a better job with their storytelling. They have booked the tag teams really badly for months now.
Hey there, love the site and its established credibility! I have to ask, “The Ruse of the Century”? What was the actual point? He had the Money In the Bank contract that he could cash in on the winner of a grueling match whether he had faked an injury or not. So why go to the trouble of a fake injury, storyline wise it really doesn’t make a difference does it? He could’ve walked out and challenged the winner after the match if he was healthy the whole time. What am I missing?
First off, thanks for the kind words! If you are missing anything, and I don’t think you are, then I am missing it too. Anyone who calls it the Ruse Of The Century doesn’t understand what the word ruse means, or at least what a good ruse is. You are 100 percent correct about Rollins. He didn’t need any of the injury stuff. To me, it was just a masturbatory move by creative to get themselves off. And if it ends up it’s a focal point of the next season of WWE Unreal? Well, I will find that season a lot less interesting than the one that just ended.
