What happened to the JBL storyline in TNA with Nic Nemeth?

TNA has gone in a different direction and dropped those plans, at least for now.

Were there any fears in '95 that Jeff Jarrett would turn face following the debut performance of 'With My Baby Tonight'?  It wasn't exactly a bad tune!

No.  At the time, WWE wasn't going to deviate from their plans and it's not like the song (which is good) led to Jarrett being cheered.

When Hulk Hogan was being courted by WCW in 1994, did Vince McMahon know? Did he try to stop it or get Hogan back to WWE?

Hogan wasn't under contract to WWF and was working with New Japan Pro Wrestling and starring in Thunder in Paradise at the time.  I've never heard McMahon tried to get Hogan back.  The general consensus at the time within WWF (which was wrong) was that Hogan's run on top had ended.

Probably is a stupid question, but all the destroyed cars we saw in WWE, and now AEW, segment in the parking or in the backstage, are old cars fixed only for the segment, or are cars with a full value, added to the show badget? Thank you

It probably defends on each individual case.  The companies have line producers who work on making sure they remain within budgetary constraints.

I  has a few questions regarding wrestling pay-per-views. First I'd like to know who is responsie/who decided to change the schedule from having shows every quarter to every month. Between WCW and WWE who was the first to start putting in monthly shows and what was the first show? Also during the heyday of the Monday night Wars whose pay-per-views drew more and which show had the highest number of pay per view buys?

WCW went monthly first.  WWF followed suit.  WCW Uncensored in 1995 kicked off their monthly PPVs.  As far as who drew more, the company that was hotter at the time did better.  There was a point where a WCW Uncensored PPV in 1997 did better than Wrestlemania 13.  That soon changed.
