Do you think that Chris Jericho's time away from AEW will make him fresh when he comes back?
I hope so because he was really, really stale when he took his Fozzy break. I would love to see him come back in the ECW-Terry Funk role and put over younger talent and make them mean more.
Also, couldn't Jon Moxley use the same kind of time off screen that Jericho has had?
In my opinion, God yes. Mox has been seriously overexposed. As Jerry Lawler used to say, “How can I miss you if you never leave?”
Coming off of LFG, Jasper Troy has been thrust into a main event position in NXT, yet he is still very, very green and his character is quite bland. Was it the right decision to hotshot him immediately into title contention?
Time will tell. Obviously Shawn Michaels and company see something in him.
And should he be beating a guy like Ricky Saints, who at this point in time has vastly more star power and in-ring ability?
Again, it depends on where it all goes.
New Jersey weather has been terrible as of late. As someone going to Summerslam, do you see rain being a concern? Will the show be postponed if it does rain?
If it’s just a basic rainstorm? The show will go on and fans will get wet. If we see extreme weather, like lightning? They will probably do what they did before at WrestleMania in Tampa and go into rain delay mode. The good news is that as of this writing, the weather for next weekend is beautiful.
