As previously reported on PWInsider.com, WWE will be holding tryouts over Summerslam week with invited athletes. PWInsider.com can confirm the following will take part:
Maliq Carr, who played football for Michigan State.
Ahmed Essam, an amateur wrestler from Egypt, who was part of the London tryouts this past April, so this is a second invitation.
Eduardo Godinho, a Brazilian marathon runner and online fitness coach.
Zoey Hines, who has a background on softball, having played for Boston College and The French National Softball team.
Syd Langston, an Instagram model from Canada who has a hockey background.
Ariana Wright, Miss Maryland 2023 and a University of Maryland track and field athlete.
