TNA X-Division Champion Moose with Alisha Edwards vs. Sami Callihan
They rush each other as soon as the bell rings and Moose hits a pump kick. Moose chokes Sami Callihan in the corner until the referee breaks it up. Moose goes back to some more choking until the referee breaks it up. Moose sends Callihan into the opposite corner with a hard whip. Moose gets a head of steam around the ring, but Callihan catches him with a bodyslam. Callihan rolls Moose back into the ring and sets up for a Cactus Driver, but Moose pushes him off and hits a spear for the win!
Winner: Moose
After the match, Alisha Edwards grabs a microphone and wants to know if the crowd wants to know something. They don’t. Moose takes the microphone and tells Leon Slater that he’s stepping into the biggest match of his entire career at Slammiversary. For Moose, it’s just another Sunday. Slater has the chance to become the youngest TNA X-Division Champion of all time. That won’t happen, though. After Moose wins, he’ll go on to become the longest reigning TNA X-Division Champion of all-time.
Moose turns his attention to Sami Callihan and wants to know what he’s still doing in the ring. Moose tells Callihan that he doesn’t have it anymore. Callihan used to be “The Death Machine,” but now he’s just a fat piece of garbage. Moose says that Callihan has a great mind for the business and still deserves a job in TNA - it just shouldn’t be in the ring. The job should be in catering “you fat turd.” Moose tells Callihan to take his boots off, leave them in the ring, and get his fat ass out of the ring. Callihan unties his boots, but doesn’t take them off. He does leave the ring, though.
Moose introduces the greatest faction in professional wrestling - The System. On his way to the back, Callihan stares at The System as they tell him to go to the back.
Order 4 comes out for their match against The System. As Order 4 makes their way to the ring…
The lights go out. Darkstate is shown in the spotlights in the crowd and they rush to the ring. Darkstate goes after The System as Mustafa Ali tells Order 4 to stay back on the ramp. Brian Myers is hit with a triple powerbomb.
Gia Miller is in the back with Dani Luna. Luna is feeling confident about her match against Tessa Blanchard tonight. The Knockouts Division is super competitive right now, which is what Luna has been asking for. Luna knows who she is and Blanchard is just in her way.

Luna fights out of it, but gets stuck in the ropes on the other side of the ring. Blanchard hits a Code Breaker out of the corner for a two count.
Blanchard climbs to the top rope, but Luna cuts her off and joins Tessa at the top. Blanchard knocks Luna to the mat and goes for Magnum, but Luna catches her. Crawford gets a warning, but the distraction allows Blanchard to wiggle off of Luna and get to the top rope. Blanchard hits Magnum for the win!
Winner: Tessa Blanchard
After the match, Tessa Blanchard and Victoria Crawford beat up Dani Luna until Indi Hartwell runs out to clear the ring of them. Hartwell grabs a microphone and says that Blanchard turns her back on every friend she has. Blanchard hasn’t known Hartwell over the last six years. She’ll get to know Hartwell at Slammiversary.
The IInspiration are in the back. They are going to be the new TNA Knockouts World Tag Team Champions. The Elegance Brand’s title reign has been cute. However, the difference between The Elegance Brand and The IInspiration is that The IInspiration doesn’t have any iinsecurities. They deserve the spotlight when they become the two-time TNA Knockouts World Tag Team Champions.
The Elegance Brand makes their way to the ring. Ash says that she was forced to come to the dump of Pittsburgh to make a public apology for an altercation. She was fined $10,000 because of the fans. The fans submitted footage to TNA management and edited the truth. All Ash hears is Jacy Jayne vs. Masha Slamovich and TNA vs. NXT, but everyone should be talking about herrrrrrrrrrr. Ash is the #1 Contender. She beat 19 other women for the opportunity. Ash busted her ass to be here and she has the divine right to the TNA Knockouts World Championship in order to prove how The Elegance Brand is the most dominant female faction in professional wrestling history.
Fatal Influence makes their way to the ring. Jacy Jayne tells Ash that they’ve known each other for a while now. Fatal Influence has had no problems with The Elegance Brand…until Ash said that The Elegance Brand is the most dominant female faction. Jayne says that when she beats Masha Slamovich and becomes the double champion, she’d be happy to remind Ash where she stands in women’s wrestling.
Masha Slamovich makes her way to the ring and The Elegance Brand leaves the ring. Slamovich and Ash stare at each other on the ramp and Slamovich shoulders through Ash. Slamovich gets into the ring and tells Jayne that she doesn’t know her. Slamovich went to New York from Russia with no help or friends. Jayne says that Slamovich would understand why she has no friends if she looked in a mirror. Slamovich says that Jayne focuses on being perfect, but Slamovich wears her scars with pride - just like she carries the TNA Knockouts World Championship with pride. She won’t let an outsider take her title in her city. Jayne will have to stop Slamovich’s heart to take her title. Jayne gets in Slamovich’s face and holds up the NXT Women’s Title. Slamovich stares at Jayne and holds up the TNA Knockouts World Championship. They jaw at each other.
TNA Injury Report
*Trey Miguel has a hernia and is day-to-day.
*KC Navarro has a knee injury, but is cleared.
Dani Luna is in the back getting checked by a trainer. Indi Hartwell is with her, but Jody Threat runs in to check on Luna. Luna wonders where Threat was. Hartwell came out, but not Threat. Luna says she’ll be fine and Hartwell ushers Threat to leave with the promise that everything is OK.
A video airs for Mike Santana. God has blessed him with the ability to suffer and use it to push forward. A voice message from Santana’s father, before his passing, is heard about how proud of Mike he is as the video shows Santana training and some highlights.

Young gets out of the ring and tries to go after The Home Town Man, but The Home Town Man’s fans get in the way. The Home Town Man celebrates in the crowd.
The following advertisement has been paid for by Fourth Rope: nZo says that no one has checked in and now there’s a problem. He’s taking it as blatant disrespect. nZo would eat up Joe Hendry and spit him out. nZo isn’t in the business of turning tricks, but if he was - he’d go to Bada Bing where the only boss he knows is Tony Soprano. There’s a reason why nZo isn’t All In. Forbidden Door?...July 20th. Pick up the phone, eh…it doesn’t matter. nZo is going to show up at Slammiversary and will be bringing a crew - Zilla Fatu and a Bishop…maybe some Good Brothers. nZo has no problem tapping someone out because he’s tapped in.
Steve Maclin is in the back. For months, Maclin has been saying for months that he will take on anyone from anywhere in any company. Please, if you cross the line - know that Maclin is holding that line. If you dare, it’ll be tag ‘em, bag ‘em, and mayhem for all.
Matt Cardona comes to the ring for his match against Jake Painter. Before the match starts, Matt Cardona grabs a microphone and talks about how Darkstate attacked him a few weeks ago. He saw what they did to The System tonight. Darkstate - if you want him, Cardona is right here and he’s alwayz ready.
They lock up and the lights go out. Darkstate is shown in the spotlights in the crowd and they rush the ring. Darkstate attacks both Cardona and Painter. Painter is hit with a triple powerbomb. Cardona is about to be hit with the triple powerbomb, as well, but Brian Myers runs out and takes it to Darkstate. The numbers game gets the best of Myers, though. Myers is about to be hit with the triple powerbomb, but The System’s music hits and Eddie Edwards comes out with a kendo stick and JDC comes out with a chair. They attack Darkstate and clear them from the ring. The System and Matt Cardona yell at Darkstate while standing together as Darkstate heads to the back and the show goes to a break.
The Hardys make their way to the ring. Matt thanks the fans for allowing The Hardys to live their dreams for the last 33 years. The love from the fans is what has kept them going and it’s overwhelming for Matt to think about how they’ve held the tag titles in four different decades. Matt says that The Hardys have always wanted to be honest with themselves and know that they were performing at the top of their games. They always want to be the best. They promised themselves to never be a shell of the team they once were. The crowd chants “You still got it!” Matt says that they don’t want to overstay their welcome. Wrestling and TNA will still be around and move forward once The Hardys are gone. Since they lost the TNA World Tag Team Titles, they’ve also lost quite a few matches.
Jeff says that they do have to be honest with themselves and…Jesus Christ, Matt recently lost to AJ Francis. Matt thanks Jeff for the reminder. Matt then says they’ve made a promise to themselves. If they aren’t the absolute best, then they shouldn’t be in the ring. Jeff reveals the promise - if The Hardys don’t win the tag team titles at Slammiversary, then maybe it’s time for the Hardy Party to end.
Leon Slater makes his way to the ring. The crowd chants “Tell them no!” Slater says that he can’t believe The Hardys are saying all this. Slater is saying this not as a fanboy, but someone who has struggled to keep up with The Hardys in the ring. The Hardys have more than changed Slater’s life this year. They’ve changed him from a kid to a man and someone on the undercard to someone fighting for the TNA X-Division Championship. The Hardys have changed everyone’s life in the building. Slater can’t thank The Hardys enough.
Matt says that Slater doesn’t have to worry about them. Matt wants Slater to focus on becoming the youngest TNA X-Division Champion in TNA history. Slater knows he has to focus, but he wants The Hardys to focus, as well. They need to get out of their mental slump and be The Hardys that everyone grew up loving. The Hardys need to get back to jumping off ladders and crashing through tables because they are the greatest tag team of all-time!
“PARDON ME!” First Class comes out and slowly makes their way to the ring. AJ Francis says that he heard the comment about Matt losing to him. If it was 2000, The Hardys could beat First Class. But not today! First Class are the uncrowned world champions, just like Lamar Jackson. First Class gets in the ring. Matt says that this isn’t Slater’s fight. He wants Slater to be healthy for Slammiversary and tells him that The Hardys got this. Francis says that they are worried about The Rascalz and The Nemeths. The Hardys aren’t even the best brother tag team in TNA.
The Nemeths make their way to the ring. Nic says that he loves the Hardy Pity Party, but who puts the butts in the seats? Who runs TNA? Who are the champs? No one can do it the way The Nemeths do it. They are the greatest brother tag team in professional wrestling. Ryan says that theyyyyy will be champions forrr-everrrr. Everyone is forgetting that he and his biiiig brrrooootherrr have been in way more ladder matches than everyone in the ring combined.
The Nemeths attack The Hardys. The Rascalz (Zachary Wentz and Myron Reed) run out. Reed and Navarro brawl to the back. Wentz slaps a sleeper on Francis. The Hardys bring a ladder into the ring and take out The Nemeths with it. They then use it to send Francis over the top rope. The Hardys set up the ladder and climb it. They pose and Matt DELETES.

Santana lifts up Kazarian, but Frankie slips out. Santana hits a Rolling Buck Fifty for a two count.

Winners: Mike Santana and Joe Hendry
Mike Santana and Joe Hendry have words for each other. Trick Williams joins them and holds up the TNA World Championship as all three men stare each other down. The show fades to black…
…no it doesn’t! A workshop is shown with a box. The box has a TNA logo. The toolbox opens and AJ Styles highlights are shown. Inside of the box is old, dusty AJ Styles gear. Someone (I think you can guess who) blows off some of the dust as a Slammiversary graphic pops up.
