OMNI SHOW UPDATE
So, we’ve seen the chatter on social media, and did some digging on our own. It turns out that the date of the Omni event we’re unearthing tonight is indeed August 14, 1983. It could be a case of a mislabeled video tape being logged into the WWE Vault back in the day, but we can’t say for sure.
However, what we can say is that, regardless of the date, the below card is 100 percent guaranteed to be the action you’ll see tonight at 7 p.m. ET/4 p.m. PT when you tune into our livestream:
*”Rowdy” Roddy Piper vs. “Mad Dog” Buzz Sawyer in a Dog Collar Match (Sorry, no Steel Cage. Not sure how that got started, either.)
