NWA World Heavyweight Champion Thom Latimer is walking in Downtown Dothan. He’s soaking in the beautiful day and is feeling blessed to defend his title in Dothan. Dothan is the place of the peanut. Speaking of peanuts - Carson Drake and The Slimeballz…they’re young and upstarts, but they are messing with the wrong guy. Drake thinks he’s fancy with his fake smile and suits, but is insecure. Latimer breaks down facades and will be walking out STILL the champ tonight.
NWA World Tag Team Champions Knox and Trevor Murdoch vs. The Slimeballz - Ladder Match
The bell rings and The Slimeballz immediately go to the floor to grab some weapons. They throw them into the ring, giving Knox and Trevor Murdoch easy access to the weapons. Knox hits Tommy Rant with a chair while Murdoch hits Sage Chantz with a trash can lid. Knox hits Rant with a baking sheet. Knox hits Rant with the baking sheet again and then Murdoch whips Knox into Chantz in the corner. Knox and Murdoch do the same to Rant in the opposite corner. Knox whips Chantz into Rant as Murdoch goes to the floor. Knox hits a splash on The Slimeballz. Knox charges at Chantz, but Sage moves and drop toe holds Knox into the corner.
The Slimeballz go after Murdoch, who is trying to bring a ladder into the ring. The Slimeballz hit Murdoch with a kendo stick and a trash can lid. Rant slams Chantz onto Murdoch and then The Slimeballz hit Knox with the ladder. Rant slams Chantz onto Knox and then hits a senton on him. The Slimeballz go after Murdoch with a kendo stick. Rant whips Chantz into Murdoch, but Trevor back body drops Chantz onto the ladder. Murdoch then slams Rant onto the ladder. Murdoch airplane spins the ladder and takes out everyone, including Knox, as the show goes to a break.
An NWA 77th Anniversary Show commercial airs.
Back from the break, Murdoch is climbing the ladder. Rant picks up Chantz and throws him at Murdoch to stop Trevor’s progress. The Slimeballz start to climb the ladder. Knox pushes the ladder over and The Slimeballz fall onto the top rope. Murdoch hits Rant in the no-no area with a kendo stick as Rant is draped over the top rope. Knox holds up Chantz, and Murdoch hits Rantz in the no-no area, as well, with the kendo stick. Knox traps Chantz in the corner on the second turnbuckle and Murdoch hits him in the no-no area again with the kendo stick.
Rant gets back into the ring and eats a punch from Knox. Murdoch works Chantz over in the corner and then lifts him to the top turnbuckle. Murdoch hits a suplex on Chantz. Knox hits Rant with the kendo stick. Murdoch paint brushes Rant and Knox throws Rant head-first into the corner with a chair stuck between the ropes. Murdoch starts to climb the ladder, but Chantz stops him. Knox hits Chantz and works him over. Murdoch places a baking sheet on Rant’s hard and stomps down on it. Chantz stops Knox from climbing the ladder, but Knox Side Russian Leg Sweeps him off of the ladder.
Murdoch kicks at Chantz and Knox elbows Rant. Murdoch elbows Chantz in the chest. Murdoch charges at Chantz, but Sage low bridges him and Murdoch goes to the floor. Chantz avoids Knox, but eats a high/low with Murdoch hitting him from the floor. Rant kicks Knox and hits a DDT on him. Rant starts to climb the ladder, but Murdoch cuts him off and slams him down to the mat. Murdoch starts to climb the ladder. Rant grabs his leg, but Knox slams Tommy down to the mat. Knox pulls Murdoch off of the ladder and tells him to get a table. Murdoch grabs a table from under the ring and slides it into the ring. Knox and Murdoch set up the table and Knox powerbombs Rant through it. Knox sets the ladder up over Rant and Murdoch climbs up it. Knox holds the ladder as Murdoch grabs the titles.

Carson Drake is in the back. Drake is the only man in professional wrestling that is good as they say they are. Drake was good enough when he won the NWA Heavyweight Television Champion and now he’s good enough to win the NWA World Heavyweight Title.

NWA World Heavyweight Champion Thom Latimer vs. Carson Drake
Carson Drake is cashing in his NWA World Television Championship Lucky 7 for his shot at the NWA World Heavyweight Championship.
They lock up and Thom Latimer drives Carson Drake to the corner. Latimer breaks clean. They lock up again and Latimer drives Drake to the corner, but Drake turns it around just before they get to the turnbuckles. Drake shoves Latimer and they end up shoving each other back and forth until Latimer shoves Drake down. Drake pops up angrily, but Latimer takes him over with a side headlock. Drake stands up in it and sends Latimer to the ropes. Latimer hits a tackle and Drake goes to the floor to take some time. Drake gets back into the ring and tries to clothesline Latimer. Latimer ducks under and grabs a side headlock. Latimer is sent to the ropes. Drake tries to duck Thom, but Latimer kicks him and then hits an inverted atomic drop. Latimer hits a punch and a dropkick.
Drake offers a handshake in the corner. Latimer approaches, but is tugged to the corner by Drake. Drake works Latimer over in the corner and tries to whip him across the ring. Latimer reverses and hits a back body drop. Drake goes to the apron. Latimer grabs Drake through the ropes, but Drake tugs his arm down into the ropes. Drake gets back into the ring and rains down some punches. Latimer sends Drake into the ropes and ducks down. Drake hits a neckbreaker for a two count and then slaps on a chinlock as the show goes to a break.

Back from the break, Latimer is able to fight out of the chinlock, but Drake grabs a sleeper. Drake brings Latimer down to the mat with the sleeper. Latimer is able to fight out of it with a jawbreaker. Latimer hits an inverted atomic drop and a lariat. Latimer hits a leaping back elbow in the corner and then a clothesline. Latimer whips Drake into the corner and then hits a tornado belly-to-back suplex. Latimer celebrates on the second rope and comes up limping after jumping down. Despite the limping, Latimer hits a DDT for a two count.
Latimer stalks Drake, but Carson pulls Latimer into the ropes and then chop blocks him. Drake hits a series of knees and then puts Latimer’s leg on the second rope. Drake drops down on Latimer’s leg and then goes to the floor. Drake slams Latimer’s leg into the ring post and then rains down punches on Thom. Drake puts Latimer’s leg in between the ring and the steel steps and then hits a running kick to the steps. Drake gets back into the ring and chop blocks Latimer. Drake tugs at Latimer’s leg and then tries to apply an Indian Deathlock. Latimer blocks it at first, but Drake completes the hold.
The Slimeballz, all beat up, come down to cheer Drake on. Latimer tries to fight out of the hold, but Drake cranks it. Drake grabs the ropes for leverage, but the referee doesn’t see it. Drake gets a two count in the hold. Drake grabs the ropes again, but the referee sees it this time. The referee breaks the hold. Drake picks the leg of Latimer, but Thom rolls him up for a two count. Drake pokes Latimer in the eye and then kicks at his leg. Drake hits a spinebuster for a two count. Drake sets Latimer up for a piledriver, but Latimer blocks it and hits a back body drop.
Drake tries to kick Latimer, but Latimer catches it and kicks Drake. Latimer hits a stunner and a spear for a two count. Drake shakes it off and kicks at Latimer’s knee. Drake hits a Fame-Asser and a neckbreaker for a two count. Drake argues with the referee. Latimer approaches Drake, but eats a back elbow. Drake tugs Latimer down by the hair, but Thom pops up and tugs Drake down by the hair. Latimer hits Brighter Side of Suffering for the win!
Winner and STILL NWA Heavyweight Champion: Thom Latimer
As Thom Latimer celebrates his win, the lights go out. The lights come back on and Rhino appears. Rhino spears Tommy Rant. Rhino spears Sage Chantz. Rhino spears Carson Drake. Rhino points at Thom Latimer as the show fades to black.
