I'm watching some random footage on YouTube and there's a FMW Hayabusa match with Shawn Michaels as the referee. How did they get Michaels to be involved in it?
FMW booked Shawn Michaels to appear via WWE. If I recall correctly, as part of the appearance, several of the students from Michaels' Wrestling Academy in San Antonio were booked on the undercard as well.
I bought old wrestling magazines and in one, I saw a picture of Antonio Inoki & Hulk Hogan holding up a giant trophy and it said they won a MSG tag team tournament and I've also heard about it for single wrestlers as well. Can you tell me more about this tournament? Did it take place in MSG? Was it promoted by Vince McMahon Sr. or New Japan or both?
The MSG Tag Team tournament was actually something held by New Japan Pro Wrestling. Hogan and Inoki won it as Hogan was a regular with New Japan at the time. It was held during the November tours from 1980-1985. The name obviously came from Madion Square Garden as a nod to New Japan's working agreement with WWF at the time, where they would send talent to work there from time to time. The tournament winners were:
1980 - Bob Backlund and Antonio Inoki
1981 - Andre the Giant and Rene Goulet
1982 - Hulk Hogan and Antonio Inoki
1983 - Antonio Inoki and Hulk Hogan
1984 - Antonio Inoki and Tatsumi Fujinami
If and when a Wrestlemania lands in Saudi Arabia, will you go to cover it?
I think it's safe to say for that one, I'll be covering from home.

If you want to meet talents and get autographs and photos, etc. I would ABSOLUTELY suggest it. I've enjoyed Wrestlecon every single time I've attended. Highspots run a truly quality event.
Where did Memphis film TV? What do they do with the space now?
They fimed at WMC TV - 1960 Union Avenue in Memphis. The space is still used for newscasts and things of that nature.
