Whatever happened to Wesley Blake?
The last I heard, he was working as a WWE Performance Center Coach.
Will you ever interview Tony Khan? How do you feel about him?
I've interviewed Khan many times. I think he launched something that many others attempted to do and failed - a true opposition to WWE - in 2019 and a lot of people make a lot more money because he decided to enter the pro wrestling space. I respect that, because he didn't have to do it. He wanted to. People can feel whatever they want about his creative or his product - everything is always open to criticism - but at the end of the day, he changed pro wrestling for the better.
How about Nick Khan?
I've never met or interviewed Nick Khan, but sure, obviously I would interview him. Who would say, "No, I don't want to interview the WWE President." That's a pretty silly question.
Any word on WWE or whoever bringing back Young Rock?
WWE wasn't in charge or ordering and producing Young Rock. That was an NBC project and it was produced by The Rock's Seven Bucks Productions. I haven't heard anything about the series being brought back but given the concept, they could always do new episodes, especially if they re-cast younger actors to play The Rock in his childhood years and could get the other members of the cast to return, meaning they don't have conflicts with other projects. If someone (Netflix?) wanted to launch it, I'm sure The Rock's production company would be interested, unless there's a contractual issue preventing the series from being put back into production.
What do you think of female referees working men's matches?
Zero. If they are competent referees, why can't they do the matches? This is a silly question.
