As previously noted on PWInsider.com, Universal Studios Hollywood will be debuting a new roller coaster based on The Fast & Furious film franchise, which has featured both The Rock and John Cena in the cast, next year.
Universal released the following video showcasing Fast & Furious: Hollywood Drift, which will hit speeds of 72 mph:
Universal Hollywood has shut down its previous Fast & Furious - Supercharged attraction, which featured The Rock playing his role of Hobbs as part of the finale of Universal Studios' tour attraction. A version of the ride still exists at Universal Orlando.
There is no word whether The Rock will appear in any form as part of the new rolller coaster presentation.
